The front desk lady was so rude. She was complaining about my teens right in front of me, yea they spilled a tiny bit of batter, I would have too. She yelled at them for swimming and they were quiet. Seems like she should not be in customer service. The other workers were very good. Room had an odor and price was steep even with mu triple aaa discount.

Rooms are nice and clean. Rates are cheap and you will have whatever you need for a simple overnight stay.

Hotel staff was pleasant. But our room smelled like urine and wet towels. We arrived 10 min before check in and they charged us $25.00 extra.

Location and stay we're pleasant. No complaints.

We had an awesome experience here. I would definitely reserve a room here again. The staff was very welcoming as soon as you walked through the door. And was more than willing to help when our cards weren't working late at night. Will be coming back again.

Loved the king size bed. Super comfy. Breakfast bar had some unexpected options, which was nice. The room had terrible lighting though. There was no central lighting, so you rely on the bedside lamps for lighting, which left about 1/3 of the room dark. Its an odd design flaw.

Nice place to stay at for a night especially for the price. I wish they had more options for breakfast though. It was very limited.

Gave my handicap room away to someone who was staying more days. I even called the night before to confirm.

Other than no heat in the pool room and issues with the tv, this is the prefect place to stop for a visit or even just a night. Best part is they are one of few hotels thay accept pets!

This is a really good place to visit, its quiet and clean. Did have issues with the tb had to ask for assistance and the pool room is freezing. Other than that perfect for a one night stay and visiting for a little while. Also one of few who accept pets.

We will not be staying at this hotel due to items being stolen from our room. Someone rifled through our suitcase and passed up the iPad but chose to steal makeup. They chose to take the things that a person would think they had misplaced but would be embarrassed to report missing because it was such a small item. So disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. We paid a little extra for a room with a jacuzzi (spa tub). The room was mediocre. Nothing exceptional, although the room did come with a mini fridge and microwave. The tub was clean, yet outdated. There were a few poorly done odd jobs in the room like some light fixtures and caulking that looked really sloppy. There were small blood stains on one of the pillows, which we did not use. The breakfast was just ok. We were excited for biscuits and gravy but found there were only waffles and some cold runny eggs. The juice dispenser was broken. We went out for breakfast. Over all just an OK stay.

The place was well keep and the staff was friendly but it was so humid in the common rooms and hallway the building felt sticky. It was 95 outside during our visit with high humidity do I'm sure that didn't help the situation but In our guest rooms the air conditioner had a cool and a dry setting so you had to switch between the two moods for comfort which was difficult when you were trying to sleep. The breakfast options available in the morning made up some for the room humidity issues and did impress us! We never tried the pool but it looked well cleaned and inviting (5ft max depth). I would stay at again if I had an event in the area in cooler temperature seasons.

I take my kids here regularly to swim in the pool and the owner is a complete jerk! Incredibly rude and swore at my children. We won't be coming here ever again!

The supervisor Lisa has multiple drug felonies including trafficking! She has anger issues and yells at guests. Lisa abuses her position by refusing service to anyone she personally doesn't like. The owner did nothing to correct her behavior and is equally corrupt. Losing buisness for employing drug addicts who can not act professional. Not smart.

Room was nice and clean — had a fridge/freezer and a microwave. Breakfast was more than expected with waffles and biscuits/gravy.

Room was much too small for a king size bed. Room smelled like we dog. We were in town for a wedding and at 2: 25 we were told there would be a $25 early check in fee. Never experienced that before. Would not stay there again.

A nice little inn with a pool and hot tub. The interior and furnishings aren't on the cutting edge of technology, but they aren't dated either. Where this place really shines is in the friendliness and exceptional service that's provided by the staff; they always ask if there's anything else that's needed to make your stay more pleasant and are quick to provide it.

I was there with my boyfriend for a friend's wedding and we received​ excellent service. The staff were very accommodating and polite. They even kept the pool open late for the wedding party when we returned from the venue.

Free hot breakfast that was decent quality. Bed was good too. TV was slow to channel flip, but enough selection while I fell asleep. Overall good experience.

The room stunk and the carpet was soiled and smelt like dog piss. I'm not sure if they allow pets in all their rooms or only some. Tv remote didn't work with volume but no big deal I could get up for that. Staff was friendly though. They should invest in frangrance sprays to improve the smell.

The location is convenient for the neighboring cities, the prices are very reasonable, the rooms are fairly good, and the breakfast is worth your time.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. I didn't use the pool or other amenities. The breakfast was good and what you'll typically find in most. Overall good experience.

Clean rooms, quiet, friendly employees.

One of the best places you can go in the area. I'd stay away from the Hampton Inn — too loud being right next to the train. Stay here — a comfy, quiet place really close to Burlington and an easy drive to Milwaukee.

Breakfast was good and the owners kids played with mine in the pool. It was a good time.

My first review was removed for some reason, had rooms reserved for a wedding, no room in as reserved for the bride and groom the night of their wedding. They were given the "bridal" suite which was a joke the room was smaller than any other room in the hotel. We had to gey rooms at two other hotels due to our promised amount of rooms not being reserved. The staff was friendly enough but no one was prepared thr numerous times we called to make arrangements.
