Most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. I checked in late at night after traveling with my three children under 7 for over 8 hisho. The front desk person was cheerful and very helpful. Because the bed was so comfortable, I called to ask what kind it was. The owner answered the phone and texted me the bed information quickly. I have significant back and hip issues, with several surgeries under my belt at the age of 39. The kindness of the staff and owner mean I am sleeping on a new bed without aches. So thankful for those who go the extra mile. This was certainly one of those times.

Staff was very helpful and compassionate giving my situation. Everyone did all they could to make my experience there as stress free as possible. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me in this unexpected time. Thanks so much for all your hospitality and courtesy.

Great location… Short drive to UT campus, downtown Toledo and Franklin mall area. Hotel is an older building with odd layout. Side doors did not work with key card. Decor is updated although very basic, no frills. Room was spacious and clean but had very small bathroom. Friendly staff and a very comfortable bed. Good for the price.

My stay was awesome! The person at the front desk was very kind and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

They only had three rooms left when we got there because I had booked runs at red roof inn across the street and that was not good. So they gave us two of the remaining rooms and they were adjoining. The rooms had new carpet and they were clean. They had a nice breakfast spread. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely return next time in Toledo.

Staff has been wonderful, I am staying for five nights while training for work. The free breakfast is good and exactly what you would expect (coffee isn't what I prefer but coffee shops aren't hard to come by). Nice, clean, and fresh room. The bed is outstanding, I was very surprised at how comfortable the bed is. Room has a fridge and microwave, staying a week these are very accommodating. Good central location, I would stay here again.

We spent over two weeks at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. My wife and I, my wife’s father, her three dogs and one cat. We had two adjoining rooms with two very comfortable queen beds in each room. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff and owner treated us like family/royalty. They were always asking how we were doing, and if we needed anything they immediately took care of it. Free breakfast every morning, sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee, juice and a lot more. Easy access just off the expressway, close to everything, lots of brand new restaurants to walk to, right next door. The area is safe and secure. My wife told me to write; There’s even a nice large area to walk the dogs outside. OUTSTANDING! Thank you all for everything! Jim and Rose Williams.

For a Quality Inn, this one is pretty good! Nothing to complain about, the rooms and hotel are clean and the morning breakfast is meager but enough. All in all a good bang for your buck!

I stayed at the hotel Friday and Saturday. My room and bathroom were recently and beautifully remodeled. The new owner was busy helping with new carpet installations on the first floor and having hallways to 2nd floor repainted. He's transforming this into a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful even to the point of helping me to get the name of a color of paint in my room! I would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying here again when I'm in Toledo.

Good place to spend a night. No frills hotel, a little dated but very clean. One of the best priced hotels comparable to the new hotels in the area. No pool but had free breakfast in the morning that was very good.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Don’t eat the eggs. Bacon was bad too. Shower head needs updated. Ask for extra blankets or towels early. In the process of updated elements. Hall/stair carpet needs cleaned/replaces.

Clean but showing wear. Decent but not much variety "free" hot breakfast. Our check in clerk very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast attendant not so much. Never smiled. I think she probably needed more coffee. Easy on/off of 475. I would stay again.

Complete value of money spent for a night. Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff, real good hot breakfast. Great location as this area is full of restaurants and next to Interstate 475. Lot of good valuable updates and of course a very safe parking lot. You cant go wrong with this one!

The pillows are heavenly! The room was super clean! I slept like I haven't in months! I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel was OK, price was good for what we had. 2nd floor room nice but no elevator so it was a bit of a hassle hauling a large suitcase up and down. Breakfast was not bad but eating area was crowded on the weekend though it was understandable. King bed very good but would have liked larger pillows. I would stay there again but would hope to get a first floor room.

Its a solid 3 star hotel and its clean! All the mattresses are new! I travel for work and I have stayed at many places. The staff here are exceptional! Better staff than many many 3.5 and 4 star hotels.

This place was a good value. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. She left us with smiles on our faces, and that was appreciated. The location was good, right off the interstate. The bed was comfortable, but the room could have used a little more love and updating. For the price though, if you're just sleeping there, it's a good option.

I stayed at the Quality Inn on secor road for 2 nights, I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff, they went beyond the normal customer service to ensure me and my family were happy. Housekeeping staff did an awesome job on cleaning our room and when we came back for the night the room was cleaned well and comfortable. As we were leaving on our final day we were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet, my kids really enjoyed the flavored waffles. We will always choose this quality inn in the future.

I was in a hotel last week for 3 days with my family and just thought to put a review. Seen some bad review here. However, my experience was completely different. Actually, Management was good and staff was friendly too. Hotel was very clean and never seen anything bad in my room or in a hotel. I would love to go again and suggest people to go. You are getting lots of things for what you are paying. Nice fresh quality break fast, Gym, with microwave/fridge in a room, and obvious very comfortable bed. You can not go wrong with this hotel for what you are paying. As somebody has mentioned in a review about good parking area with security camera around than what else you want just to spend one day or a night. Guys best hotel in a town with excellent price. Excellent value for the room price. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Truly professional staff. Breakfast buffet is great too. Very convenient location, close to mall and hundreds of good restaurants. Large bright parking area with security surveilance cameras. Would stay here for all my future visits to Toledo.

I was booked at this hotel for my work. I arrived Monday night & thought everything was up to par with the room. When I woke up at 4am Wed morning there were bedbugs all over my bed! Thankfully I was only in the room for a day & a half and didn't get infested with the bugs. I removed all my belongings that morning & told the front desk clerk that I would be checking out. He said that they would clean my room so that I could come back after work. I'm, no thank you! How are you going to clean the room with a bedbug infestation?! That hotel needs to be exterminated! If you do decide to stay here, check everywhere in the room you are given. I did, but didn't lift the mattress & that's where all the bedbugs were.

I was very excited and thankful for all of the available electric outlets near the bed for my phone and breast pump. Only thing that could've made the stay more enjoyable was a less dreary look to the building and room, but the decor (TV, lamps, furniture, fridge, etc) were fantastic. Loved the sound proofing too!

The service is hard working, they are quick to any problems, They try as hard as possible and are amazing at what they do.

Front desk was not helpful and we're both very rude. Getting in and out of their parking lot was impossible. Rooms were dirty and not vacuumed all around NASTY hotel.

My father and stayed overnight at the Quality Inn at 3434 Secor Road on Toledo Ohio. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to the highway. I enjoyed my stay and definitely would recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again.

It wasn't terrible, but wasn't the best night stay we've had. The rooms seem to be partially renovated, but some parts such as doors and tile work were very dated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had easy access to highways and the University of Toledo. It wouldn't be my first pick for a repeat stay, but I would stay there again.

Room was very nice and had plenty of pillows and blankets. Lady at the front desk was very helpful.

They stole $100 from me! Unacceptable! They gave me the run around for two weeks about how they were refunding me and eventually just started dodging my phone number! The house keeping staff was nice but this this place has no problems over charging your card and then doing nothing to fix it.

I stayed in toledo, ohio. It was a nice hotel, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Overall experience was good. The scent of room and detail to cleaning could have been a little better.

I sayed at rhe quality in in Toledo. The rooms where clean and the beds where comfortable. The free breakfast was also very nice.

Front desk staff was very unhelpful, and commonly nowhere to be found. Smoking section of the hotel smelled like marijuanna, but smelled great once we were in the smoke free section. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean.

They had bed bugs. A woman was crying and screaming and they were placing all of the bedding in plastic bags. You. They allow smoking and the entire hotel reeks of disgusting cigarette smoke. The housekeeper stole my hair straightener and the attendants were rude and very unprofessional. They were talking about the guests behind their backs and when I was in the lobby waiting to check out due to their bed bug infestation in a few of the rooms, they talked badly about my coworker and I as we were sitting right there. Our room wasn't very clean and the bathrooms are so small that you can't shut the door without damn near getting in the tub. The breakfast area is disgusting. Don't eat, stay or even stop here for directions.
