Terrible would be a nice word to say, Ashley is the worst manager she refuses to return my calls & is ignoring me. I booked a block of rooms for my wedding last weekend many of the rooms were wrong, my grandma was booked as a hearing/vision impaired when she said she needed a wheelchair accessible they told her she would have to pay more! I had to call the front office where the girl gave me a false name and tried to hang up on me. My grandma had to miss my wedding rehearsal because they could not get a room ready for her in time (5pm) my mother asked if they could have the wheelchair pool lift charged and working for later the front desk girl said " that's not my job" one of my guests we're booked in the wrong room with one bed when they booked a room with 2 beds. Another room wasn't ready upon check in time even though it was after 330pm and was told check in starts at 3 doesn't mean rooms are ready by 3. One guest got their bill and check out receipt slipped under the door after 1 night when they were booked for 2 nights staff tried to make them move to another room. Another guest had 2 rooms for 2 nights had to call and cancel the 2nd room and found out she was only booked for 1 room for 1 night. Each person was met with attitude and argument by Holiday inn staff. My grandmas shower bench would not hook right and buckled when she sat on it, we told staff nobody ever came to check on it. The manage refuses to talk to me or call I have been met with nothing but rudeness, when I went to speak to the manager she was sitting down in the lounge talking with other staff. This is only the tip of the iceberg of problems that happened last weekend.
