Great place. Great personel…
I have stayed her twice and couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is so accommodating! Breakfast is good with a great variety. Big shout out to Isiah, Carlin and Patricia — they are so wonderful! I will be back!

Long post 🚨 Why did I just get KAREN’D😡. She really called the police on me, told them I was being disruptive, dropping “F” bombs at her, and possibly going to attack her if they didn’t get to the hotel right away👀 (Please review the audio and cameras) So I was dropping my 9 year old daughter off at the Holiday Inn hotel right off of Hwy 20 in Racine for a kids bday sleepover/swim party. This “Karen” identified as Kristen… Rudely asked me where I was going after entering the hotel. She proceeded to walk towards me and my girls, ask me was I a guest. I politely told her that I was meeting a parent in the lobby and they were at the swimming pool. She tells me that we need to leave now because we are not guest at their hotel and not even a guest of a guest can enter unless we have a room. Your daughter can’t be here. She can’t stay. So now, my daughter is looking at me 🥺 asking me why she can’t stay. So I called the parent and told her exactly what the receptionist told me. The parent tells me that she switched hotels, which was 30 seconds away at the Days Inn… I said ok, I leave with no fuss and drop my daughter off at the other hotel. Now I’m all for policy and I had no problem with the rules. It was simply just the way she spoke to me and in front of my kids… I have never felt more intrusive in my entire life. She spoke to us as if we were immigrants breaking into the hotel and trying to jump over a wall, but I left peacefully. After thinking about the disrespect.
