This has got to be the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. It is nasty. Food and drink on the counter, on the remote control, missing shelves in the filthy refrigerator. The couch is all stained and smells like dog pee. Not to mention it is extremely run down and has little to no upkeep or repairs made. The food covered stove doesn't even work.

The staff was wonderful and I appreciate they had a hot breakfast. The rooms were clean and there's a Dairy Queen across the street so that gave it a great land mark too! We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable here.

Good price, clean rooms, very good breakfast of biscuits and gravy. We stayed during a race weekend at Eldora and they had very good pizza available after midnight as they knew some guests would arrive late. Very thoughtful staff! Will stay again.

This is such a nice hotel. Multiple buildings in a quiet area with plenty of parking. There is a small, sparkling clean pool and an on site lounge with very tasty pizza, appetizers, burgers, and a few other items. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms and we got one of the recently done ones. The carpets, paint, and bedding were so fresh and clean. You have a small coffee pot, a microwave, and a very efficient mini fridge. Several of our party had the limited breakfast and were very pleased with it. We were here for racing at Eldora so kept rather weird hours, but the cleaning staff was very accommodating and provided plenty of fresh towels when we needed them. One work of caution, the toilets are very low so if you have knee trouble keep that in mind. I'm one if those folks so when presented with this situation (being the weirdo that I am) I went to Ace Hardware and purchased a seat riser. Not everyone will want to do that, but it worked perfectly for me. The entire staff is exceptional and work hard to make your stay a great one. I highly recommend this place if you need clean, safe, and friendly accommodations in St. Marys.

From check-in to check-out we felt comfortable & relaxed at this property. The layout & atmosphere was almost like a step back in time…. In a very positive way compared with the cookie-cutter right-off-the-freeway hotels we have become so accustomed to. So nice & convenient to park right outside of room. A village-like property layout with multiple 2 story buildings, an outdoor pool area & gazebo/playground area. Much to our delight, there is also a bar/restaurant on the property. Beds were incredibly comfortable; good linens. Basic but adequate breakfast in a nice dining setting. As a customer, I felt welcomed & appreciated. While our first visit, there was a large contingent of repeat guests which speaks for itself. Looking forward to joining the repeat visitor family😁

Great place best management awesome rooms.

I moved from America's best value inn over in St Mary's Ohio. Deb Graham is a crook. I have been trying to get my rent deposit back for 2 week's. Deb rented my apartment 238, 2 days after I left. Because I told her that I was moving when I paid my rent the first of June 2022. I cleaned and disinfect the apartment and took film coverage while doing so. Deb Graham said that I don't get a deposit back because I didn't pay a deposit, so I had to show her the receipt that I did pay it to prove that I paid it. The Americas best value inn manager Deb Graham said that I am not going to get it back anyway. You all that know me know that I go to church and don't lie, so if you go there to stay, please check everything carefully because they have bedbugs there and really don't do a deep clean when you leave. They only clean what they have to. I honestly would NOT recommend staying there at all until the health department is done with there investigation. Thank you all for understanding that when you do everything you can to rip off 1 of God's people, know that God will show you the consequences. God bless and be with us all 🙏

This place also rents out their rooms by the month. This company did not give a friend's deposit back. Made up an excuse as to why. Shame on them.

Deb went above and beyond getting us set up in the perfect suite! We have a full kitchen (with a full oven)! The balcony is awesome. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly.

Deb has always been good to me when I worked in Lima. I was treated good and if I ever go back there to work I know I’d be calling her saying your boy is coming back. Good bar and good pizza also. I absolutely loved it there. You will be treated good that’s for sure!

Very nice room. We reserved this room for the night of our wedding and it was wonderful. Had a king size bed, nice big bathroom, kitchen, living room. Over all very nice.

The place is impeccably clean, quiet (no highway noise), very polite staff and a great value for the price. Room was comfortable and VERY clean. Nice to visit, I would prefer this to others and stay here if I'm back.

The staff and management were great. We had an issue with our first room but the manager quickly moved us to a much better room.

In all of the 20 years I have been traveling on business, I have never had a room that passed the blue light test. Super clean and great rooms. Eat at Duffies when you stay & try the pizza. Lots of things to do and see in the area as well.

Customer service was above and beyond what I typically experience. The staff help all guests to the best that they can. I have stayed here 3 times now.

My wife and I stayed here with both our fur daughters. For our first time at a PET friendly place, our stay was AMAZING. Both girls are homebodies and don't really like to take long trips. About 20 min in the room and they were back to their favorite pastime… grooming themselves. Seriously, I was super impressed with our room. I actually kinda expected to have a room with spotty carpet, scratched doors/walls and some smells that were indefinable. It was nothing like that. 1: the carpet was super clean… the girls were playing hide and find me… I lay on the floor to look under the bed and got a good whiff of it… smell fresh. Almost like new. 2: No, nada, none nothing on the floor, not even a spill stain. You can tell that the carpet is not new. There are a couple spots in it where there are snags, pulls, so you can tell it's not a new carpet but its amazingly clean. 3: No scratches anywhere. So you have to imagine how many animals have been in this room dogs and cats possibly a bear or two, but it's amazingly clean, smells very good in here. I would never hesitate to recommend this room to anyone expresly if you wanna bring your Fur babies with you.

I had an amazing experience here, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful, there is a continental breakfast every morning, they offer a public washer and dryer, they have a bar and a fitness center, they have a pool, it was total quiet and extremely peaceful, only issue was the pop machines but don't let that stop you from staying here, this place conducts 5 star business I definitely recommend this America's Best Value Inn!

Was visiting the apt at this facility. They are fairly nice. Slightly dated looking, but very clean still.

We haven't have no problems in here everything is been great rooms clean every day. Front desk is awesome the manager is the best lovely lady, safe place to stay, the rooms are great bed is so good I suffer from back pain and I haven't got no pain with this bed to good. Housekeeping is great awesome girls. Bar is Great everything on point hotel perfect.

Swiming pool, clean odorless rooms, great beds and pillows! I got a condo, full kitchen and living room, just wow! I stay here once every couple of months, very quite and relaxing place! They have a bar called Duffy's that has one of the best pizza I have had, I believe it was awarded best pizza in town!

Clean rooms. They easily accommodated my need for ground floor due to disability. Parking was a little bit of a problem one night and there were no disabled parking spaces. Even with that, I would go back.

I stayed here twice this year, I am surprised I see different than 5 star reviews! This place is a hidden jem! Cleanest rooms I have seen outside my grandma's house and the beds and pillows omg! So comfortable I was seriously thinking of missing a day by the lake just to stay in the bed longer! Not to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful! I am happy I found a nice place to stay each time I visit Saint Marrys!

Friendly staff and cozy rooms!

We weren't planning to stop for the night but so glad we did. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. You can tell they take care of the place. There is a small Lounge on site which was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was great, we enjoyed it very much. From Check in to Check out we were very happy with our stay. We are planning to stop here on our way back through.

Very nice place. Reasonable Rates and Truck and Trailer parking. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Very nice people and a pool. All rooms have fridge microwave and coffee makers. Both smoking and non smoking rooms and pet friendly. Nice clean rooms.

Room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen of suite was well supplied. But suite rooms were not well cleaned or maintained. The last night of the stay I found a roach on the kitchen counter. 1st day the tub wouldn't drain. Later a light bulb died and was not replaced. Lint that got on the carpet from a sweater stayed on the floor for the rest of the trip, so it was not vacuumed.

This was the first time staying at this location of Americas Best Value Inn, but have stayed in their other Motels. This was the reason we picked this Motel and was not disappointed. It was the best one yet, Clean, Friendly/Helpful Staff, Very Affordable Rates. The only "Negative" to report was that our stay happened to be on the Weekend when the TIME CHANGED (Forward). This meant we would have to leave 1 hour earlier than expected to meet their normal Check-out times. We thought the Staff would give us some allowance, due to the fact it WAS off-season and the Motel was NOT full, but they didn't, which wasn't the rub. It was, a little past time and a Staff member called our Room and informed us that we were to leave as the CHECK-OUT time stated, no allowance. This did not make us happy, but it will not give us reason not to stay again. It was just one of those things. We will certainly come back to THIS location and continue staying with them in other States. As a Traveler that needs to watch their spending, if you want a nice clean place to sleep that has very reasonable Rates, then you can't beat ABVI. But what a surprise to find that you get extras (Microwave/Frig/TV and Free Wi-Fi at some locations) without the extra price! And, we have found these extras in the other locations as well. We will say Americas Best Value Inn and Suites are properly named. Stayed March 2015.

I've been staying here when I come to visit family for a few years now, and every single time the staff are really friendly and the room is comfortable and clean. This year we got a surprise — they've been remodeling the place! It looks way more modern. We're never disappointed when we come here and this hotel is where we'll stay when we come back in a few months.

Not bad. Clean hotel and bed was not uncomfortable. But the fridge didnt get cold, the fan in BR was loud and the TV was small and wavy. For the cost of the room I would expect more. But its all about location I guess. Least expensive I could find in the area for the FLW tournament.
