Great clean rooms. Breakfast is really good, lots of choices. And Mary at the front desk is the BEST! This is now our go to hotel when we are in town! Definitely recommend this hotel! 5 star in my opinion!

Brought our grandkids here for a fun time of swimming basketball and pizza we had a great time the hotel was not prepared to keep towels at the pool though.

Oh, Hilton, you're a lifesaver. Quiet, accommodating, quality, and partially inclusive! Breakfast is great! The evening social is great! The saltwater pool is great! My family is beyond grateful! (Thank you Shannon and Jeff! )

Was expecting the standing reputation for this chain to hold up. It did not. Was told to provide cc as THAT is their policy. I prefer cash over card and so I inquired and asked what would happen if no didn't have a credit card… the young man said we wouldn't give you a room. The room was tolerable although had only a shower versus the shower/tub combo thanks the normal. And the toilet lid was "glued" back together with calking …

Nice hotel with good location. Having serious trouble with A/C in bedroom but other than that good stay. Most of staff has been excellent except for one guy who wants to argue and not take responsibility for helping a guest.

When we checked in I amde a mistake and booked for the wrong night. They were incredibly helpful and kind and helped me get my reservation changed even though I was moving it to a busier date. They told us we had to take a room downgrade, which we were fine with considering the circumstances. But wow, the quality of the room was still A++! We were genuinely surprised that it was their cheapest size/style room. Staff was quick and helpful when we lost a room key, overall literally no complaints. Definitely plan on staying here again.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, a cinema, and even a park. The work out room was nice. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool although I thought it was kind of small and plain, but still nice. The complementary breakfast had something for all of the family and it was nice to sit around the fireplace while we ate. The on site store is kind of pricey but it is definitely convenient for a quick snack or drink.

The hotel delivers everything you'd expect from a hotel at this level. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Helpful, professional staff.

Everything was great until I tried to get a water from the overnight desk lady. Gave me an attitude and refused to give me one. I am a diamond member and I was staying all week. Is a water really worth losing a loyal customer?

The rooms we're very clean and nice. There's a nice pool and basketball court. However, the staff was rude and not in a joyful mood at all. And the water was, slimy. It was very disgusting trying to wash my hands and take a shower in this. If you're antisocial and don't take showers, you'll be fine.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We stayed here during a volleyball tournament. I really like the digital key feature that is on their app. We stayed in a studio with a king sized bed and pull out couch. I liked the full kitchen. We used the fridge to keep our drinks cool overnight. The hotel was kind enough to serve cold items before 7am on Saturday morning because we had to be at the volleyball club by 7am. That kind gesture allowed our team to grab and go quickly. This location is convenient to the highway, nearby restaurants, and Positively Charged Volleyball Club. We will stay here again if we have another tournament there.

I enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites. The room was great, modern and clean. I loved that they had so many outlets and usb ports for charging devices. The hotel is located in a great location with a lot of places to eat and things to do near by. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Very clean hotel only complaint with the cleanliness is the outside entrance by the basketball court is just literally covered in bird feces and there was no way not track it inside, this needs to be a area cleaned twice a day. Our curtains did not close all the way to blackout the room but I did notice when we stayed before if you are facing the parking lot they did close all the way. Staff was extremely nice breakfast was always good, the pizza was not a hit with us during the welcome home reception, need more choices in alcoholic beverages but $2.00 for a pitcher of beer was awesome so was the. 50 for a glass of wine. Other Hilton’s we have stayed in has a lot more too choose from. Wish they had a hot tub. This is were we have to stay several times a year for work and as I said before staff is always great. I do recommend this hotel they just need to do a few minor tweaks to make it superb!

Stayed here last minute due to snow/ ice storm. Large rooms, frig, big walk-in shower, nice TV, clean, no bedbugs, great staff, AM coffee with vanilla/ hazelnut creamer, and breakfast bar for free. Good Wi-Fi. I will come here again! Highly recommend.

Attractive, comfortable hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing in quality, but the breakfast area was very nice. Unfortunately we were there when there was apparently a soccer tournament going on in the area. Whoever was in the room above us was running back and forth, jumping up and down, and slamming doors continually for over half an hour until well after 11:30 p. M. And the noise in the stick-built hotel was unacceptable. I did call to the desk and the desk agent said she would go up and talk to them about it. After about ten more minutes it was quiet for the remainder of the night.

Seems like a new hotel. Clean, suite rooms with fully stocked kitchens. Nice breakfast. Coffee all day. They even checked us in and gave us our wedding party favors at 1am hen we arrived.

Hotel is nice and clean for the most part. They say they have a fitness center… 4 medicine balls, a broken treadmill and an antiquated elliptical machine is not a fitness center, an a room the size of a closet no less. The breakfast and evening snacks were actually pretty good. I had a raucous crowd on the patio keeping me up til 3am a few nights and the management never stopped it, but all in all this place was nice. In fairness to the fitness room problems, I saw a small sign saying the hotel got you free access 24/7 to planet Fitness 5miles up the road. I just prefer on site. I don't need much but this was pathetic. Quiet area with eats and a walmart next door. Good work location. ***in an update, the management actually had the treadmill repaired. So I bumped my rating up to a five as this place had everything I needed for work. It's not a vacation hotel but for what I needed and the staff's courtesy, it's about all I could need. Nice work.

This was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay. The rooms/suites are perfect and having a real kitchen is awesome (although we only used the full-sized fridge as we were in town visiting our sons and their families). The free breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day, the location of the facility is right off I-275 so it's easy to get anywhere in the area quickly, and the staff was very friendly. The facility is in great shape and we'll be staying here again on our future visits to Milford/Cincinnati. I can't recommend this place strongly enough!

A few months ago I went here for my birthday and this hotel was absolutely amazing! I booked a suite and it was wonderful! I love the basketball court, indoor pool, and fitness room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it's far from the city/downtown, I think it was worth it!

Very clean. We stayed in the king size room with kitchen. It was great. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Our kids had a good time staying here and swimming in the pool. Very positive experience.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Free breakfast and free dinner, with a number of options! Also free beer and wine for happy hour! Staff made you feel like you were family, rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Local dining and shipping close by. 10 min from a huge nature preserve with awesome trails. Stay here if you get the chance!

Staff very friendly, very clean rooms. Our breakfast this morning was terrible potatoes and eggs tasted like they were left overs from last week. First time I have ever had a bad breakfast at a Hilton stay often this is just the first of three Hiltons I will be staying in this weekend. My biggest complaint is I arrived very early and ask if they could call me if I could get in earlier with the man there in the morning he said he would but didn't think it was possible. I stoped back in later and the lady working said she would call me and I did get in early but as I got to my room the cleaning lady apologized over and over and said she didn't know I wanted check in early and it could have been done a lot earlier. Thanks to the lady in the early afternoon I got in but I guess the guy in the morning didn't care if I got in any earlier. Smh.

I didn't even get a chance to stay at this location. While traveling from over 3 hours away, I received a phone call at 3:18 pm stating that some guests had extended their stay and they didn't have any rooms available. I was within 20 minutes of arriving at the hotel and had to scramble to find a room in the area, this proved to be difficult due some other events in the location. Upon reviewing the check-in and check-out times for the hotel, they had 3 hours notice that my room wasn't going to be available. All the hotel staff offered me, was to not charge me a late cancellation fee, didn't even refer me to another hotel.

For the purpose I had while staying in Milford, this hotel was the perfect choice. I would definitely improve the breakfast. I know is different from Europe, but didn't expect to be THAT different. :)

The hotel does not have enough parking to accommodate their guests. When I complained that all parking spaces were taken the desk attendant informed us we could park in the parking lot of the abandoned business across the street or in front of the hotel door at the curb. When I confronted her she said "were not even at capacity! " For a Hilton, or any hotel that is unacceptable.

Staff is great. Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room.

The room I was in had a full kitchen a living room with a door to the bedroom. All the room of home an indoor heated pool with a workout room places to do office work great breakfast bars in the morning housekeeping was always on spot whenever I needed something.

I have stayed there a few times for business. The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfest and dinner are ok for a buffet.
