Very accommodating and comfortable.

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very attentive the facility is extremely clean and very well taken care of and the beds were nice and comfy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The pool and hot tub were a real treat and the water in both was perfect temperature. Thank you for a great stay!

I absolutely loved seeing they had walk in showers, and I like the sink in the bathroom and the bathroom was roomy. The bed was comfortable, microwave and mini frig. The only thing that would have pleased me even more would be a tall toilet. I would highly recommend staying here and I surely will if the need ever arises!

Very good hotel. They are connected to mainstay suites. Mainstay stay is usually used for extended stay. Mainstay part is very newly built. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfy. Customer service is exceptional. They offer free continental breakfast. There is a gym and laundry services. Plenty of free parking. Hotel is very close to the highway so there may be some car noises on the side facing the highway.

I stayed in the suited side of the hotel for a week on business. The features and amenities were well worth the stay: They have a full breakfast bar that starts at 6am, which is served in a dining room. The check-in desk has newspapers and local brochures for your convenience. There's a pool, fitness center, and laundry room. The suites have modern features including an ice maker and massaging shower head.

Cannot complain. Met all the things I needed. Has a pool (with a basketball hoop! ) and hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good. Was able to keep the room very cool. Bed was nice. It's still a newer building so there isn't random things falling apart yet. Staff was helpful. Only drawback, it's all by it's lonesome. Think you can shuttle to the casino if desired but I didn't bother. Nothing at the casino worth it (only slots, not much for food).

I was visiting Madison during a very busy week so this was the only hotel that I could find that had any availability. I usually stay in a 3.5 or 4 star hotel but I decided to give this hotel a try. I am so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. I had an incident the evening that I checked in. The next morning the manager called me and apologized and made everything right. I could tell that they very genuinely care about their guest. I stayed in a room with a nice size Jacuzzi which was very reasonable in price. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Madison. Thanks Sleep Inn!

The Sleep Inn shares amenities with the Main Stay. The Main Stay is an extended stay hotel with larger rooms. The Main Stay was built in the last 6 months. The pool is very nice and the dining room for breakfast is very large, which is great. Staff are very attentive when keeping breakfast stocked. This is a very busy location off of the Madison Beltline, but the hotel seems more than capable of managing. The hotel has a small game room for the kids, large fitness center and laundry.

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Air conditioner worked great and wasn't loud. Variety of breakfast choices in the morning. Happy with our 1 night stay. Recommend!

First time at a Sleep Inn, based on this visit it definitely won't be my last. Much nicer than I expected.

Great hotel with everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and free parking. This hotel works for me and I made it to Monona Terrace in 11 minutes, so there's no reason to stay downtown at twice the rate. Hotel was clean and the food was fine.

Was a very short night. Stopped in on my way from Chicago to Minn between events, (I had been coming from MO that morning and had already attended the Chicago event. So I was tired, The gentleman at the desk got me checked in quick we chatted for a second about the snow and how it was reeking havoc on the baseball schedule for local teams (we had been getting late snow as well) I ordered pizza, ate and went to bed. I left at 5am so didnt eat breakfast or done much of anything else, I did pop down to check out the pool, it looked nice. Overall I would stay again if im in the area.

As a travelling sales person, I have been staying in choice brand hotels 2-3 times a month for 3 years. This is the NICEST choice hotel brand hotel I have stayed in. Friendly staff, quiet/clean rooms, good location. Fantastic hote.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great as well. No complaints!

In Madison for some training for my job, I didn't feel well, so I came to the hotel early. Pam was checking me in, when it hit me. Pam was quick to point me to the restroom. When I came out she had a care bag with water, sprite, Alka seltzer. Feels like home here. Thank you for your kindness!

We we're very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and perfect temperature. The man at the front desk was incredibly nice and kept a conversation. We needed some plates and utensils so we asked them if they had any and they were more than happy to provide some free of charge. Prices were VERY affordable. The free breakfast composed of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, donuts, toast, and bagels. The eggs were a bit watery but everything else was good for a free breakfast. The waffles were VERY delicious. You pour the batter into the cups provided then make your own waffles in the waffle maker. You can put strawberries, syrup, and butter on it. If you aren't feeling the breakfast they have a selection of frozen dinners any easy mac you can purchase in their "minimarket". The only complaints I have of the stay is the watery eggs and the odd isolated location. But honestly how could that change your mind to stay here? I highly recommend choosing Sleep Inn & Suites as your hotel in Madison! 9/10

Rented a Jacuzzi suite for evening of the Manson concert I attended in February 2018. The room was very nice. Exceptionally clean & the Jacuzzi was fantastic, the bathroom & shower are awesome & HUGE! Bed was comfortable, & the staff was very friendly & helpful.

I love this hotel. Large comfy beds, mini frig and micro standard, clean. We had a snowstorm last night and I just saw someone cleaning off all the cars in the lot. How AWESOME is that! Thank you staff for saving me 10 minutes in the cold.

Very clean and by far one of the nicest pool and hot tubs! The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful, insightful, and friendly. They were very informative on the building and the madison area. Overall great stay!

Little bit off to the side of the road but definitely worth the stay. We had a king suite with a pull out couch. Two tvs, walk in shower and the room was wheelchair accessible. Pool area has splash pad features and a hot tub. Looked really well taken care of and clean. Continental breakfast was pretty standard, nice sitting area. The Lady working was super friendly and attentive to the stations and tables. Definitely worth the money and the cost was really affordable.

New hotel so everything is clean! It's a little off the highway and therefore very quiet. Friendly staff. Room shower is great! Small arcade and pool, large breakfast room available 24 hrs, coffee/tea/fruit available 24 hrs. A couple miles down the road is Maple Grove supper club. We were able to get in Thanksgiving night for their turkey buffet. Local popular spot, food was good, friendly folks. Also a couple of miles away is the local Ho Chunk casino, no smoking, has cafe, free Pepsi products.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean and has useful amenities such as breakfast, a business center, and it’s pet friendly for $10. The front desk agent who checked me in was welcoming and was quick to check me in. Coming from 10 years of hospitality in hotels and restaurants, I have to say thank you and keep up the fantastic work!

Very clean rooms. Welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and lasted until 10 which is great for later risers like me. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. It’s a little out of the way so traffic isn’t bad. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Will come again! The room was clean, as was the entire establishment. Free breakfast from 6:00 — 10:00 am. Food was hot and fresh. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout and were obliged. There is a very nice pool area with hot tub, a fitness center with dumbells, a guest laundry, vending area, and game room. Perfect for a stay with or without children. There is also an ATM in the lobby vestibule. Great stay for business or leisure!

This hotel felt new and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating during my stay. The hotel is right off 12-18 which makes it really easy to get on and off of. It's also great because it's close to 39 and 94 as well. For sake of Madison traffic this is great to have to avoid some of the belt line (if it's better for you to be near 39). The breakfast was good and if you do travel with children, the pool has basketball hoops as well as a fountain. If I were to need a hotel close to Madison, I would choose to stay there again.

Love it! Fantastic! There is a great restaurant that delivers to your room (Glass Nickel Pizza), a relaxing hot tub and pool at the perfect temp. Whhew! We needed a nice place to stay after 12 hrs of driving. Thank you!

Very nice rooms. Would recommend, however the front desk should be better attended and wouldn't recommend the breakfast. Otherwise a pleasant 2-night stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value. Kids will love the pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast was far more than the normal continental breakfast.

Very nice rooms! Enough room for a family of 4. TV rotated so we didn't all have to endure Disney Channel late at night. Bathroom was a nice side with a nice tub/shower. Didn't get a chance to go to breakfast, but from what some of my family said it was good.

The hotel is located on a highway service road. The local area with delapitated houses is a bit dodgy driving though. It looks like they are building a restaurant next door, which would be great. The room was clean, but the sound of highway traffic noticeable. The hotel is relatively new, although brown and tan are used extensively making it feel dated. The beige, plastic bathroom shower without a door felt like it should be in a trailer more than a new hotel. It was fine yet some better interior design choices could have made the hotel more upscale and modern.

The Sleep Inn in Madison is a great hotel. It is quiet, modern, and has an awesome indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are pretty big and the beds are very comfortable. For the price, I think this is the best hotel in Madison. One note for anyone planning on staying: the smoke detectors are very sensitive to heat. My family and I went swimming and took showers after. We left the bathroom door open and didn't turn on the fan. The steam and heat from the shower somehow set off the smoke detector. Next time we drive through Madison and need a place to stay, it will be at the Sleep Inn.

The value is great. Ask about the stay and play package. It will save you a good deal of money.

Awesome service. Awesome rooms. Super clean, large rooms, with TV, mini fridge, and microwave along with a decent sized closet. Also had a large pool. Great price. Would stay here again any day!

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. The bed was ok. Whirlpool was great! Walls were thin. Price was great for the whirlpool suite. The pool was also pretty good. Overall average hotel, but good for the price.

Stayed here for a very invasive facial reconstructive facial surgery at UW. I was able to enjoy it for so far the two nights before my surgery, and searched all over for a great hotel, that was roomy, comfortable, clean, nice helpful staff, and I sure did find it. I wanted to thank Ktara, who actually moved the people staying next door (kids jumping on and off the beds, really loud t. V. Could hear kids playing, etc. ) I asked them very nicely to maybe just quiet down if they could, and that just got a door slammed in my face. I held off, because I am not a complainer… but my seizure response dog started to get freaked out because he didn't know where these bangs were coming from… so I explained it to Ktara, and she moved them ASAP) Very sweet staff, I hope the rest of the 10 days is like this for my parents! Thank you.

This is one of the nicest motels I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot lately. I was clean the pool was not overly chlorinated the hot tub had no floaties and we had all the towels we needed. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Not just cold cereal and a roll but a full breakfast. Oh yes and the beds were very comfortable too.

This was a Awesome hotel super clean and the staff was so nice. It was the best night sleep I have ever gotten at a hotel. I know when my husband and I sneak away again where we will be staying! Great place can't say enough good thing about it! The GM there is super nice! There weren't enough stars for this hotel see You again soon I hope!
