Everyone at this hotel was very pleasant. They were quick to offer up any toiletries, tooth brushes or even razors that might need. Even rot a Mini fridge to our room for our one week stay. Very Convenient shopping within walking distance including a Subway and anything else you might need. Stay here.

Great place to stay after a long day of work staff is great pool hot tub.

Location was good for us as it was in the middle of both Riviera beach in Lake geneva and Fontana beach. It was a short drive to both beaches which we enjoyed. Elkhorn is a small town but it offers enough places to eat right by the hotel, even walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was on point for free and the staff was nice.

Nice clean Hamptony, need a bigger breakfast area tho. What up wit dat.

Rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was great. We were here for 4 nights so it would have been nice to be able to get a room with a mini fridge and a microwave. Alas there was no such room at this location. We were told there was an extra charge because there was no free rooms but the hotel was totally empty during our stay.

Clean hotel with a friendly staff and strandard hotel breakfast. Located perfectly between US-12 and I-43. I would stay again.

2 people in a 2-bed room. It was clean and the staff were professional. The breakfast was very good. The location was conveniently close to our convention center, and the price was very reasonable.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. They did not have many of the snacks for gold or elite hilton members. Overall good experience.

The front desk staff was very helpful and offered to bring a microwave to my room so that I didn't have to walk down the hall to kitchen area to warm up food. The room was rather small but had a very comfortable bed and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel had a nice weight room next to an equally nice pool. Apparently, the hotel is quite popular in the community as there were at least two kids birthday parties going on along with people partying in the front lobby area.

Last time I am staying here. Heat doesn't work. Guy from front desk couldn't give me another room. They don't have a full time maintenance staff so even thought they had 10+ vacant rooms, were all unrentable due to needing various repairs Front desk guy did come up and reset the heater and it worked for a few hours. Then I had to do start my doing my own repairs and resetting the heater. I'm a paying customer and shouldn't have to do this! This should not be a Hampton Inn. Not up to standards. Will not return and I have stayed here 6 times in the last 18 months.

I come in after photographing a 9 hour wedding on the coldest night of the year (New Years Eve) and the heater in my room was broken. Only one front desk person and it took him a long time to figure things out bc he had to deal with other guests. After a half hour of freezing and waiting, I was given another room. This young guy was nice and did try to help but complained that GM knew about certain broken heaters but wasn't doing much about them. Staff (desk manager) in the morning gave a very luke-warm response when I asked if he was aware of the problem. Also stated that some of the rooms heaters were not functioning properly. Really? It's the dead of winter in WI and that stuff isn't taken care of? I could care less about the big TV — give me some heat on the coldest night of the year. A 6 year old could tell you that that is the first thing you need for your guests and you get on it pronto! Oh, and I was given a bottle of water for the road as an apology — please. Step it up folks.

Small pool, and it seems like accommodations have changed recently. I feel it's a bit pricey to have nothing else but a Pizza Ranch and a Piggly Wiggly by it. I understand it's convenient for events that come to town, but that's it.

When we checked in I said I hope the room is quiet, no response from the person checking me in. When we got to our room I noticed that we had one queen bed not two nor a king. So we decided to stay in our room. The mattress was of very very poor quality. Walls were paper thin heard someone's TV til 11 then again at 4 am. Decided at 6 to get up and leave. When I turned my room keys in on my way out, I was not asked how my stay was. I won't be back anytime soon.

Typical Hampton inn and that is not a bad thing. Got a good night sleep before my customer visit.

Not quite up to Hampton "par". The good: Parking is ample and well lit. The location is good, things you need (grocery, some dining, liquor, convenience) are close by but not crowded or too busy. The staff is friendly. I arrived at my room after shopping for some cold items that needed refrigerated and learned I had no fridge in the room. No problem, one was brought up to my room within minutes of check-in (which was before 3pm BTW). The Bad: I have 4 spiders camped out on my ceiling. I have nothing against spiders I just don't want to see them in my room. There were a few stray hairs (long) that stood out in some very obvious places. One was right in the middle of the bathroom mirror, one in the tub and others in not so obvious places only discovered because the obvious ones provoked (cringing) curiosity. There was some other obvious cleaning that didn't happen as well. The door to my room "sounded" like it shut securely behind me but it did not, it would not latch unless you pulled/pushed it tight behind you. I've had more warm and fuzzies down the road in Beloit and will probably stay there from now on whenever my travels take me to Delavan, WI.

All staff was exceptionally helpful, even when we arrived well after midnight because of a delayed flight. They were patient with us and we're very welcoming.

I booked a wedding block and was told I could only book 15 rooms on a Saturday. I was told I could add rooms a month before the wedding if needed. Well I needed to but additional rooms weren't available. I'm not sure how the Hampton Inn staff knows how many rooms I need available for MY wedding, but they were wrong and we were short. Additionally two of my parties called for rooms and their reservations weren't identified in the system. When I called to discuss this with the manager, he answered the phone by saying 'hello' rather than introducing himself followed by how may I help you. He was very unprofessional. It was an average experience when it came to booking a wedding block. I guess they changed ownership within that year which may have caused difficulties. Other than that the rooms and common areas were clean and I have no complaints with the hotel itself. Just the personnel could use some changes.

This place screwed me. Was lied to more than once by staff and GM. I tried to block off rooms for my wedding down the road and they told me sure no problem. I paid the venue, went back to block rooms and they wouldn't let me. My wedding is in June 2018 and they told me I had to wait until January 2018 to do anything. I was also told they might be changing the policy to a 2 night minimum stay. When that is already their policy! This hotel never mentioned any of this when I talked to them before we paid the venue. I called Hilton hotels and they did nothing, even when I mentioned I was lied to and the staff was disrespectful. Don't ever book an event here, if you do, good luck.

Hampton Inn was very accommodating for out large wedding party. Even late night, they were attentive when there were minor issues, or when we needed space for our group to wind down. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great! I would stay here again, and recommend it.

The location is great for visiting Lake Geneva. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The room we had was a bit smaller than normal, but not by much. As long as you don't expect to spend a whole lot of time in your room it doesn't really matter. We were only in the room an hour or so before sleeping and we didn't feel cramped. All the staff I talked to were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Rooms were clean, had great updated outlet support. Multiple regular and usb options on nightstand shows a well up to date hotel.

Typical Hampton Inn. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice facilities. The lighting in the room was a little dim for my preferences and I wish the hotel had king size beds.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have been to. Bathroom shower head and walls were clean without cracks at seams. Standard breakfast fare.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating. We had an issue with one of staff members at the front desk being rude. So I thought talking to the general manager would be a good idea (I was so wrong). The general manager of this place ERIC SMITH is a racist SAVAGE. He was worse than his employee. From the very start he talked to me like I was below him and he was better than me. Then he called me a liar and said I was dumb and he was going to charge me extra random fees on my card. Then I told him I would dispute it on my credit card if he did and this man told me he would take me to court lol. These people are un educated ignorant savages. The stay was unpleasant, the breakfast was horrible and at one point a local deputy YES a deputy was sent up to our room to interrogate us about a "fire alarm" issue when there was no said issue. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Staff very professional and a pleasure to work with. Breakfast was great. Can't speak for the pool or fitness as I didn't use these while I stayed for a night.

Pretty decent place, breakfast was good but lacked much variety, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom but room was clean and nice.

I stay at the Hampton Inn Elkhorn twice a week for work, the employee's are always friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a decent gym, swimming pool, and hot tub. The rooms are always clean and quite. They are also within walking distance of a McDonald's, Culver's, Kwik Trip, and a Piggly Wiggly.

This is a great place to stay, the gym, pool and hot tub are a nice way to relax after a long day. I stay here 2 times a week, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help where they can. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I enjoy the breakfast in the morning and the hotel is around a few places to eat within walking distance, such as a Culver's, McDonald's, Kwik Trip, or the Piggly Wiggly as well as some other local restaurants. I would recommend this location to others looking for a good place to stay.

I have stayed here while in town for work on several occasions. Several times for more than a week at a time. I travel for a living, so I see my share of Hampton Inns as well as other hotels. I can tell you from experience that this Hampton is top notch. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is always fantastic, the pool, hot tub and fitness center are awesome. I have used it all and can attest to how well kept and nicely maintained they are. All of that being said, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all the nicest bunch of folks around, and will bend over backwards to make you happy. The location is close to all kinds of places to eat, and is a super convienent to the highway. If you are going to be in this area, don't think twice about staying here. For the quality, price and service it can't be beat.
