Really clean, nice place to stay. Easy to find.

Nice room, clean. Has kitchenette, so no complimentary breakfast. No dishes, pans, etc, but can buy in vendor store. Would stay here again.

I have been trying to get a receipt from this branch for months. I've tried emails, phone calls, and in person conversations. None of my requests show any sign of going past the person I talked to, and promises of callbacks are swiftly forgotten. I cannot trust or stay with a hotel that lies to my face.

They are an excellent hotel. They new we needed a place to stay and no hotels were available. They went out of there way to make sure we had a room at the end of the night. Thank you My Place you are the true meaning of customer service.

Nice quaint place, very clean and fairly quiet for visiting on a night with a concert across the street.

Wonderful place to stay, really nice accommodations and rooms. Very comfortable and clean. I only wish the kitchenette came stocked with dishes or pans or anything really. It defeats the purpose of having a kitchen if you have to bring/buy your own pans and dishes.

First time at a My Place hotel. Called for a reservation late at night and showed up well after midnight. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous the whole time. We enjoyed the clean and spacious room and the comfy beds. Another reason we stayed was because we could bring our dog with us. I would definitely stay there again.

This is the first time I have ever given 5 stars. I have been traveling extensively for years and have stayed at many My Place Hotels across the country. Brookings was the cleanest, friendliest, and coziest. The bed was more than comfortable with bedding that had a wonderful fresh scent. The room was so clean that I did not feel the need to do my usual check-in spot-cleaning. There was almost no noise (either from within or from outside of the hotel). The hotel associates were professional and friendly, and actually seemed to care about the hotel and their contribution to it's success. There seemed to me to be a different feel and atmosphere at this My Place. Once I read the unique and personalized note (by the owner/management? ) placed on the bulletin board, I understood what it was. It was a note reaching out to guests and travelers stating that they are more than a money making establishment, and truly want My Place to feel like a calm, welcoming, and peaceful home to each individual who is a guest. That is exactly what my stay felt like. So much so, that I really didn't want to leave.

The hotel was fine very courteous staff at the front desk use the room for two nights which was very clean and I was able to get a good night's rest while I was attending my business convention.

A fine place to stay for a very good rate. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and clean sheets, nice bathroom. Table and chairs in the room are a bit basic, with a bulletin board hung on the wall above giving the feel of an office break room. DIY laundry is useful. Service was exceptional, 5 stars.
