Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a kitchenette with a stove top and full-size refrigerator. Great location my the mall and easy access to the interstate.

We had a great time here! The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious! Awesome that they gave us complimentary breakfast for all four of us to use at the restaurant next door. The kids had a fun time at the pool! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend and stay here again!

Hotel is very new, opened with the past few months. Rooms were very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. Cons: Shower took a very long time to heat up, wife showered cold. Walls are thin, lots of noise when people were in the hallway. No continental breakfast, but that's more on me for not checking. All around a fantastic hotel, just a few little odds and ends that contributed to me not giving it 5 stars.

Clean rooms and prompt service. Good food and good drink specials. Staff was friendly and every ask was answered and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

Booking my reception at the Holiday Inn City Centre was one of the best and easiest choices I made. April and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure that our perfect day went as planned. The Holiday Inn does it all! They take care of all the tables and chairs, they will do all the center pieces and room decorating that you design. The food that they cater in house is so delicious!

I stay here often and it is the only place I stay when visiting Sioux Falls. For the past 2+ years it has been my 'go to' hotel. The prices are super reasonable and the hotel is very nice. Great staff, great location — no need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Newer Town Place Suites with nice rooms and amenities. Convenient area for gas, restaurant right next door. We will stop here again!

Very very nice. The staff treated me and my family so good. It was our 2nd home for a week while our mom was in the hospital. I will never forget our stay because of it. Rooms are nice. Breakfast bar is good and the coffee was so good. I had trouble with my card but they let us stay in our room until we got it paid for. ❤❤❤

Will stay there every year on our pilgrimage to Sturgis. Nice place. Close to everything. Reasonable price.

My girlfriends and I stayed there for the rummaging this last week. We had a horrible experience at the Guest house Inn that we were afraid to even go to any other hotels. Fortunately we came across this hotel. It was amazing. The gentlemen who checked us in was so kind and helpful. Our rooms were clean spacious and smelled good and the beds were new and so comfortable to sleep in. The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and the breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.

I absolutely love this hotel. I was there for a week for business, it had convenient highway access. I found the staff friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. They had a couple of evening receptions with good food and plenty of space to spread out and work while you eat. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Sioux falls.

We chose this hotel for a two night stay in Sioux Falls. Hotel is located in a quiet area and is conveniently located just off I-229. Room was comfortable and nicely furnished. We had plenty of space. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. I do have a suggestion, being veteran, I found it difficult to use the treadmill with my back to two doors with the noise of those using the pool. Great workout area, but maybe flip one machine the other direction. Travel safe…

We had a frustrating experience the night we arrived involving closure of the pool and the staff was condescending in explaining the legality of it. We’d be on the road all day and could have used something resembling customer service and empathy. There are great tools and training for this in the industry. I’d recommend training some sort of approach to helping frustrated guests. The reason I’m giving a 4 star review is the morning desk staff and the restaurant staff.

No complaints, we checked in after midnight, gone before 8:00. Very clean. Nice soft beds and pillows. Black out curtains. Quiet. Fast elevators. Lobby is pretty. A nice, by-the-cup coffee maker (not a k cup) with Starbucks coffee. Would return.

My son and I stayed here the night before surgery. Check-in went smoothly. We got there at 1:50pm and and they where able to get us into our room early. It was quit but, busy by the look of the parking lot… Beds where comfortable. Pool was nice. I love the saline solution pool. So much easier on your skin/eye/nose. Around 9 I had the front desk call me that they has a second check-in for me. I had made one reservation but then I called my awards and got a better deal. So used that.

The managers there were unbelievable! Very nice clean rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool, hotub. Totally recommend it! Rates are great.

This hotel worked out perfectly for us! Customer Service definitely exceeded our expectations!
We traveled to Sioux Falls so my husband could be reunited with his biological father after almost 50 years. He served in Vietnam and chose Sioux Falls because of its excellent VA Hospital. He is currently on hospice, but we were able to bring him over to the hotel to sit outside by the lake. He loved it.

Very modern clean nice rooms. They helped carry in luggage from our bus trip. I loved the ease of the room and the hooks/knobs to hand our coats etc. The room provided us with a decaf tea, reg tea and coffee. Very nice. I'd definitely come back and recommend this place.

Nice place for the price. Small rooms and very small pool. Free breakfast was very good.

Beds are small. Section of carpet had some weird texture like a spill and cleaned up poorly. Outside of that it was fine.
