Nice hotel. We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the toilet wasn't flushing right. We told them but they didn't fix it so then we told the staff again when we checked out. Also didn't get water when we checked in. Thought maybe as a Hilton honors member I wasn't entitled to it but at other Hamptons we did get water. So at check out I asked and sure enough I was entitled to water.

The room and entire hotel is very clean! Check in was quick and the AC works perfect. Breakfast had a lot of options and the coffee is the hottest in No Wisconsin. I would stay here again.

Awesome place! Room was clean and the staff was great. Breakfasts were very good as well.

Nice rooms and property. Two mile walk or run down Forest Ave to downtown where you can find the Loop trail. Sidewalks on Forest on. Otherwise sides into town. Buffalo wild wings walking distance from hotel.

Were in for a wedding. Check in was a little rocky, but the hotel staff were friendly. It's a clean place rooms were nice and breakfast was very nice. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Good clean hotel. Much quieter if you stay on the back side away from the road.

My first night here and I feel at home. Very pleasant atmosphere folks playing cards casually in the lobby. Plenty of free and hot coffee. Probably the most pleasant part is overhearing conversations between Tina at the front desk and who ever walks up. Tina is the friendliest person possible and makes every person who walks up feel "at home. "

Stay was friendly and the hotel seems very new and nice. Rooms were quiet. Small but decent breakfast.

The only real bummer is there is NO hot tub. I was really looking forward to that. But to be honest the place is lovely and very clean. Staff are extremely pleasant, beds are pretty comfortable happy to have spent our family reunion there.

The rooms are very nice. The bathrooms could use a fan and better pressure. The breakfast buffet is the best.

Motel was like new. Desk help very good. Breakfast attendant helpful and courteous. Quite and restful night!

We had a block of rooms. Everyone I was with slept pretty well, but the road traffic noise outside was a bit much. The comforter was extremely warm. If you took it off, the air conditioner made things very cold. However, the staff was extremely capable and friendly. The pool was fantastic and had a basketball net. We had a ton of fun and it was clean. I would probably go back but get a room on the non Highway side of the building.

Awesome front desk guy named Neal (spelled close to or a different version of "Neil") *hooked me up with some birthday popcorn and the room we stayed in was pretty modern and a hot tub jacuzzi was an amazing bonus! Definitely would stay there again and reasonable price-wise.

. This place gets 10 stars! The customer service started the moment I walked thru the front door here. The smiling friendly staff, from Stacy at the front desk for check in really made me feel like a valued guest,! and the GM Jasmine even went out of her way to accommodate my early arrival! A huge thank you to those 2! I will be back!

Third time staying here with my husband for work travel. The rooms are clean, but this time we were put in the hearing impaired room. The fire alarm went off in our room at midnight while we were asleep and because it's the hearing impaired room the fire alarm made a soul piercing noise for a long time until the hotel manager could figure out how to turn it off. The police came, the fire department came and no one can figure out why it went off. I'm 7 months pregnant and the stressful experience caused me to have contractions until 6am. Terrifying. The next day my husband tried to get our rooms switched but they claim they're sold out and have no other rooms. This room should be condemned until they figure out why this happened! The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are pretty decent, except for the head maid / housekeeper. She has a really bad attitude! Now, we just skip service and keep our own room tidy only asking for towels and toilet paper when needed.

New, clean and beautiful facility. Staff was friendly. Rooms look great! Pool was clean and water was not cold. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Room is nice. Thumbs up! Pool was FREEZING. Kids okay with the pool but I won't go in when it's that cold and no hot tub. Thumbs down!

Very nice hotel. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a long time. Breakfast buffet is unbelievably good. Only complaint I had was no Jacuzzi in the pool area.

My wife and I had an excellent experience here. Comfortable beds, quiet, good breakfast and a nice dip in the heated pool. We would stay here again.

Rooms were clean, big and in good shape. The only detail that was missing were cleaner tables at the breakfast. All in all a good stay.

New property and beautiful rooms. This is exactly what a Hampton Inn should be… breakfast was okay and staff was excellent. I had a whirlpool suite and it was enormous!

This hotel is great, customer service is EXCELLENT very friendly and extremely helpful to your needs! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, very clean and love the daily sticky notes saying that your bed was changed that day with fresh linen. For breakfast their was a variety of choices and must say one of the best I have had at a hotel everything was hot and very tasty… Our next weekend get away in this area will be spent again at this hotel.

I am disgusted at how rude and unprofessional the service from the sales department was. No response for blocking hotel rooms for a wedding that I had requested months ahead of time and now that it is fast approaching being told nothing is available. Great way to show your new business in Fond Du Lac.

Excellent customer service, wide variety of foods for free breakfast that was very tasty! Love the layout of the room and convenient bedside tables with pullout shelves and charging hubs/clock radio combos. Large efficient Sowers and bathrooms! Stayed 2 nights over Christmas and will do it again next year.

The Hampton Inn in fond du lac is very comfortable. I spent my first night in a studio room, which turned out to be quite large, about double the size of a standard room. Since the hotel was booked my second night was in a standard room which was nice as expected. The breakfast was surprisingly good, although microwaved. The staff were very polite and attempted to be helpful even if they couldn't actually help. Overall, would stay again happily.
