Was in Pleasant Prairie for a family funeral and stayed here. Checked in late after a 5 hour drive and the front desk person was so kind and helpful. Checked on us after we were in our room to make sure we had everything. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great the next morning. Highly recommended for future stays.

I’ve been here on business 3 times now. Rooms are always very clean, staff is very pleasant, and the breakfast is awesome! Pancakes at the push of a button, omelettes, turkey sausage, and a good selection of juice and cereal.

Julie, manager is amazing. Very accommodating. Spent time here while my mom recovered from surgery. She was so helpful for family arriving from all over. She made everything easy. Comfy beds and nice breakfast. And great service. God send at a tough time. Best place in the area.

Excellent customer service at check in, room was clean including bathroom and shower. Breakfast was hot and the area was meticulously clean and well kept by the staff attending it. Free Wi-Fi always a plus. Nice hotel and amenities.

The area around this hotel is pretty nice. Near shops and restaurants which are not far. The room I have is fairly large and comfortable. The shower works really good. I enjoyed the breakfast as well every morning. It's the perfect hotel for my stay here during my business trip.

The people that work there are great! The housekeepers do a very nice job keeping the rooms as clean as they can. However, the sofa and chair that was in my room was old and run down and the carpet was a bit damp. There is an overwhelming sweet air freshener that is used in the rooms. I opened the windows and kept them open for two days.

Little more expensive than I would like, but good facility. Nice rooms with plenty of open floor space to not feel cramped. The pool area is well maintained and the exercise room is well equipped and maintained. The pool does have a hot tub!

This hotel is pleasantly good. Service is great, the rooms very neat and clean, and with a very nice aroma.

Room was a little less than what I was expecting for a holiday day inn Express. The service was great and the breakfast was nice. I would stay there again.

Five stars well deserved. The staff and housekeeping are amazing, friendly, and flexible. Really recommend this place. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Michele and the other staff for all the help.

Nice motel with nice rooms. Breakfast is so so. Nice bed rooms but if you want a nice hot shower in the morning when everyone else is getting around too expect to have a cold shower and they just put in new boilers for better. Hot water.

I do not recommend this hotel if your bringing small children. I was asked to have the kids quite down at 7pm on a Saturday night and was charged $75 for additional clean up fee from a bag of chips being spilt in room.

Decent hotel, friendly staff… Only complaint is my room smelled like someone used to smoke in it…

One of the best hotels I've been too. The rooms were very big and spacious. Had all the toiletries needed. The pool and hot tub were at a perfect temperature. Service was very good.

Clean hotel, convenient location. Rooms are a little dated, but hotel is well maintained. Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. Will stay again when I travel through!

The rooms were very nice and big, but if you're planning on spending time here during the day, know that they run out of coffee, hot chocolate and/or tea, and refuse to replace it until the next morning. I was very disappointed as I stayed here for three days, and they always ran out later in the day.

I had the worst experience! Made the reservation the guy on the phone was super rude and snappy with me. Came in and the manager there had attitude right away with me because she seemed more worried about being on her phone and taking her smoke break. We left and asked for a refund and Went to the Country Inn. Checked in and dealt with the nicest people. Save your self some time don't bother making a reservation with this hotel!

Seems like a really nice hotel. Not a fan of the layout as none of the furniture really lines up with the TV.

Close to freeways but still quiet. Close to shopping and lots of dining. Amazingly friendly service.

Really, I'd give this place a 4.5 out of 5. Because the drawbacks were not deal-breakers. But Google doesn't allow you to award half stars. The room itself was great. Huge king bed, couch, coffee table, microwave, mini fridge, sink (aside from the bathroom one). It was nice and clean. Good hot water. The only detractions here were: a shower with very low water pressure, a USB charging hub right next to the bed with a bright green light that shines into your eyes as you lay in bed, and poor cable reception. We had some channels the first night, but not the next two days. The complimentary breakfast was good. Things they offered were: Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, cereal, milk, OJ, Apple Juice, coffee, tea (bigelow green tea), bananas, apples, yogurt, toast, cinnamon rolls, pre-made French toast, bagels, make your own pancakes, blueberry & banana nut muffins. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The staff were nice and gave instructions for everything clearly. Like access to the Wi-Fi, how to get into the pool/hottub/fitness areas. Didn't get to experience the pool or hottub, but they both looked clean and were inside. Towels provided poolside. We stayed here to attend the Bristol Renaissance Faire. It really is extremely close to the fairgrounds. A short drive — walking would be unreasonable. The hotel bundled the hotel stay and Faire tickets together.

The room was good; clean and good sized but it was a little dated. They offered breakfast but it was a pretty small selection. However this service is still appreciated. Overall it was a better than average experience but not the best.

Met friends and family for a gathering. The room was clean and well appointed. Everybody loved the pool and the breakfast buffet had many choices and was good.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was decent, honestly nothing spectacular but hey, it's a hotel breakfast. We stayed for a track meet and all of my teammates enjoyed the stay.

Customer Service at the front desk and in breakfast area was poor at best. There was a reserved block of rooms for a wedding I was attending. I discovered I was charged $21 higher than the rest of the wedding party. The staff said there was no way to refund the difference. The hot tub was either too hot or had too many chemicals and was closed off and on for the weekend.

Service is superb, breakfast is decent, and there are nice facilities like a pool and workout room.

There are not enough stars to rate this establishment. On a scale of 1-10 this is a 15. We were initially booked at a different hotel in Kenosha (Best Western) for a wedding and 2 days before arrival the Best Western was shut down because the fire alarms were not working. My daughter in law had to rush and find another place capable of handling 23 reservations. Thank God she went to the Holiday Inn Express in Kenosha. Not only were they able to handle the reservations but also gave us the rate that the other hotel had given us. From the minute we checked in till the day we left everyone was extremely professional. From the Manager to the Housekeeping staff, everyone did their jobs professionally and nicely. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Kenosha Wisconsin you will not be able to beat this place. I will stay there again. Thank you to everyone that made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was simply phenomenal. We will tell everyone we know about our experience. Thank you again.
