Fair price and friendly staff. Room was clean and the pool was cleanly.

To start things off, the shower barely got luke warm. I was then electrocuted by the hair dryer. My husband and I got a room with a Jacuzzi in it. The jets wouldn't turn on and the drain stop leaked. The phone didn't work to call the front desk to tell them all this. The next morning the eggs they put out were frozen solid. My husband asked an employee about them. He rudely replied that my husband should just microwave them. And upon checking out, the man did nothing but stare blankly at me when I told him about my horrible experience.

Better than most Days Inns. Got some rest and went back to work.

Workers/owners are very rude. I had a confirmation with my job and was called while I was on my job 4 or 5x and was yelled at stating I didn't have a reservation and that they needed me out of the room. No customer service at all. I would never go back.

You know the employees were amazing! However, the “hot tub” was more like a Luke warm tub, and had dead skin floating all around like they never clean it. The room was really clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and they had a thing by the bed that said they just make the beds, so I did question if the sheets had been washed or just remade…

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and pool and hot tub were also clean.

I wouldn’t return. It is so dingy. The rooms are very low quality, pool is freezing cold, rooms smell awful. My 12 year old sister in law found a pill bottle full of cocaine behind the tissue box in her room, and not too mention spiders hanging in more than one area in our room awful experience. I’d pay an extra $20 to stay somewhere nicer.

Standard room for the price. Nothing to complain about. But nothing to write home about either.

Whatever you do dont have any guests they will call you while your relaxing to harass you about other peoples guests being there and how they are calling the cops simply because these people walked in in front of you. Pathetic the lady during the day could me much nicer to guests and her husband I assume was very emabarassed of her actions and apologized up and down to us for the confusion. Otherwise clean hotel nice pool hot tub make sure to bring life jackets.

Loud fan & flashing light in bathroom, only really set up for 2 people in a 2 queen bed room. Only 3 pillows per bed all soft no choice for firm ones in room. We needed more wash rags and an extra blanket as that wasn't in the room either. Small bathroom, small sink area. With that said the receptionist was VERY friendly, we liked her alot.

The room was small but the bed was like sleeping on a rock and was small too. I went with a group and all charged the same for our rooms but some people got queen size bed others had two beds while some of us had full size beds. It was not consistent.

My experience was awful, our room smelled like they dumped a bottle of air freshener to cover up the fact that someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. The staff seemed rude and always wanted to rush to end the conversation. We stayed for two days and purchased food for our stay because the staff told us the top of the mini fridge was a freezer, this was not the case as all of our food thawed and was no good. As we packed our bags to leave I did one last look over and found that behind our nightstand and bed there was trash from the last visitor! Save your money and find a Holiday Inn.

Felt rushed out of the room by roomservice. Chain locks on doors were poorly installed and could easily be broken off. The sink was just stupid… I don't know what to say.

Clean and friendly staff. Would defiantly stay again. Just wondering about the three mattress leaning against the window by the pool area?

Nice and clean rooms. Limited breakfast options for none sweets but there were heat and eat omlettes.

Had been to this small motel last month in August 2017 on a business trip. Initially, I was skeptical to stay after seeing the old reviews. But its completely different stay in this motel. Rooms were very clean & compact. Indoor pool, continental breakfast completely changed my mind. Front desk guy (Matthew) was so nice, professional & helpful. Worth stay in a budget motel.

Worst experience of my life. Very rude lady behind the desk that didn't know a thing about customer service. Being nice to the customer was not a priority at this residence. For anyone who wants to go there should choose another place because my experience was terrible along with my guests. Glad to get a full refund back at the end though. :)

Good place for the price. It has a nice small pool and hot tub. It also has HBO which is pretty cool.

Clean rooms but very noisy hallways at all hours. Great location being just off the highway. Cutomer service was average.

This place is awesome,. 70 bucks a night for 2 beds… extra 10 for rollaway,,, 3 out of town construction workers feeling more like vacation than work. Do I have to go home? … lol.

Front desk worker is very personable. Room very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Good hotel if you just need basic no frills lodging… could use updating but was clean, comfortable, pool, whirlpool, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.

Lots of stuff dirty, didn't tell us the pool wasn't working until after we checked in. Pumping noises coming from right outside our window, fridge buzzed very loudly all night.

Always a nice hotel, but didn't have a microwave in room 127 for some reason. Always stay there when I'm working in town.

The room was great! Very clean all around. Staff is very friendly as well. Great location, lots of shopping and food near by.

If I could give it less stars I would! The floor was wet and the room smelled worse than anything I have ever smelt before. Z There was hair on the floor or the bathroom and the tub was nasty! being as we didn't get in until 12:30 am I called to the front desk and no answer. We woke up early the next morning to get out of there as fast as we could. I talked to the lady at the front desk who told me to call the manager on monday to let her know what was going on. So I called and talked with the angry arab lady and she more or less told me to get screwed, and we should have came down to the desk at 1 am and moved rooms. Why walk to the desk when no one answers the phone for ten minutes. Regardless the place is disgusting and gross. NEVER stay there.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we visited our family in Menasha for the past several years — our first stay was when the place first opened. It has the best rates of all the hotels in the area, we've always had a clean room and good service. Our kids have moved to a location a bit farther away from this hotel, but I would likely still stay here on our trips, just because it has been consistently good for the past several years.

Great hotel for the price. Everything was very clean and service was very helpful and friendly. We were a family of four in the standard queen room for a whole week and never had a complaint, which says a lot.

When it comes to hotels, a room is a room — for the most part. Something interesting that I noticed after the continental breakfast was the fact that the TV in the room did not have HBO programmed in to the channels. The channel, for whatever reason, was missing. Though one of their selling points was free HBO. It didn't bother me much, but it could to someone else. I also noticed the heat lamp in the bathroom was burnt out as well. Again, not a big deal to me — but if someone wanted to use it, they couldn't. I did inform the front desk when we checked out, so they will likely replace that one. It does have a pool and hot tub, which were two extremes — a bit hot for a hot tub, and the pool was a little on the cool side. Overall, the experience was just so-so. The continental breakfast included waffles, doughnuts, bread/toast, and bagels. Choice of coffee, apple juice, or orange juice. Good news if you are shopping for a car though — there is a car dealership right next door.

Hotel is crap. They cheat you and give you a twin bed for 2 adults and make you pay $20 more for a double bed. Rooms are disgusting. Don't stay here no matter how cheap. You will get what you pay for. Service is terrible. Got into a full blown argument with the guy after kindly asking to be moved for smoke smelling room and super tiny bed. Worst hotel experience ever.

We got a room here for a "getaway" from the hassels of everyday life and the soon to be turmoil that comes with the holiday season. We booked the "King Suite with Jacuzzi/Hot tub. " The price was decent, the stay was great. Our room was clean, the hot tub was bigger than most. We had an amazing time while there, we went and saw a comedy show that was relatively close by and easy to get to. Now, there is a reason why I only gave them 2 stars. The payment for the room came out on the Monday following our stay, everything was just fine, but then I was checking on my bank account 3 days later and it showed an extra charge of $20. I called the hotel and they told me that my card had only been charged one time, after questioning them a couple more times they all of a sudden came up with a "pillow charge. " They tried to claim that we took a pillow from the room, now I am not naive, I know this sort of thing happens, but we DID NOT take a pillow. I follow the old stand-by that the first thing you do when you get to a hotel room is take the comforter off of the bed because they are never washed. I am also one of those people who carries Lysol with me to spray down the beds, showers, toilets, etc. I would NOT even dream of taking a pillow into my home that hundreds of other people have laid their heads on. I have a hard enough time sleeping on one at the hotel. I ended up calling the corporate customer service and they are looking into getting the issue resolved.

Terrific location 2 blocks from StarBucks and 3 blocks from a supermarket and a liquor store. I'm in my room with a glass of wine and some blue cheese and crackers. Although my firm will pay a lot more, I like to stay at these cheap Inns. The great advantage is that they are often close to the highway and a supermarket so I can stock my own refrigerator. Sure the place isn't all that pretty, but at $50/night what do you expect? I will stay here again.

Before staying here — I read the reviews and worried what it would be like. The Best Western was booked, and this was only one night for business, so I tried it. It was plenty nice! My room was very clean (even toliet had paper bar across to rip before use), linens clean, towels great. The bed was comfortable and the heat/air was easy to adjust and very quiet all night. Not sure where all the bad reviews came from — I had no issues. Nice place for a night.
