Getting a wedding block through them was a pain… Emailed back and forth then nothing. Was told I couldn't get a block over phone just email but that's kinda hard when they don't respond. Kept emailing them for over a month since the last email from them until I just gave in and called. When I finally got a call back from someone supposedly in charge they didn't apologize but they set it up over the phone which they originally said they couldn't do. They also don't have any group rates for rooms. Overall not impressed with my experience thus far…

Nice newer hotel in a cute little area of the world. Clean rooms, spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, friendly staff, cute little bar & lobby & delicious breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty standard.

Clean rooms, quiet, hotel attendants were polite, Continental breakfast was small but had a few choices including biscuits & gravy, waffles and eggs. The safe in the room is an extra fee of $1.85 unless you ask ahead of time for the charge to be removed. Subway across the street with a gas station and about a half mile walk to the Chippewa Riverfront (short walking path) and monument. About a mile walk to a playground.

Small town, late night hoyel service was good. Some issues with getting rooms as it was given away to someone else even though I had it reserved a few months ago. Did get it fixed and was given a different room.

The front desk people were very helpful and the room was clean. The shower head was a bit lime scaly, but over all it was an good stay.

The customer service here is wonderful. They let my kid get yogurts even when it's not breakfast anymore. The rooms and very clean and big. We stayed in the extended stay room. It had a small kitchenette which had a stove, a sink, and a dishwasher. It also included some dishes already in the room. The water pressure here is really good also! Are stay here has been so great. Would definitely recommend to stay to here!

We had a very pleasant stay. Refrigerator and microwave were good sized and the room was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, but no elevator.

This hotel was very clean. Staff was polite. Bed was comfortable. Had issues with bathroom, though. Tub was a little plugged and had hard time shutting off shower. Paint peeling above shower. Toilet dripped. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices but eggs were dry and sausage salty. I would stay here again because it was better than most hotels even with a few small issues.

Clean and quiet facility with friendly staff. Not a bad breakfast considering its included with the room fee.

Nice motel and friendly associates. Has a view of the river front, although from a distance. Quite and cozy.

Clean. New. 3 blocks from the Chippewa River and Main Street. 5 bars within 0 3 miles. Fun cute town.

Place very clean and accommodating. They cooked the pizzas there and brought them out to us outside.

A nice, new, clean place! King room had plenty of space, clean like the rest of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. Fresh cookies at the front desk were amazing!

First time guest and I was very impressed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I checked in late and the women at the front desk had baked cookies! I was pumped. Also, the room and amenities were great. Had a fridge and usb charging ports. Stuff that big hotels neglect to include. Breakfast was simple but also great. Had a Belgium waffle and sausage. I will be staying here next time I'm back!

It cheaper. Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. But I have no phone service outside the hotel.

My stay was very short but still the room and hotel were very clean and up to date. Staff were friendly and prompt with their service. Only complaint would be that the mini store on site was probably over priced — you can buy a frozen pizza which they will make and deliver to your room for $10, which seemed like just a couple dollars too many. Continental breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. I've never heard of this chain before but I'd definitely seek it out again as the service was on par with other hotels for which you'd pay $30 more per night.

Very clean. Super nice people. More for breakfast than we expected. Quiet and comfortable.

Loved the stay here. It all started off right when I walked in and the babe checked me in at the front counter. Very friendly! The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the towels were actually towels—real bath towels, not hand towels used for bath towels, but bath towels. Like 2x3.5 size. Next morning, breakfast was delectable and hot, as was the girl who checked me in. Great accommodations. Great STAY!

This place tries to gouge customers $114 a night for a single, give me a break, its small town Wisconsin forgods sake.

My family (including my wife and kids, my parents and two of my brothers) stayed at the Durand Cobblestone Inn in June 2010. We all thought the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We were in Durand to attend a wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

It was great. The front desk was very helpful. Everything was new. The lines were still on the pillow cases. Very new.
