The location of the hotel is right off of interstate 75, with a pool and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, the rooms are spacious and clean. They even offer rooms that have a bedroom built in with a door. Have stayed here several times and will do so again.

Very unhappy with my stay. We checked-in and I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell. Maybe from the pool or another area, but it was not welcoming. We found the room to be OK, outdated and not so clean, but stayed because we prepaid for 1 night. I decided we would not return after this visit and checked out the next day. Upon reviewing my credit card bill, I see they charged me a $250 fine for smoking. I DID NOT smoke in the room. When I contacted the hotel I got the run around. I still have not been about to resolve the issue. I spoke to Brenden and Connie and was told a manager would follow up with me. That was 3 weeks ago. I asked to be emailed the bill and pictures of the "evidence" they found and still no response. I was told the head housekeeper took pictures of the evidence. This is not acceptable. How do you charge someone a fee and don't notify them? I did not even receive an email. I am very unhappy I travel often and this has ever happened. I am very aware of the no smoking policies at all of the hotels I patronize. I will never stay at another Country Inn Suites.

Was nice and met our needs. I liked that breakfast was served on real plates so there was minimal trash. Kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, since checkout was noon and we're in no hurry. Room was clean but had a strong smell of whatever they clean with. Also could hear cars on the interstate from our room, but it's probably not like that on the other side of the hotel.

Met expectations. Nice pool. It was clean. Nice breakfast. It had good options. Nice check in. It was fast.

Rick checked us in very late and was the most perfect person I could have encountered. He was warm, patient, funny and helpful. The hotel's room was equally lovely — large, clean, and super comfortable. The breakfast had more food than I've seen at a "free" spread in years. (And the attendant was wonderful — I didn't catch her name unfortunately). So happy we stayed here.

My stay here was 'what the doctor ordered'. Amenities galore, very friendly, efficient staff, easy access to the Interstate system, close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Go, enjoy!

If I could give this hotel a negative star rating I would. We checked in around 5pm and by 11pm we had to call down to the front desk over 10 times. Apparently they allow people to hang out in the halls, let kids run around, and leave dirty blankets/comforters on the beds. My family and I usually book Country Inn hotels for our stays but I can assure you this will be the last time we ever stay at one.

If I could give a 0 I would. My wife left my watch on the TV table. I got side tracked and walked out without putting it on, as I was closing the room door. Maintenance guy was cleaning the room accross from room 132. I checked out, made it to the car and realized MY WATCH! (200$ Watch) I instantly ran back in. I Asked the receptionist which said that room 132 was being cleaned as we spoke. I walked over and they swore up and down they did not see a watch. They stole it. Do not stay in this hotel.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! We had a VERY long night of driving and were able to check in early and given wonderful service when we arrived (thank you, Merideth). The entire staff was accommodating and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and it was affordable.

Checked in for a 3 day for leisure and to let my niece swim. The staff is awesome, breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job. I will stay again. Matter a fact in two weeks. Two thumbs up this hotel is chill.

Quite location and easy to get to. There is a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast is good.

Rooms are nice but there is no security or regulation. Kids running up and down the hallway. When at the pool there were 26 counted kids in the pool. Kids were play fighting and we had to pull out our kids due to the danger of being hurt. My kids were crying and scared. Three workers sitting at the front desk and two came in to replace towels but did nothing. It took me complaining before anything was done. I will never stay here again. Only gave one star due to the clean room but overall unsafe and no relaxation. Don't waste your money staying here. Terrible end to our vacation. Avoid this place!

If I could only give a ZERO I would. I made a reservation at the start of the month of Dec 2017 for jacuzzi suite for Dec 31 my wedding day & to have our honeymoon there. Upon checking in, we were told the room was gave out. They claimed they called late noon to verify if we wanted the room still. We NEVER received any phone call whatsoever! I called the mgr to complain. Told she was busy & would return call. Never heard back. Thanks alot Country Inn!

Nice hotel, with a very nice free breakfeast. That you can eat and still have time to pack since check out is 12:00pm/Noon. Hot tub is large and cold hold 10 people comfortably. Overall not a high end expensive hotel but has nice luxary and top of the line free breakfeast to make it worth your time and money when you stay here.

Awesome, nice staff, wonderful pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious and the part with a pull out couch was separated from the main bed by a hall and door.

I booked the Country Inn and Suites on Priceline and upon arriving there I realized that I couldn't find my driver's license and started to panic a little bit and started to think that the last place I used it was at the hotel the night before the desk clerk was asked me where I had stayed and was very nice to take the time out to call the other Hotel find out that my license was there and still allowed me to get my room without my license and just a nother picture ID the hotel was very clean had a nice breakfast a swimming pool and a hot tub we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff as very accommodating. Would return!

This is a very nice clean place to stay the staff are very friendly and the person that clean are room Alex is a very nice person he does a good job in cleaning this is a quiet place and CLEAN.

My boyfriend, 5 year old son, and I just recently stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We had breakfast on the first morning and brought it up to our room my son had a waffle and some syrup in which he spilled on himself. It was a school day so I was in a rush, I put him in the tub not thinking about the computer chair that he spilled it on. When we went to get our deposit they said they couldnt give us our $150 back because the chair had syrup on it. My boyfriend was there at check out and I know if I was there I would have remembered to clean it and would have gotten it clean. This is pure laziness and I feel scammed. We will never go here again. Even if the chair was ruined I know it didn't cost $150. Please be aware when staying here, seems as if they have scammers on their hands.

Had a great experience here. Staff was super friendly (Meredith) and the chicken and gravy for breakfast was the BEST I've ever had! Rooms were clean and the hallways smelled nice :) would definitely stay here again!

Great desk staff. Good location near two interstates, a shopping area with restaurants, and historic Parkersburg. Hotel was clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

My room was very clean and presentable. The pool area was clean and well kept. Breakfast in the morning, not my preferred selection, but my party claimed that the food was decent. The surrounding area was peaceful, right off the freeway, but my room looked out away from the freeway and the view was fairly pleasant. The front desk greeted me upon every passing and appeared very professional. Conviently accessible to shopping, food, etc. Getting back to the freeway was inconvenient, but didn't take too long. Comfy bed. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Very clean inside and out the bed was very comfortable especially after be tired from a 10 hour drive. The entire staff was also very kind and helpful I will recommend that everyone should stay here. Not only did we have a restful nite, we also had a great breakfast so it's worth the $$. We did not try the hot tub nor the pool but we did see a lot of the other guest and their families enjoying it look at it this way guys if u stay in a motel with your family u would spend about $80. Than the next morning u have to purchase breakfast at least $40.60 depending on the size of your family, plus the beds are never comfortable and it may have stains sheets towels that's all hard and smell funny so it's worth putting a few dollars more and be able to sleep in peace and know the entire family will be happy Happy Stay.

Ok. Not the cleanest. Not dirty. Very nice staff throughout. Free breakfast and a generally fair rate. Fine for business travel.

As a woman of the cloth, I don't expect any special attention or an extension of grace, but I stopped at the Rossford, OH location en route to a preaching assignment in New York. I called to get a room (giving my name only) while putting onto their parking lot. I went in to secure a room, but the credit card was not acceptable to the hotel, so no room. However, the hotel's denial to use the credit card to grant me a room is the same credit card they charged $174! Now, Customer Care tells me the hotel has a right to charge the credit card for granting me a reservation, even though I did not use the credit card upon making the reservation. The way they are justifying the charge: "It's not our fault your credit card was not accepted. " (Carol) Seriously! But, I am praying for a speedy resolution, and a return of the full amount charged, as it is groundless and unwarranted.

Very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star experience is there is nothing to do within walking distance and no restaurant there. (Our vehicle was towed to a local garage, so basically stranded there. ). Our room was facing the Ohio turnpike, so could here trucks passing by at night. All in all, not a bad stay.

Trip started off good nice looking hotel good reviews but terribly wrong. Our room was beyond humid making sleeping miserable. The lady at the front desk on the night shift was beyond rude to everyone. Our room smelled grimy and disgusting overall. We had a few mysterious stains on the floor. In the bathroom the toilet seat shifted and was very wobbly, the tub leaked water causing it to drip, there was holes that were patched up by a sloppy job of paste and mismatched wallpaper. The room next door had a dog that barked all night, causing both us and our cats distress. When we checked out we had a "Pet Fee" which was listed nowhere online, and the previous night the lady at the front desk then tried to charge us 25 bucks for the pet fee and her reason was " Saw cat cage on trolley, told to stop didn't, ignored me and left". That was the whole excuse there, and her reasoning. On our way out we went down the stairwell and the carpets were stained and disgusting, the stench smeeled like a dog took a bathroom break in there, and the housekeepers were just stabding around, speaking english, but when ee got closer the quickly changed it into spanish. Thank you to Nicole the manager who happened to be there when we left for sorting the issue out about the Pet Fee and telling us she has done this previously (She hadnt signed saying what the fee was much less told us about it) Sadly, we will not stay here again due to these reasons.

Solid place to stay. Nice room, bed was comfy and sheets were nice and crisp.

Housekeeping let's doors slam closed while cleaning in the mornings. Management allows a housekeeper to bring her child to work with her and that child screams and cries in the hallway waking me up everyday. It is clear that the manager has been in a hospitality position for all of 15 minutes if he or she thinks this is acceptable. Guests' comfort comes first.

The free breakfast and Wi-Fi was nice and comfortable rooms and nice clean bathrooms.

Concierge was difficult to deal with but as soon as I was able to book the room and check in everything was great. Comfortable, big bed, hot shower, and good complimentary breakfast, there's not much more you can ask for.

The hotel is just minutes from a lot of shopping and nice restaurants. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a large breakfast with hot and cold food. My only complaint is that the beds are very hard.

The room was big and very clean, even the whirlpool tub. My girlfriend and I had gotten the romance package since it was our one year anniversary. It came with a bottle of sparkling juice and a heart made from rose petals. However the TV ketpt giving us problems, but the concierge at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a few remotes in case one stopped working. Even though everything was great the house keeping staff were beyond rude and annoying. They knocked and walked in on my girlfriend and I not once but THREE TIMES. Our package specifically said LATE CHECKOUT at 1:00pm every time we left our room the housekeeping staff would watch our every move from surrounding rooms and then hide in the rooms watching us. Everytime we opened the door they were hawks. We had left at noon which was earlier than we had to leave and as soon as we walked out of our room they all flocked into our room. We cleaned up the room as much as we could but if the staff wasn't so god darn rude we would have done a MUCH better job. And after the first time we refused housekeeping don't stop coming by trying to get us to leave!

It's a very clean hotel. Upon entry, the lobby smelled of poperi and spice. The employees were friendly and, helpful. No bugs. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area, again.

Don't bother trying to use a coupon at this place because they won't honor it. They're just trying to get people off the interstate with a $70 coupon and then say that we're not accepting those right now but we do have a room for $134.99!

Hotel felt muggy had a funky smell and the breakfast was decent, but the only problem I didn't like was it was located right beside the highway and noisey all day and night. Nothing was located close by for walking especially shopping centers, always needed a vehicle to go were ever you needed to go.

Always a wonderful experience. Have been staying there for a number of years and the personnel is friendly and helpful and the accommodations are clean and convenient. Kori Cooper, House Keeping Supervisor is extremely accommodating.

I absolutely loved it here, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and all of the staff were friendly.

I tried calling the hotel just to check to see if I have a reservation at this hotel and I was put on hold for at least 20 min or more I hung up and called back and with out answering it she put me on hold again. I am very upset and will never stay here. Her name was kasey and not sure if thats the right spelling but I will not recomened this hotel.

First of all I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Connie, the lady working behind the counter the day we checked in. Expedia booked us for the wrong night! I almost had a melt down as my whole day was not going well to begin with. She was so nice and offered her cordless phone so I could call Expedia to have the date changed to that day. I called the number on the confirmation page I had printed and the number was no longer in service. Wow. I was so stressed at this point and Connie kindly said "let me see if I can find the number for you". What a wonderful lady! she found the number and I was able to get a hold of them and get things straightened out. As for the room it was very clean. The bathroom was what we were mostly impressed with. It was HUGE! We would recommend others to stay here. Not only because it was a clean, nice motel, but because the customer service was so impressive. Thank you so much Connie I will not forget the kindness you shown to me. May God bless you many times over in your life. You are a very good person. :).

I really like this hotel. We have stayed in it a lot over the past few years. I however was disappointed when I called to get a price for my daughters birthday party, renting two room and the meeting room. I never got a phone call back. I was told that I would get a call in a day or two to let you know the price.

This was a good place to stay while in the area. The room was nice and clean, although it smelled like old lady hair spray. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not as bad as some. I did not smell any smoke. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. While checking in she handed me my key but didn't offer an explanation of which direction to go. When I asked she pointed and said "you'll see the sign". Wouldn't be a big deal except I had my 70+ yr old mother with me and she can't walk far. Instead of recommending a restaurant she just handed me a sheet. The breakfast sucked however. Watery scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes. Plus it was unfortunate that there were sick people coughing all over everything. I would stay here again despite the annoyances.

Nice place. Have stayed there over the last year 3 times now. The rooms had a slight smokey smell about a year ago as a previous review mentioned, however they have now seemed to get rid of it. And we are all non smokers so we would smell it if still there. The free breakfast is pretty good. We will stay there again I am sure.
