This was a great place to stay. The new owner and his family definitely are working hard to make it a great place. The rooms are newly decorated the customer service was at Disney standards with a very personal touch. I will be a repeat customer whenever I'm in the area.

New staff doesnt know equipment to operate cash machine doubled billed trick. Tell us credit card declined. They billed twice. They dont speak english.

There were a few things wrong with the room, door didn't lock, crack in the toilet seat, dirty wash cloth in the sink. Also the hot tub was broken.

What sad case of place to stay. Came in for event. Booked in advance. My daughter tried to pay for her room. They advised credit card declined. We thought that was strange. So tried to pay. It said I was declined as well. I called my husband. He logged into the account. I was charged twice. Told the staff (doesn't understand english) my card was charged twice. He was sorry. Not showing on there computer. Staff thats speaks english looked it had went through twice. Hot tub broke. Couldn't fix until Monday. Why not over night the piece. Breakfast is yogurt, bananas, cereals waffle machine. Had to always ask for coffee. Breakfast room not enough seating. Coffee pot broken in room. Toilet seat broken, doors dont lock.

The rooms were great! Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the hot tub was broken and we booked the conference room for a family get together a long with a bunch of rooms and the reservation for the conference center wasn't booked. They had no clue about it.

Clean place, frig in room. Not enough blankets though, very cold in room.

Disappointment in a big way. Handicapped room not really workable.

Very good people that take good care of your needs.

Descent accommodations. The VFW around the corner is a good choice for a fish fry and cold beveragesss, and in walking distance.

Nice staff. Nice pool and hot tub.

Overpriced for what is offered. No eggs nor meat for the free breakfast, apples only choice for fruit. Cereal and waffles are it. The king mattress was great. Quiet room. Clean. Good Wi-Fi. Good parking.

Staff was wonderful! Great location. Facility has a humidity problem. Towels in bathroom felt damp. Whole hotel smelled like mold.

Let's be honest. You are not going to Neillsville for an extended stay. So for a night or 2 this place is great. It's clean, the bed was comfortable and has friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is basic but works.

I didn't have high expectations for a Super 8, and this location about met those expectations. The room was clean and bathroom nice. Beds were a little too soft, android the room was freezing, even after turning up the thermostat. The experience was fine, I would stay again if needed, but nothing to write home about. We did appreciate the free parking and Wi-Fi.

This motel is severely lacking. Some examples: 1. No microwave in rooms 2. No iron/ironing board in room 3. No Internet Security 4. Only 1 towel per day provided 5. No elevator 6. Outside lights shine into the room at night 7. Extreme dated decor 8. Desk staff uninterested in guests, more interested in watching TV or reading paper 9. Free breakfast was cold cereal and microwavable cinnamon rolls On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

Although this is kinda the only option around town, it's well maintained and clean. Would recommend if you find itself here.

Clean and easy location, breakfast could use a some improvement. Pool nice for kids.

I attended a private dinner function in the food/loby serving aria. The employees were nice and professional and the aria neat and clean. The parking lot was well lit and parking spaces well marked.

We came down for a Class Reunion and to visit family and it couldn't have been a better spot. It was right across the street from the reunion and a few blocks from the family. The rooms were very clean and there was no bad odors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The kids loved the pool, although very cold, but kids love it. :-) I will definately recommend it to family and friends! Thank you Super 8 in Neillsville for a very pleasant stay. We will be back!

Lobby design fits the woodsy area. Typical breakfast with good options. Nice pool and whirlpool. Hotel seems new-even after 10 yrs.
