Review of Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center 3*

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very 1st night we noticed right away that the sink in our bathroom was not working. Called lobby that night hoping they would get to it the next morning. Called in a friendly reminder again in the morning before we left for the whole day. Got back at 10:30PM & sink was still not fixed. Went downstairs & was told there is no maintenance worker at night but someone would be up with 20 minutes to try to plunge the sink. No one ever came. The whole time we had to wash our hands, wash our faces, & brush our teeth in the bathtub because sink never was fixed & was full of water. We also couldn't use the hair dryer because it is right next to our water filled broken sink. Manager (Millard) & staff (Mila & Jocelyn) were all very friendly, helpful, & apologetic this morning when we checked out & gave us a decent discount for the inconvenience. Breakfast buffet is great & has eggs, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, pastries, juices, fresh fruits, tea, & coffee. Staff working at the breakfast buffet were very nice & dining manager goes to every table making sure everyone is enjoying. Very close to the expressway so location is great. 5 stars for location, breakfast, & friendliness of staff. 2 stars for maintenance because our bathroom sink, the washing machine, & ATM were all broken the whole time we were there. Worth staying here but don't expect something to be fixed if something in your room is broken. We will give them another chance & hopefully next time so many things aren't broken.
