It was ok. They could clean the rooms better. I saw condom boxes and used condoms behind the cabinet for microwave. Nasty… and they need to use VINEGAR to clean the coffee pots. Not soap.

No cable… apparently they are upgrading. I wish they would have told us that at check in. Room phone doesn't work and one of the bedside lights doesn't work. Would not recommend : (

This hotel advertises on Expedia that it has cable TV. It does not have cable TV and what few channels it does receive are sporadic. The TV is actually not that old but what use is it to have a TV if there's nothing to watch on it. They have painted over wallpaper which is coming loose from the wall. It definitely needs some TLC. When I checked in to a king size room, there were only two towels and 1 washcloth. The door coming into the hotel has a key card beside it but it doesn't lock so there is no safety. The floor in front of my door feels as if it might give at any time. A mattress on the bed is very uncomfortable. My only saving grace is the fact that I brought a 4 inch memory foam to put on the bed. On a positive note the people are very friendly and they had no problem giving me additional towels and washcloths. They do not have hand towels. My company booked this hotel and it is not one that I would stay at again.

It stunk. Cockroaches. Don't stay at this dump.

This place is not good. No breakfast. Had to put heater together, plug in lights, diry towels, remote for TV didn't work. Go to Napoleon Inn and suites.

Walked in to a room that wasn't cleaned. Took the sheets and pillows off and went over to Walmart and bought new ones. Total price for a week stay, $285 after tax. Sheets, mattress cover pillows, big can of Lysol, and blankets, another 200.

1/3 lights work, clean enough. Good for the price, but it's a low price. There you have it.

Dirty rooms. Lied about free continental breakfast.

Everything was good. The desk clerk was very nice and the room was nothing fancy but it was clean.

You want cheap thats what you get. The shower tiles looked horrible and poorly put it. The tub would not fill and the sink leaked. Very dusty and ants everywhere.

Their location is very easy to get to. Their rooms are very clean. And the girl's who work there are extremely courteous. I will definitely return.

Certainly not fancy but the front desk staff was nice, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet at night and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. I paid $59 a night including taxes, so I feel good about my stay.

Attendants were nice and the beds were fine. Everything seemed clean enough for a middle of nowhere motel.

Napoleon Knights Inn-It was a very good choice among the other motels. Sheets and towels were clean and smelled very good. And the front desk were very generous when I asked for extra coffee and sugar packets. I will definitely stay there again.

For the rate (very reasonable), this place was very clean! Staff was very polite and accommodating! Highly recommend if you want somewhere to that's clean and affordable!

Not as bad as most knights Inn… although that isn't saying much.

This place is a dump! Everything is old an outdated, every towel was stained, the chairs in the room were stained. They looked so filthy you can't sit in them. The entire hotel is disgusting!

A little rough around the edges, but clean. Nice staff. Good for the price.

Glad to see they are trying to fix up the place. Like the new carpet in my room and the hallways. Saw workers out working on pool so hopefully its open by the next time I stay there. And for the price it was surprisingly clean.

I paid about $70 a night w/tax. The halls smelled like mildew for one. The first room we were given had no pillow cases. The view of the pool was disgusting. Since there was no pool but it was all over grown grass and filth. So once I got the second room it looked a little better. Until I realized that there were bugs everywhere in the bathroom. The heater smelled like burning gas. It was absolutely disgusting. On our way out there was a nice used pull up in the hall way. The rooms do not get cleaned up if you stay more than one night. It was a very horrible experience. Our stay was Oct. 19th 2012-Oct. 21st 2012. Worst experience ever with a hotel and I will not ever return or recommend this hotel to any one.

I have been at this location before. Also to those people that live here and remember there used to be a Gulf Oil Service station at the entrance that was ran by the Haase Oil company in Napoleon. This location was at one time a Holiday Inn. There is also a pool between the wings of rooms (exterior pool). General Information I grew up in this lovely town.

Once you get past the gloomy, poorly lit hallway, the rooms are actually pretty good. I would stay here again. Not bad for under $50 and the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.
