I highly recommend the BW in Menomonie, WI for its accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and central locations to restaurants. We were very pleased with our three night stay!

Really like this hotel. Best Western Plus is quickly becoming my favorite work hotel. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast is solid. This location lets you use the Anytime Fitness across the street, which is a huge "Plus. "

By far the best hotels to stay in on our 47 states in 30 days travel. The staff are very nice and the rooms are 5 stars.

This hotel was very nice. Real plates and silverware at breakfast. Not paper plates and plastic forks. Room updated and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too soft.

The pool was awesome. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had a large selections. I enjoyed my stay. Close to several restaurants, and Wal-Mart.

Our stay was great! The rooms, breakfast area, and pool were all super clean. Everybody was really friendly and helpful and gave us some great ideas.

What a nice place. The rooms are clean, the staff friend and helpful. What a spread for breakfast. My Son will be going to school at Stout and we where looking for a place to stay when we come up. Well we found it. Next time I want to try the pool it looked so inviting.

Stayed over the weekend to attend a wedding in Menomonie. Pros — Accommodating and friendly staff who let us check in early so we could get to our event on time. Recent renovations give the hotel a very updated and clean look and style. Great location, close to a lot of local sites. Cons — Parking lot still had snow from last snowfall. It was hard to find a spot not full of snow. Our room was on the first floor and way too close to the breakfast area and cleaning closet. We could hear everything outside our door as well as the floor above starting at about 5:00 AM. Poor design of shower in our room as there was no way to keep water from going all over the floor. Overall not a bad hotel but I would expect a little more to be at the price point we were at.

Very helpful caring staff. Alerted me to the weather conditions and the coming storm so I could wisely plan my morning and avoid the storm. Enjoyed the early breakfast start so I was able to beat the weather and make my destination safely. I had and awesome refreshing nights sleep and if I am in the area again I will stay here. This is a great hotel!

I’ve never taken the time to fill out a review before but considering the overall satisfaction and positive experience of my recent stay, I wanted to leave a review that would be beneficial to someone looking for a hotel in the Menomonie area. Everything about the stay was very nice. Can’t go wrong with choosing Best Western in Menomonie!

A home away from home. Laura and her staff are friendly and always makes us feel at home when we stay at The Best Western. The breakfast is very good. And my husband enjoyed using the fitness center.

The location is right in the city. It's quite and very comfortable. The rooms a very updated and roomy. The service and staff are both excellent. The food there is average but overall 5 stars.

I had a 4 hour drive to Menomonie for a work meeting which was to take place the following day. I made my initial reservation at a cheaper location, but was extremely unhappy due to the quality and mold found throughout my room. I ended up leaving my initially booked hotel and found myself on the phone with Best Western. The lady on the phone was very friendly and assured me that there was a room available and that I would feel much more comfortable. She was right, I arrived at Best Western and she took care of me right away. My room was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Granite countertops in the bathroom, tile shower, the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever laid down in. Overall, my experience was amazing. I will forever spend the extra $ to assure cleanliness and comfort.

Clean, basic comfortable room. Good breakfast. Not quite as nice as the Hyatt Place we stayed in the night prior, but also significantly cheaper and a very good value.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the walls were pretty sound proof so it was nice and quiet. They staff made things really nice and easy for breakfast they even helped me grab things when my hands were full with a small child. I would have never expected that from a hotel staff member and she was above and beyond. I had a very positive experience and would have no issues coming back for another stay.

Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. Hot tub on scene. Room was spacious and very clean. Had a king suite. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, excellent service. My husband especially liked small touches on breakfast bar like butterscotch chips for the oatmeal. And even though hotel was full due to a wedding, it was very quiet.

We loved everything about this hotel! First, those working at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hot tub is awesome-clean, relaxing, and the jets were perfect to work on low back and hips. We also fell in love with this adorable city. Make sure to drive down to the lake and also to see the historic buildings.

The inside was really nice and the rooms excellent. Beds and pillows very comfy. Loved the pool and whirl pool.

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was a little soft for my liking but still comfortable. Coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours is very nice! Continental breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

Newly remodeled rooms were great, although currently still working on common areas. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast. But with Perkins and Dennys so close I'm sure it doesn't pay for them to have anything more. Price was comparable to others.

Made a mistake in bookstores no a room Got the wrong city Wanted to book with the same chain but in the correct city Was told no can not do it we gave you a good price and even thru it is three weeks out and you just want a different city. NO REFUND Absolutely zero customer service Can see why Carlson sold out with people like that I will do whatever it takes to make these people know just how unhappy I am Luckily I have a client in this location,,,, bet it would make a great party room.

The hotel is under some renovations currently so hallways and other areas of the hotel didn't look the best, but that didn't affect our stay. The rooms were great and breakfast was good too. The only thing that worried me was their one elevator. I was so afraid of getting stuck inside of it. It would take forever to arrive and then another long time just to go up one floor. It also sounded like it might break mid-ride. Luckily it didn't though.

Rooms were nice. Mattresses were a little firm for me. The hotel is undergoing construction, and the finished address were really nice. There were cookies at check in and staff were friendly. Easy checkout.

Stopped by to visit with family and use the pool. Facility was nice, clean and welcoming.

I stayed in a room that was recently renovated and the bathroom was beautiful, but lights in the room were a little flickery. Other than that with the state of the hotel in remodel, it was great.

Paper thin walls. Could hear people in the hall plain as day. Hopefully their renovation is addressing this issue.

They were in the process of renovation while we were there, but they were very polite and very proactive to any problems we had.

I was a little worried about going here due to the low star rating, but it looks like they recently renovated. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean and comfortable facilities, the free hot breakfast was tasty, and the indoor pool and hot tub is nice too. I would give it 3 stars.

The cookies are a nice touch. Also, their peanut butter and chocolate chip. The check-in/manager/overlord of the hotel said that if you make a cookie sandwhich with those it tastes great. And it did. 5 stars if this was a cookie palace. But it is not. So I'm sorry, but only three. Three. Threeeeeeeeeeeeeee. P. S. Breakfast at 5:30? That's uncivilized. You know what? I'll do it, but get ready for a bath robe. Cause I'm not sure if I made it clear, but if I was to eat at that time, I wouldn't be fully dressed. Yours, Hotel Casual.

The management was extremely condescending. Would not recommend staying here.

This was a nice hotel for the most part, I thought the rooms would be a little more spacious for the price but I was a little disappointed. I specifically asked for a microwave but did not receive one. The beds were comfortable. It was overall a pleasant stay but kind of expensive for what you got.
