If I could leave zero stars I would. We got to the room at 1248am after a long drive and I had called and verified TWICE during the day our room. Not to mention why I was charged 6 hours before we actually arrived on the property. The woman at check in was rude and rolled her eyes more often then my 6yr old does. This used to be my favorite place to go when on a weekend out.
this time will be my last. Had I not paid for 2 nights we would have never stayed the second night.
if your looking for a roudy, rough, loud hotel then this is your stop! cops even show up with dogs to do sweeps every few hours.
it's become a filthy dump of a hotel. So disappointed!

The the room and jacuzzi fits 2 great. Stayed in the Tuscan Room.

Just stayed there for three night last weekend. Normally I would recommend, but not this time. One of the reasons I choose that is the hot breakfast. Which still states on there that you get. Well all 3 morning we got a small cold breakfast in brown paper bag. Same stuff every morning.

Clean, but can tell they did lots of cheap updates. That’s fine for the price, but unfortunately you can hear everyone else. Doors don’t seal right and if you are on bottom floor you will hear people above you. They also charge you extra on your card in hopes you do t catch it. Very shady!

They Gave me the wrong room then double charged me the price. I wasn’t happy the manager was suppose to contact me and never did. They explained the Worker made a mistake because someone had the same name as me. But they haven’t paid attention to my ID because we obviously from different states.

A nice quiet getaway in a fantasy suite last weekend was not even close to that. Room was pretty cool but the dozen kids and drunk adults in the jungle were in and out slamming doors and screaming. Toilet did not flush, and at a time where cleanliness is a must, candy on the floor, dusty someone's drinks still in the fridge. the clerk at 10pm said she could move us from the themed fantasy suite to a regular room. the next day the clerk did not want to hear anything, said to call the manager Dayton on Monday. He refuses to return calls. Finallysomeone said to call this lady that it's part owner. No return call from her either.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows. Great value and enjoyed the pool and free breakfast. Staff is friendly and thoughtful.

I really love the rooms I like the beds that are very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot tub could have used a cleaning, but otherwise the pool area was very nice. Breakfast was hot and good. Yes, I would recommend this place and I'm sure we'll stay there again.

Much nicer and so much cleaner by far than the last two places I stayed at, Days In in Lacrosse WI and Quality in Brandon SD.

The pool & hot tub had algae in it & you could not see the bottom. The pool room smelled even an was totally disgusting!

I booked online because the pictures looked like the rooms were big, they had a pool and I could pay at the hotel. When I got there I was told they may not have a room for me, I was informed the pool was closed and they ran my debit card even though I was told I could pay with cash. The bathroom was so small it was smaller than my closet at home and the room was big enough for just a bed and small table. There were children screaming and running in the halls at 6am. The only good part of my stay was the bed was comfortable. I will not be going back there.

First impression: clean lobby-walked up to desk Carmen took care of us: (while she was checking us in and not really saying anything the girl next to her was checking two different families in and both times asked the families your staying overnight would you prefer an upper or lower room? Also gave advice on the hotel and surrounding area‘s while Carmen checked us in for two nights didn’t offer us upper or lower room was very rude, no instructions or information, no people skills at all for front desk! She really needs to go! Room was nice, air conditioning unit a little loud, housekeeping was excellent-very friendly and polite. Breakfast was pretty good only downfall right at 10 sharp a older lady and gentleman walk in and start pulling the hot items fast, maybe out of courtesy just take one minute and say “we are closing down the breakfast buffet would anyone like anything before we do so” very simple and I really think it would go along way. Like the saying goes if you don’t like your job don’t do it find something that you do like.

Clean and comfortable. Good location easy access to restraunts. A huge thank you to Tiffany at the front desk for being friendly and helping us in a tight spot.

Nice and clean rooms. No complaints about the breakfast selection. Place is clean, has a nice spot for grilling outside. Hotel staff are nice and hosputabke! Pleasant to stay in for the week!

This is a nice clean well kept hotel with nice clean rooms. It's very close to the airport and there are some good restaurant choices right across the street. They have a hot breakfast in the morning and very friendly folks. The pool is small but it's enclosed. Overall for the low rate I was comfortable here and will stay here again in the future.

Even though it is next to the air port the noise was not bad. Stayed there for 2 nights and there was only 4 planes that went by all during reasonable hours and it wasn't very loud. The service was good and the rooms were nice. No complaints.

My son and I stayed on Friday, April 13th, 2018. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But the smoke alarm kept us awake, needed new battery and it snowed over night! The plow placed a 2 foot high bank behind our car which we were expected to shovel. Most of the cars in the parking lot were in the same boat! Also breakfast opened at 5 but no hot food until 8. And that was only waffle batter. We are never going back and I hope they don't treat others how they treated us.

Had a great experience here. Absolutely loved the 4 queen bed suit! Lots of room and very clean. Unfortunately one room the heat didn’t work and the other room, the cool air didn’t work. Had to switch rooms with my mom as I like it cool. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helped us upgrade when we arrived to a bigger room. Gave us a great price as well! Beds were very comfy and breakfast was AWESOME! Will definitely use this hotel again when we travel!

This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. I enjoyed the specialty room which was. The staff was very pleasant to work with and helpful in letting us know what was nearby. Their breakfast was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel but thought that Green Bay over always pretty boring. There is a nice sports bar across the street but other than that nothing is really nearby.

Very neat & clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable but bathroom was way too small! Pool was really on the small side for a hotel with so many rooms. Hot tub in pool area was also way too small. We stayed 2 days & ended up never being able to use it — too crowded. Breakfast spread was nice. They also have "themed rooms" which actually were very nice & fairly priced. Our room rate was pretty fair.

Just stayed there, the staff was nice but couldn’t really sleep because of how hallow the walls were. Kids were playing around in the hall and found strands of hair floating around in the pool and hot tub, plus the pool was so small and very crowded. I enjoyed the room though.

At first the staff where really nice just over time it started to change. Other then that it was a nice place.

The hotel was nice, however when we booked we weren't told that it was at capacity, there were so many people we couldn't even eat breakfast or use the pool or hot tub due to the dozen children that were in it at all times. Would not stay here again.

Stayed at hotel j Jan 27th. Very lucky they had a room. We were reserved at motel 6. Checked in there. Room was dirty, burn holes in the comforter, dust so big above the doorway it looked like bugs and we couldn't leave the room because the lock was stuck. Only thing provided was a bar of soap. What the hay? Checked back out immediately. It was around 7 in the evening and nowhere else in sight to go. We are sooo thankful. Immaculate!. Thank you hotel j staff lady (sorry, didn't get your name) for being a savior from the nightmare. We definitely will stay with you again. Everyone else, please be their guest. P. S. Soap, shampoo, mini fridge, micro, etc. Only $20 more!

Excellent hotel! The rates were really low but the quality was the equal of much more expensive places. Not a lot of frills, but everything is clean and comfy, the sheets and blankets are really soft and warm, the pool area is nice, breakfast was good, and the staff are really friendly and helpful! Loved my stay!

This place is good, nothing to complain about. The hotel is really affordable and it was newly renovated, the staff is very nice with you. I will only complain about the breakfast which a bit limited. Except that this hotel is also a nice place to go, each time I am in town I try to go there.

I rented the honeymoon suite for my husband and I. It was very beautiful inside the room (I decorated with the balloons, etc. ) There was a two person Jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in, and I loved the accents throughout the room. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was definitely better than other hotels. The staff was all very friendly and cheerful. I would definitely come again. The prices are on the higher side.

Close to Lambeau field. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. What more can you ask for?

I was visiting out of state for my father's funeral. I made the reservation the night of his memorial around 8pm. My daughter ended up going missing that night and wasn't found until 4am. We obviously didn't make it. I contacted hotel Saturday am to explain situation. I was told I would not be charged. I was subsequently charged and told that I lied about calling. Emailed phone records showing I did contact and explained situation to even include my father's death certificate. They said too bad. My family was financially impacted by traveling for a sudden death and the staff has no compassion at all.

It was a nice place to stay. Clean room, comfy bed, a nice little pool area and the continental breakast was good too.

Hotel J is gorgeous with lots of contemporary art. The entire facility is very clean. Friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. Even the room service workers say hi and ask how your stay is. You feel very welcome. We stayed in the South Hampton room for a weekend honeymoon after getting married this last Friday. It was so relaxing and perfect for getting rid of the stress that comes with wedding planning. The bed and room atmosphere were so relaxing! We had an in-room jacuzzi. The pool and hot tub on site were nice. The free breakfast is good. The hubby and I will definitely recommend Hotel J and come back sometime if we need some R&R. A+ hotel.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Especially for the price. It appears to have recently changed ownership or is undergone a name change for some reason. Everything seems updated. Is it a five star hotel? No, but again for the price and location, it's a place I'd stay again.

Hotel was clean and service was friendly. They upgraded our room, day of the Packer game. It was great. Also had Uber driver available. Only negative is that pool opens at 9 am.

This place is great! Amazing staff. Clean rooms. And great pool area. I used to run a front of a restaurant and hotel and I can tell you I had nothing but smiles and great conversation Andy and Tiffany made me feel "at home". This is my new favorite place to stay and bring family and friends.

Hotel is very nice and clean. People are very friendly and helpful. I am coming back here next time I am in town.

The rooms are simple but comfortable, bed and pillows are amazing, had a hard time getting up for the morning because of how bed-locked I was.

Not happy OK I spend a lot of time in hotels working on the road. This weekend, I figured I could get a really nice room since my wife came to green Bay to visit. I chose this place because the reviews were good and it was close to where we wanted to be. I should have went else where got a cheaper price. The accomadations were clean just I expected more for over 100 bollard a night. There was paint peeling all over the room, the bath was small, bigger baths at the motel 6 even, and they claim a deluxe breakfast that was sub-par and the same anywhere (nothing special). Finally, checking in, they held a 100 dollars from my card for incidentals? Unheard of I could see 15 or 20 but not half the price of the room!

It was clean and simple. The staff was really nice. They were knowledgeable about the area and what places deliver there.

Room was very clean and staff was nice. Not a very big pool or hot tub (which is fine), however; there were ants all over where the hot tub is. Seems when you have ants that bad in April you may have an infestation. Good luck!

Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast including a waffle bar with Ghirardelli Chocolate, white chocolate and carmel toppings.

I liked it. The housekeeping staff is really friendly. I needed more towels because I chose not to have the room serviced. The young lady was very kind and made sure I got what I needed with an offer of a bath mat. There were many choices for breakfast too. The hotel is newly renovated which makes me wonder why the sink plug doesn't work. Other than that, so far so good. We've been here for 3 nights, 1 more to go. (truck driving orientation)

The family suite is amazing, and affordable. Loved to cuddle with my man, n 3 kids with comfort on thee amazing couch after swimming. But swimming … Seriously a swim class in a hotel pool?, we were (family of 6) told to shut up because she couldn't hear her student, given dirty looks if not stared down by this "instructor". I was just reading the reviews n noticed someone else mentioned this. Also the pool was extremely dirty, massive hair, band aides, a water bottle on the bottem, water was murky to say best. But the room was amazing, n over all we enjoyed our time there.

If this hotel is not your last option, I wouldn't recommend it. Small bathroom, no towels in pool, small TV etc. Good price though, maybe thats why?!

This hotel is wonderful, especially for people flying out of the Green Bay Airport. The service is great! The rooms don't have much, but if you are a traveler looking for a place to stay overnight, it's perfect! I had an excellent stay!

I've never stayed here. I've attended a social function here. But they were perfectly reasonable and accommodating.

Poor Communication and Unfriendly Service! My husband and I were on a date night. I reserved online where it said cash payments were accepted in several different places, and upon arrival (the same day) we were refused service because they said that they no longer take cash payments. I'm note sure what happened in two hours from the time I made the reservation to the time we arrived at the hotel? The staff was very unfriendly and were not willing to accept us as guests even though the online reservations said differently. I would not recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend the Wingate hotel next to the airport instead. It was only $20 more and is only about two blocks away. We walked in and got a room, paid with cash, no questions asked! They were extremely accommodating and polite, which was a major difference from the Settle Inn hotel!

The room is very clean well stocked pots pans, silverware, dishes, towels and coffee. Pool was a little chlorinated for my taste but everybody else in my group loved it.

They have a great staff. The building is old but there remodeling. The rooms do not have many usable outlets. Maybe one or two. But its not bad.

The lobby had a horrible smell.

Very Clean. VERY QUIET! We stayed during a Packer game, so we got one of the last two rooms. Because of the full house I thought for sure there would be a noise issue. As it turns out, the only noise we heard was when the fans came in from the game and were in the hallways — but this only lasted for a few minutes. We actually had to turn on the bathroom fan for some background noise as the air conditioner was too quiet! The rooms and halls were very clean and the staff was super friendly! The perfect hotel stay!

Clean well managed Inn. Nice staff. Great breakfast, clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and well kept. Would recommend anyone to stay. Good rates too!

2/6 — I have edited this review to change everything to poor in hopes it will prevent people from staying at this property. Their staff are horrible, and now, not only was I overcharged in the first place, I now have an additional, unexplained $20 charge to my account as well. And when trying to call this hotel, the staff are continually rude and disrespectful. Horrible way to run a business. The hotel, and its facilities were great and perfect for our occassion. However, I'm currently experiencing some issues with their service. I was quoted a rate for my stay when I made my reservation, and now, come to find find out they charged me $65 more PER NIGHT than what I was quoted. At this point, they are not being very accomodating in resolving this situation. I'm told I initialed the rate at check in… no such thing was pointed out to me on the paper I signed at check in. This is coming after they initially tried putting me in the wrong room in the first place, and it took almost 15 minutes to resolve that issue at check in, with a frustrated staff member. As for the rate, I was told she would "check with the person who made my reservation"… funny, she never bothered to ask for my phone number to call me back before she hung up on me. I worked in hotels for a great many years, and 1) we honored the rates that we quoted, even if they were incorrect, and 2) we informed our guests what they were signing/initialing when they checked in. Very poor service in my opinion.
