There are restaurants nearby, which is a plus. Reasonably priced and spacious rooms are the only thing that makes this location worth staying in. But the staff is very invasive and unprofessional. Stayed here while my home was being renovated. I told the staff in advance that I work nights and didn't want to be disturbed while I slept during the day. The front desk made a note of it. But four days into my stay. The manager knocked on my door at ten o'clock in the morning, while I was sleeping. She was there with two other people claiming to be doing an impromptu inspection. I wouldn't have minded the inspection of the had called first and given a little notice. I also noticed when they left my room, the manager and the two people she came with didn't inspect any other rooms. Won't be staying at this location again. There are other hotels in the area. I'll be willing to pay more money for a better experience.

My sheets had a stain on them, as did my blanket. Really didn't want to sleep in that bed. There was hair in the shower. Super gross. The pillows were so flat, I had to stack them and add a balled-up sweatshirt to get some head support. One of the lights by the bed was broken (can't leave that light on) — no button to turn on and bulb was hanging loose. There was a creepy guy (who the girl working the front desk said had been down 5 times) wandering around. No posting about where ice machine was or where free (breakfast) coffee would be. The person on the phone, who I ended up booking with, was much more friendly and cheerful than the frying desk girl (but if she was continuously dealing with creepy guy, I don't blame her). The wood floors were nice in the room, but made it echo-y.

Room was large and clean. They accepted my dog. Staff was fairly friendly and didn't bother us. It's 1:45 am and I'm awake listening to Kids screaming outside. Two males arguing loudly around 1 am is what woke us. I had thought it was a quiet place. I was wrong. OK place. Bring ear plugs. First 3 nights were quiet.

I did not stay long, just visited for a place to sleep. It was mostly quiet at night despite a lot of traffic in the area. Bed was comfy. I had no issues with amenities.

Very dirty floor in bathroom. Sticky floor in main area. Filthy shower. No amenities in room. No towels. No remote. Had to go down to desk. Burn holes on bedspread.

The non-smoking rooms smell like old cigarettes. The bedding and towels were rough. My pj's had to washed, because the smell transferred to my clothes. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

The room was extremely dirty, like if it wasn't cleaned in months. It smelled like if all the previous guests smoked inside the room. The bed sheets were dirty and had burn holes. I went to the front desk to ask them to clean the room and change the bed sheets and they sent a housekeeping person, whom didn't cleaned the room, and never changed the bed sheets because when we came back, the room was in the same condition. We are extremely dissatisfied with everything about this motel and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You really need to close it and stop operating.

The room was fairly rough in condition. The air conditioner worked, but ran so loudly that I couldn't have it on and expect to sleep well. I ended up cooling the room down then shutting it off just before going to sleep for the most part. Homeless and other low life types seen on and around the property. My card key failed to work twice during my 5 day stay. On one of the times they had to reprogram my keycard, my ID was not even checked.! On one of the day's I stayed there, no one came in to make up the room. I have stayed at many motel 6's throughout the years and I'd rate this one as the worst of them.

Bathtub was dirty. Had no wash clothes in the room. And they had no toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. Just awful.

Good for a couple of nights only. For that it's alright, I'd recommend. Then it becomes a s h I t show. I would not recommend for extended stays, women, or people with disabilities. They don't have stable management and it shows, so they hone in and attack vulnerable people.

The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, it is a good size room. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi, I paid for does not work. I will also say due to the cold weather, I am to lazy to go to the office to have it fixed. The person at the desk was very welcoming. I plan on enjoying, my stay here.

The room was nothing special, but it was just fine for our purposes. The only issue we had was that we requested a non smoking room and it definitely smelled strongly of smoke. When I called the front desk regarding the issue they stated that housekeeping had not made them aware of the issue and that they didn't have any other rooms available. I confirmed that they had nothing that they could do for us to which they said I was correct. So, we, as well as all of our items definitely smelled like smoke when we checked out.

All was fine except bathroom light bulb was out when we arrived about 6:30 p. M. I called front desk to have it replaced. They said it couldn't be done until morning. Of course, that was of no use to us being we were leaving in the morning and needed light that night.

I really enjoyed my stay. One time although there was a incident that involved a door that kept slamming that kept me awake. I contacted front desk they sent security to investigate and bingo the noise ended.

1st issue was that the motel 6 web site doesn't give you the option between smoking and non smoking room. 2nd the first room I had wasn't clean very well over the AC unit there was rice on top of it. 3rd I had to change rooms since I found out there was smoking rooms this trip was for fun and after driving for 8hrs I expected to just relax the website makes it seem great but doesn't give good details about your location which is not good.

Not bad. Hard to get a smoking room. But the girls at the front desk are so nice and friendly! They make this very basic motel a nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were HUGE! Was happy to take my puppy there with no problems! Staff was professional and friendly. Price was amazing. Only thing I would change is the coffee. (It was horrible and only served until 10)

Location was good. Room was adequate. No one came in to clean the first day I was there. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was extremely noisy when it came on.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every one from the front desk to housekeeping. Fire alarm went off one night and everything was handled well. I have nothing but great things to say. also, there were several times when I locked my key my room and was treated with undue patience. Very pleased.

My stay was awful. Cigarette burns in coverlet and blanket. First time ever to pay for internet and it didn't last 24 hours. Not even a small microwave or fridge. I realize the price was low but my goodness. I've stayed in other M6's they weren't this bad. I made a specific reservation I was ASSURED a first floor b/c of my inability to use stairs. When I arrived everything was changed. Even though I had been promised 1st floor I was told I had to take upstairs. I stayed in Cleveland for 5 days. I spent that evening finding another hotel that accepted pets on 1st floor. If I had been more familiar with Cleveland that probably would have been easier. I was so disappointed.

Excellent staff very attentive rooms very clean, super quiet and tranquil in the evenings I liked it a lot.

I hesitate to rate this 5 stars because clearly a Motel 6 is not a 5-star hotel, BUT for what it was, it was definitely a decent night's stay. The woman at the front desk (late night), whose name I unfortunately forget, was SUCH a sweetheart and really wanted me to feel safe as a woman traveling alone. The room was as clean and comfortable as was expected.

I love the fact that Motel 6 is pet friendly. This along with the cleanliness of the rooms and affordable prices is why I always stay at Motel 6 when possible. However, the Motel 6 I stayed at in Middleburg Heights could of had a better toilet seat. The one we had had gouges taken out of it. It seemed that Motel 6 had updated the entire room except for that part.

I would recommend you guys for anyone with a pet (s) even though mine hide under the bed the full day but what was nice was the beds were movable. Oh, so I would recommend you guys for pet only people. No pets, find somewhere nicer to stay. Also the floor mat by the door, didn't smell it until I bent down to pick up my pen and oh boy did that matt stink like dog.

I had no room key for the entire stay (3 nights) with no offer of compensation. Extremely inconvenient to say the least. Kept promising me the key problem would be corrected. Always had to flush toilet twice to remove all solids. Very low lighting (inadequate). Occasional loud pipe noises. Low water pressure. No ice machine. I can understand "Green" with no change of towels/sheets each day but garbage should have been removed and floors swept. Lower price does make up for all of the above.

My stay at your motel was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was nice and neat in the room. Front desk was very welcoming and polite. She answered all my question to the best of her knowledge. I'm completely satisfied.

The ice machine is still broken. There is only one. No ice available. Each time I went in and out of my room the door key had to be reprogrammed. NINE times I had to have the key reprogrammed. I'm happy I didn't have a room on the second floor.

Before we launch into the numerous issues we had with this property, I'd like to state upfront that the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. That being said, there were many problems: We booked a first floor, non-smoking room prior to our arrival. The room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke when we checked in. We were then asked to try the adjacent room instead (also billed as "non smoking"). Somehow, that room was even worse. Finally, the front desk attendant allowed us to try one last non-smoking room (but on the second floor). To be honest, the smell was not as bad, but it was still pretty gross. We were exhausted from driving and didn't really have any other options left, so we settled for this room. Note also, that this last option was on the second floor which made it more difficult for us with the pets. Had we known of all these issues beforehand, we would have chosen a different Motel 6 property. As for the room itself: — There was a blood stain (yes you read that right) on the covers of one of the beds — The other cover (on the other bed) appeared dirty — When we opened the menu for room service, was FULL of a disgusting brown liquid inside (just… why? ) — The toilet seat was stained with spots of some kind… This was our last stay at Motel 6 during our long journey and it was, by far, the worst establisment we've stayed at thus far. Suggestions for improvement: 1) If you bill the room as non-smoking, make sure that it actually is.

Best motel I ever stayed at. Incredible. More like a hotel than a motel. My wife would have loved this place. Great experience. She left me. Fridge and A/C in the room as well as towels. 5 stars for cleanliness and service, and complimentary coffee in the morning.

Check in was great! Great customer service. Room was neat and clean for most part. Top bed cover had cigarette Burns and blood stains on it on one bed, in a non smoking room. Turned sheets back and bottom fitted sheet had about a 6 inch black stain. Asked for clean sheets. When replacing the sheets, mattress pad had pink lipstick on it in several places. There was a bubble in the paint in the ceiling about a foot around. Looked ready to fall down at any time. Otherwise, we liked the room!

This is definitely a basic, budget motel. No alarm clock, no lotions, just a bed, towels and a tv. Nothing fancy at all about this discount motel. No breakfast, no complimentary toiletries. On the up side, the water pressure was great in the shower, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked, there was laminate (wood) floors which made it seem cleaner. The room was actually quite for the size of the building and the cable channels were sufficient. Close to the highway and restaurants. And the front desk clerk was pleasant.

It was wonderful I stayed for 4 nights and im ina wheelchair so my room was wheelchair accessible and it was spacious fora chair heck you couldve hada army of chairs in there lol but beds were comfy and bathroom was huge and room was very very clean it actually looked liked it was remodeled recently but love how you can park right outside your door wasa very quiet hotel and it was booked all weekend I will be staying here again in the future it was cheap and if u ahvea AARP card you geta 20 % dicount off your room and late check out at 2 instead of 11 I love that I can sleep in late if I wasnt too on my last day :) it was also ina great clean quiet but busy area near airport and lots of restaraunts too eat at olive garden mcds burger king perkins taco bell etc gas stationin across street kmart down road so everytrhing you need is right there main highway is one block away too itsa 15-20 min ride too casino downtown cleveland as well I highly recommend this hotel I gave ti 5 stars well job done motel 6 see ya soon.

We stayed one night for a funeral. We were awakened at 3:00 with the smoke alarm. Then went to go outside, and no one is out there. The fire company had to come. They told me it happens ALL the time! In the morning the toilet backed up, and the shoshower had soap in it!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Checked in just after midnight from a long day of traveling to find a not so clean room, laminate floors were rather unclean. Within an hour of being inside the room, a cracked out man persistently tried knocking on my door and the room next to mine for who knows what reason. Then… I got a hunch to check for bed bugs, and well what do you know, the underside of the mattress isn't supposed to crawl around, right? Asked for a refund, but Motel 6's policy is they have to have an exterminator come and confirm the bed bugs first, which is ridiculous. Perhaps some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially the GM, Mark, who refused a refund and acted like I was making the entire situation up. DO NOT STAY HERE, spend 20 more dollars so that your mattress won't crawl away with you on it!

I'm giving this 2 stars only because the room was filthy… the laminate flooring was so disgustingly dirty… my socks were black after 5 minutes of walking around… there was only 2 full size towels… and 2 wash clothes … which I used to clean a path on the floor to bathroom… no shampoos. Lotions, etc… just a bar of soap that looked used… there was also a dirty towel hanging on the back of bathroom door… and a nasty plunger wrapped in a plastic bag in there… I have worked in the hotel business many years and have never seen such uncleanliness… but as it was the only available smoking room in this area we had no choice but to stay… I do have to give the Manager a good review… he was very welcoming and warm… and gave us Wi-Fi free… (usually costs 3$ per device) …

Very nice motel. Can't beat it for the price. Room was clean. Nice wood floors. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower but would stay here again.

Walked into the room and checked under the pillow and there were bed bugs. Went to the front desk and was told they do not give refunds because of bed bugs but could switch our room.

Listen, if you get a smoking room it's going to smell of cigarettes. I think it's a great place for the price. I stay here alone sometimes when I need to get some work done and the kids are a bit noisy. My rooms have always been clean and the staff is nice. If you're a bit prissy then this place is not for you.

Neighbors smoked the whole time so our room stunk of it. The maid service hardly touched our room when they happened to actually even come in there and clean. We had to go and get towels multiple times for ourselves. They were just rude over all there.

I give this motel and number 10 on service the manager is doing an excellent job I give him a 10 housekeeping I give them a number 10 keep up the good job and thank you again for an excellent job of service thank you.

We had several issues with our most recent stay. 1. When we 1st checked in to our room the room was uncleaned including empty beer bottles in the room, and the room next door was wide open with trash in it as well. We were reassigned to room 113 which was no problem for us at all. 2. When we arrived back to our hotel Saturday evening we found our room door wide open, with new towels in it but not cleaned. Luckily nothing was stolen but this upset me quite a bit. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and I was told there was not a manager available but Mark would be in at 10a. M. The next day. We were gone by 10 the next day but my wife called at 11 a. M. And was told there was no manager available she left our information and asked for a manager to contact us and we never heard back from anyone. 3. Both rooms we were in and the lobby smelled like cigarettes. 4. The floors in our room (#113) were very dirty our socks were all stained dark black.

Terrific for the price. Minor things that needed fixing were taken care of as soon as I gave notice. I agree with the guy that says the floor needs washing; bring slippers or throw-away sox.

Everything was fine…. except room floor was very dirty. It was vacuumed, but it needs to be washed. My socks got black walking on the floor.

There was legit blood on the floor, it smelt like cigarettes and it suck big og mudbone wanker.

Everything as expected! Quick check-in and same check-out. Huge rooms, clean and pretty comfortable.

Here is my experience. Wanted a less costly hotel room. But, was not told that everything is ala carte. Unsecured internet, which I had to pay $2.99 for, No hairdryer, No clock, No shampoo, No coffee in room, No extra pillows, pergo flooring through out room etc. Vending area was closed and had caution tape up around the doors with water leaking in front of doors from above. Looked in my opinion, like a murder scene. Did not feel very comfortable or safe. Felt like I slept in a barn. Next hotel I stay in will not be any Motel 6. I will pay the extra $15 to $20 more so I feel more at home. Believe me I will pass the word on about my experience at Motel 6 to all my business associates and friends.

Very pleased with this motel 6. It was clean, safe, and easy to get to. I recommend it to anyone traveling with pets.

We have stayed at this motel6 twice now and both times we were made to feel at home from home, I would recommend this motel with a 5 star rating — We stayed 9 days this visit.

I was moved from my first room because it had ants. There were also hairs and stains on the sheets. I was given another room which had a male sex spot on the bedspread and ants as well. After talking to the manager I was given 50% off the room and a maintenance man came and replaced the bedspread. I was told by the manager that those type of spots couldn't leak thru to the blankets and that all customers could not be pleased. I am not hard to please but sleeping in others sex stained bedding is unacceptable! I told the manager to please me would mean that the rooms were just clean and the bedding was changed. He said that they try to make sure that it is but there is no way they can check every room. I ended up not staying and didn't want to deal with the manager anymore. I just chalked it up as a loss. I travel a lot for business and Motel 6 is usually where I stay because they are not too expensive and are usually clean. This was definitely there exception to the rule.

Place is nice for the price. I don't expect high quality for a $35 rate. The room was adequate and quiet. Don't know why the negative comments by others as they don't seem to apply to a low cost alternative. If you want higher quality — don't stay here. I got what I paid and expected.

I booked a room for 2 weeks the rooms were disgusting and infested with bed bugs. I was moved twice and each room was progressively worse. They offered no discount for my inconvenience and were not the least bit concerned. I had to burn my clothes and luggage to get rid of the BED BUGS. Trust me The DAYS INN next door is a much safer bet even at 3 times the price.
