My Sister and I stayed at the gorgeous White Lace Inn in the Vintage Rose room. It fulfilled all of our Bed & Breakfast dreams including delicious breakfasts each morning, artful tea/coffee mugs, and a cozy fireplace in the evening. The hosts were so sweet, we can’t wait for our next stay!

We stayed recently for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our time here. Coffee on our porch swing in the morning, cocktails in the garden at night. The breakfasts each day were filling, delicious and fresh! The poached pears were amazing!
Dennis is so hospitable and knows how to make you feel at home! I would highly recommend this place to stay and we will absolutely be back again!

The Inn has a few houses all nestled around a pretty garden with a gazebo and small pond water feature all right downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was quaint, had a beautiful wood burning fireplace and the breakfasts at the main house were phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place! The houses are beautiful, quaint, spacious, cozy and inviting. Dennis and Bonnie do a wonderful job making you feel welcome during your stay. Aside from getting away to relax you also get a top notch breakfast! Can't wait to visit again soon :)

If you’re looking for an adorable bed and breakfast in a Victorian Style home, this is the place! The place was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Dennis, the inn keeper, was very friendly and had good recommendations on food nearby!

My husband and I celebrated our mini moon here for a little get away after our wedding! It was perfect for us! Quiet rooms, pretty scenery, delicious breakfast each morning, and so much to do within walking distance of here. Would definitely recommend!

Spent our 1 year wedding anniversary here and we LOVED it. We stayed in suite 19, spring floral in the Hadley house. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a delicious way to start the day. Looking forward to coming back.

My beautiful, comfy room in the Garden House, sitting in the garden's adirondack chair wrapped in a blanket (it was Nov) drinking in the beautiful night sky, the warm inviting main house's front room and the warm delicious breakfast waiting for you in the morning. You won't want to leave.

My wife and I stayed here on the third night of our honeymoon in The country cottage room of The Washburn House last Wednesday. Dennis and Bonnie and the rest of the staff were very gracious hosts. The room was beautiful the grounds were beautifully maintained and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be back here next time we are in Door County.

The White Lace Inn was amazing! Our room was specious and the decor was adorable! The bed was very comfortable, the tub was huge with plenty of hot water and everything was spotlessly clean. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast with stellar coffee. From check in to check out everything was perfect; we will be back.

My husband and I have been coming to the Whitelace Inn every year since getting married. We tell people it is the secret to our 30 year marriage! This property is a true labor of love which is reflected in the way Dennis keeps up the property and rooms. Beds are amazing and breakfast in the morning at the main house is a treat every time. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area as well. You will not be disappointed!

We loved this beautiful inn! Amazing breakfasts in an elegant Victorian setting. Quiet rooms that are beautifully appointed. The innkeeper is charming and a delightful conversationalist. Local knowledge abounds! Highly recommend for your Door County vacation!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and elegant. Dennis is very knowledgeable of the area and nice to talk with. The rooms are cozy and have their own fireplace, and breakfast was delicious. The grounds are also lovely. Eloise the cat is super friendly and loves being pet. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I have been here about 18 years ago with my sister on a sister weekend getaway. She is the one that booked us a room here. We LOVED it here! Now I am coming back with my husband on a Door County getaway. I tried to book the same room that my sister and I stayed in but it was booked. So now I get to experience another beautiful room but this time inside the main house. Can't wait to share this gem of a BnB with my husband. Thank You White Lace Inn for a wonderul BnB experience that keeps us coming back! Beautiful grounds as well!

We found this inn to be an exceptional place, well worth the price. The owners are great, the breakfast was outstanding, we would recommend this B& B to anyone.

It's apparently been 9 years according to Facebook since I've been here, but i've never stopped recommending this place to literally everyone I know who's ever asked me about a nice getaway. Absolutely fantastic accommodations within walking distance of everything in town, it was totally perfect and reasonably priced for the time of year we went. (In the middle of january) one day we'll come back!

Thoroughly enjoyable, we went here on our honeymoon and enjoyed the food and amenities. The Inn has a lot of character and the owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I never write reviews, but I couldn't let this one go. Dennis is a snake, plain and simple. His happy demeanor is a front and he's a conniving worm. We had $90 and prescription pills stolen from my girlfriends purse during our stay and when I confronted Dennis about it, he basically blew me off. There was no way to prove it so I was going to let it go. But then on the morning of checkout, he tried to get me to give him a credit card for the taxes we owe (which were double charged btw) and became irate when I paid with cash. He then said he wanted to walk over to the room together to see what could have happened. I told him there was no need we had already looked everywhere and packed up. He then stated that he needed a credit card for the trashed room. Well he had never even been in the room (unless he's the one who stole the money and pills) and it wasn't trashed at all. He then started berating me saying that I was a liar and he didn't trust me. At this point I let loose some expletives and left. Don't stay here at all.

The Inn and the staff were welcoming. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Enjoyable time and money well spent. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

The White Lace Inn is a lovely Bed & Breakfast. Excellent location, literally could not be a better base for exploring Door County. The main drag of the north half of Sturgeon Bay is only 2 blocks away, but you'd never know it, plus it means you have half a dozen 4 star restaurants a 10 minute walk away. I would not give it 5 stars for 2 reasons:
1. The rooms are considerably smaller than they appear on the website. But that's the nature of marketing. I would recommend the innkeepers (who were very nice) create a 360 shot of the rooms, just so people know what to expect.
2. The rooms are cluttered and lacking in storage, but need not be. 30 minutes of Feng Shui and I had improved the room dramatically. But still an excellent 4 star B&B and we will be back.

Love the White Lace Inn totally hands down. Cozy fantastic rooms the decorations are great. Breakfast was almond creme stuffed French toast and ham. It was sooo good. The chef is so good. Our room *B* is a 3 room suite with a double fireplace and a huge whirlpool tub. We are here in January and it's cozy warm, the main house has games, cookies and hit drinks all day. Dennis is a great man to have Conversation with. He is a wealth of information for the area. Bonnie his wife at the Dancing Bear store in town is such a sweetheart. Offers 10% off first anyone staying at the Inn. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone who wants to come and stay in Door County!
