Ken Smith, was incredible he helped us out immensely. All other staff were great and friendly. Overall great staff but the building needs work, the pool was dirty and stinky. There were hair balls and the whirlpool smelled. But other than that everything was great!

Great service! From the receptionist to the ladies working the breakfast area to the house keepers and especially management. They always spoke it seemed no matter how many times we were in and out. I and my mom stayed, and the manager actually came and spoke with us during breakfast, great man… outstanding service!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Ken and a guy that is from Flint MI (I can't remember his name) were working the desk when we arrived. Both of these guys were very friendly and upbeat. Ken suggested the SmokeShack for us for dinner and he was right in his opinion. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hot tub didn't work right. Very clean rooms and housekeeping was out and working and asking if there was anything we could use. Had a great stay.

The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly when we checked in. On the second day, they only made our bed but didn’t take out the garbage or pick up the used towels on the floor. The third day, they completely missed our room and didn’t clean it at all. Overall, it looked like they updated the rooms and it does look nice but the barn door for the bathroom really doesn’t work because you don’t really have any privacy. In the end, I would not stay there again.

I have stayed at Hilton properties exclusively and I found my stay at this hotel to be one of the lowest hotels in the chain. Arrived on a Tuesday and had a simple problem with the tub drain not staying open to allow water to drain. Reported it to the front desk Monday morning and asked if they could fix it while I was at work. I returned to find the tub not fixed and water still in the tub. Reported it to the front desk again and they indicates that they didn't know why it hadn't been fixed and questioned whether I reported it. They then assigned me another room that the key didn't work for. I was highly disappointed in the attitude and helpfulness of the front desk staff. When needed they were not available and would be in the lounge area talking to friends while people were waiting at front desk. This is not only a reflection of the poor professionalism of the employees but also of the lack of management at this property. Hilton/Hampton Inn would do well to change or retrain the staff and management of this property and bring them back to the standard that business travelers expect.

I tried for 3.5 weeks to try to get someone from sales to call me back. I wanted to reserve a block of rooms for my group. I called daily for one week and messages were left. NO ONE called me back. Finally I asked to speak to a manager. Guess what — they weren't available either. HORRIBLE service.

Renovations + location of the hotel held it back from 4 or 5 stars. Just so happened that when I was there they were renovating the front facade of the hotel and it just made the whole lobby/front area very dirty and not welcoming. But I think the biggest issue for me was the general location of the hotel; didn't seem like the most tourist friendly area and I didn't have a rental so I was stuck with the restaurants/food options nearby. Others have mentioned that it's noisy, yes, it is right next to a freeway but I think the noise pollution is pretty on par with other hotels I've stayed out that are that close to traffic.

I enjoyed my stay here at Hampton Inn! The room was nice and clean. The front desk employee was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area was nice and clean.

Small, quaint Hampton Inn with best prices and absolutely superb staff. The staff at all levels are very personable, caring and professional. Rooms are kinda tight, but functional with typical awesome Hampton Inn beds.

I will only stay here when I'm in this area. I love all of the staff! They are so friendly! The rooms are clean and quite. The area didn't matter, when your here, they take better care of you than the pricier hotels!

Worst hotel experince. Got in yesterday, found hair on the bed sheets, called it in to front desk. Guy was nice but apparently no room keeping at all past a certain time, so I remade my bed and pillows. Today used a different towel and found 2 long strands of hair… disgusting. Was told to go down and get new towels, until I asked them to bring them up. Check your rooms if you do stay here!

Below my expectations for a Hampton Inn. Terrible Wi-Fi signal strength. 3/20 Update: Stayed here again and increasing to 4/5* because the staff is extraordinarily friendly and seem to genuinely care. Wi-Fi still sucks.

Don't be swayed by the location. I live in NJ and my company HQ is in Menomonee Falls. I always stay here. It is newly renovated. Clean upbeat decor. The staff is like family and the cookies are awesome. I wound up staying here a couple of years ago because the Double Tree was sold out. While I loved the Double Tree, I never went back. Typically the Hampton in is $20-$50 less per night AND free breakfast. From management to housekeeping this location delivers. It's my home away from home while working.

We were there for a speed meet. The rooms were clean. They had been recently remodeled. The people were friendly and helpful. We had to be to the rink at 5:30 am. They had some of the breakfast items ready early for us. When we come back we will definitely stay here.

Reserved two rooms one was not ready at check in time, rooms were clean and in good order staff was pleasant.

This is byfar one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was very very clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure the whole time. I recommend this hotel in good conscience and confidence. Thanks Hampton Inn Milwaukee!

A little worn but good service and a friendly price.

The staff is really nice and friendly, breakfast is always hot and fresh, the rooms are clean and cozy with a modern feel.

Hotel rooms are nice, but front desk people could use smile training. UPDATE: My wife left her IPAD mini in the room. She called the hotel, and they had it. What a wonderful thing to find honesty and high Morales, so I am upgrading my review. I can only say, well done staff, and special shout out to the team that makes sure the rooms are ready.

This hotel has some good features. It was recently updated so the design is fresh and new. The staff is also very friendly. I experienced a few issues though that will probably keep me from coming back. First of all the rooms are tiny. They make me feel a bit clausterphobic. In addition, the shower head was broken, there was only one washcloth in the room and the bed was not very comfortable compared to other Hamptons I have visited. Each of these details isn't a huge deal but together they really take away from the experience.

My wife and I have been staying here for at least 20 years. We have always received a family tupe reception and always have a very good stay. The hotel is just completing a top to bottom renovation. New furniture in all the rooms.

Currently staying for the week. This location is under light renovations. The room is unique very boutique style, similar to a double tree. It's comfortable and the staff are friendly. Overall a good stay so far. I would recommend.

We had a pleasant stay the the Hampton inn. The staff was so great. They were so nice, caring and helpful. Our check in and check out was painless. The outside was under renovation so we were a bit skeptical when we drove up as this was our first time here. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was a double. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Pool area was nice. The only downside was the spa wasn't working. The complimentary breakfast was yummy. We will definitely book here again.

Amazing stay! Greeted by Jonathan and Dan, swift check in. Got up to the room, worth every dollar spent. Quiet, exceptional quality. We'll be staying here when ever we visit. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Kid friendly also. My mother in law said that the breakfast was nice too.

Got a double bed room for the night with my girlfriend and kids. Very convenient being right off the highway which makes for easy access. The room was a tight fit for us 4. The pool when compared to the " average " hotel is a bit small but nice. The hot tub was drained and being worked on but not a huge deal. Wi-Fi is free but struggled to get good service up on our floor (4th) small selection of food with the breakfast but everything tasted fresh and great! Service with front desk was beyond awesome. For example I went and drove down the street and saw a pizza and asked the man at front desk if they delivered he said yes and even went above going to see if they had menu there. Overall great experience. I myself would say being with my family, it was great for one night but would of found two nights to be hard just cause of the low space.

The room was nice and recently remodeled. The hotel was under renovation. The location was nice though close to the highway. The windows in the room did not mask very much sound from the outside. Liked the renovation style except I did not like the removal of dresser which was replaced by three tiered wire baskets. Also, instead of a closet was a shallow wall space with a curtain to hide the fact it was a closet. The barn door for the bathroom door looked nice but if you are traveling with children it only slides closed so kids can slide it open with no help and no lock. This would be fun if I wasn't traveling with my children.

Nice and clean and breakfast is off the change. Ajustable heat quiet and relaxing.

My wife and I have stayed there 9 times this year… Amazing staff… very friendly and helpful. They were under construction during this visit but you wouldn't know it. The place was spotless, quiet, and peaceful. Btw the new rooms are gorgeous! Thanks Hampton inn Milwaukee — Northwest.

I absolutely love this Hotel. It's across the street from the Harley Davidson Dealership, so I can wa k to the venue. The staff is amazing, and they remember me each year. They have a full, hot breakfast, and the breakfast Hostess is always very pleasant, and efficient. I'm in one of the remodeled rooms, and it is comfy. The beds are so comfortable it's hard to get up to go to work. Very happy with my stay again this year.

Breakfast not as good as other properties and the place is a little run down. That being said, the service is great, the people are nice, and the night of sleep was great.

I was extremely upset to pay for this room for my daughter and me to stay for her birthday and she wanted to bring a couple of friends… I took the bus from the north side to the south side to get my kids back to the north side to stay here just to come to find out I am not allowed to have guest… I can't get my money back… they don't even tell you this prior to you booking it… people should be made aware of this rule… this is the first hotel I have ever been at that has these ridiculous rules…

Rooms are fine, not special. Service and breakfast good. No laundry facilities can be a hardship on extended stays.

Rooms are very small, staff is courteous and polite. Breakfast is ok, very chaotic trying to get food from the corner when there are many people in the same corner doing the same thing.

Awesome people! I stayed in a Holiday Inn & Express in Michigan that was awful and it costed me more. Hampton Inn Rocks!

Everyone was so friendly, and it was very quite and I really enjoyed staying there.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Smallish, cozy, lobby, two double bed, rooms don't have a refrigerator.

Rooms were super comfy and clean. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Solid breakfast spread.

The handicap accessible room we stayed in was a bit of a tight squeeze in main part of the room. The room was kept very clean and the bathroom was easily accessible.
