I have been staying at this hotel for the past 4-5 years, and have had great service. I would recommend it anyone who enjoys a nice pool and a great breakfast. The beds are darn comfortable too.

Decent hotel… was nice to have a hot breakfast (plenty of variety) … staff were friendly and welcoming… bed was comfortable.

Stayed here last week for three days while visiting family. Only hotel in the area that was pet friendly and had availability. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent, but the room we were put in because it was pet friendly was filthy, humid and had a smell. I talked to the guy next door who noted the same thing. The gym smelled even worse.

This place is awesome! This was our third year to stay here when we visit family. The people working here are awesome. Great internet service, great rooms, and awesome breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. It had a king size bed and a love seat. The iron and full size ironing board came in handy. The staff was friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family in the area. The hotel has always been clean and well maintained. The staff is always polite and professional. This hotel is frequently completely booked, so I would advise anyone wanting a room to reserve one well in advance.

Very nice, clean rooms with exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is far above average. I was late getting there and the desk clerk was so nice that she got me a snack and made a pot of decaf coffee for me. If I would ever need to stay in that area again I would not go anywhere else.

This was our second stay at this Best Western in the past 7 months. We were delighted with the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the delicious breakfast buffet! We would highly recommend this as a go-to place for anyone visiting the Ashland area. There is a Kroger's nearby, as well as 3 eating establishments right in front of the motel. It's a short drive into Ashland to get to a variety of restaurants and to the mall. If I were asked to rate by a number, I would give it a 10.

The workers were all so wonderful! So friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and nice. Loved the floor mat for the shower.

I've stayed at many hotels. This is my go to hotel when I visit family for holidays. They serve an amazing free breakfast. The service is amazing at this hotel, and they are pet friendly. Highly Recommend.

Good bed, good pillows! Hotel was filled but I got one of the last rooms and still didn't hear anybody next door on in the hall. Staff was super nice as well.

My husband and I stayed for one night in November and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and personable, and the single king bed room was clean and in order. We saw no bugs of any kind, the bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with amenities. We didn’t use the microwave or refrigerator, but they were clean and worked. The hotel was quiet and had no foul odors anywhere (halls, elevator, doorways). I worked out in the fitness room. Kind of small but clean. I liked that one wall was all mirrors, and that one end was a large exterior window. I wished there had been a small table or shelves to put water bottles or other items on, and also that there were disinfectant wipes to wipe down machines after they had been used. The breakfast was well stocked, clean, and had a nice variety of hot and cold items. A lot of room in the lobby to eat early on, but somewhat crowded as time progressed. Overall, a very nice experience. Nice staff, clean public areas and a quiet room. When we go to visit family again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The breakfast bar was the best I've seen in a long time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. No complaints.

It is a very nice place everything is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only one down side the key cards lose their information and must be fixed all the time.

Great place to stay. All amenities were free. Great breakfast. Only complaint was it was advertised with a hot tub but that may be Expedia's fault. Would stay again.

It was a great location and very friendly personnel. The room was clean and there was a small couch and a recliner in the room as well. This made the room comfortable to stay in. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable in my opinion. I got very little sleep due to the bed.

Great value. Good option for a business trip. Breakfast is OK. The pool is alright.
