The owner Dino a great guy plenty of parking for trucks and once the pendemic is done there is plenty around to eat.

Fantastic Hotel with great rooms! The staircase was beautiful! The dining area and lounge area were very comfortable and spacious! The price was perfect, actually it was beyond perfect compared to the price of the hotel up the road that was booked! We were lucky to find this hotel, and get a room at the rate we did! Thank you! The breakfast was delicious and the kids enjoyed making their waffles! Ooooh yes, and the coffee — — — PERFECT! For me, coffee is a must as we had 12 long more hours to drive! And I enjoy a great cup of coffee! We will for sure make this another stopping point, on our next trip to NY!

Very disappointed, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, staff is amazingly nice. But when we booked this room directly with Comfort Inn, we were not informed that the hotel was under construction and given the choice to make this reservation or not. It just would have been nice to have that little bit of information. The lobby is a mess.

Upon arrival we did not receive the joining rooms I secured 2 weeks ago. The desk staff was not hospitable in the least. The outside of the building was dirty with lots of litter everywhere. It did not smell fresh and clean inside. The pool was not very clean. Lots of hair floating around in it which made me wonder if the pump was on. Our sink and toilet were clogged, our bathroom was a dump. I could go on, but you get the idea… we won't be back!

We arrived just after midnight and were given a first floor room as requested during the booking process. The hotel looks aged from the exterior, but inside has been totally renovated. Clean rooms, hospitable staff, and free hot breakfast with tons of variety. Too bad the indoor pool was "closed for maintenance. " It would have been great to jump in after a long day in the car.

My wife and I attempted to stay at this Quality Inn this past weekend on June 15th. We reserved a Jacuzzi suite and when entering the room were immediately hit in the face with a disgusting smell of mold and mildew. We then asked to be moved to a new room, which they did facilitate and upon early investigation the room seemed adequate. We then went to retrieve our items from the first room and entered the second room to find that the bed had yet to be made and was missing the comforter and sub-sheet. The personnel was very apologetic and handled the mishap very professionally. We did not stay and was issued a refund. Receiving 1-star because of the professional nature of the front desk and speaking with the manager the morning after.

Room was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Only complaint was that the internet was down the evening we stayed, but were told it was being repaired and would be back in the following day. We only stayed one night so didnt have a chance to confirm this, but was only a minor inconvenience.

The rooms have been updated since the last time I was there. Beds were comfy and everything was adequately clean. I don't know if they still have smoking rooms but there was still a smell of cigarette smoke noticable in the hallways.

This is not the location we stayed at, but the one on the south side of the interstate by Burger King is not showing up on Google maps. It was very clean and tbe front desk person, Twylla, was very nice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This chain an it's employees need to be terminated from the Choice Hotels franchise like the trash they are. I stayed there with my adult niece and 7 year old nephew over Mother's Day weekend. Staff was the worst I have ever encountered. I tripped and fell on there uneven pavement outside and hit my head so hard I passed out at one of the tables in the pool room. My niece and other guests came to my aid while the ruthless hotel staff could have cared less. In fact, front desk lady named Katie B just stared at me and said I didn't have a concussion because one of my pupils was not larger than the other. Another guest, who happened to be a nurse, just looked at my niece and said Katie B had no idea what she was talking about. Again, no concern at all from staff. No offer to comp my room for falling on there horrible property, NOTHING! I had the worst headache from this fall and they wouldn't even give me a couple Tylenol. Here it is 2 days later, and I am still suffering from a bad headache from the fall. In addition to this, there was a kids soccer team staying at the hotel the same night. These kids did nothing but run up and down the hallways laughing and screaming until after midnight. Apparently, the staff has no problem with this because again they did NOTHING. And where were the adults that were in control of these kids? Probably drunk with the rest of the adults drinking in the pool area.

Check in time was quite long. Couldn't find HDMI port on television because it didn't pull from wall. They offer free breakfast but forbid you to take food to the rooms that offer a refrigerator and microwave. Strange.

Nice hotel for the value. Rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently right next to Interstate 71.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Room interior out of date but that didn't affect quality of stay. Poor housekeeping in hallways including cigarette butts on interior floors. Price was reasonable and I would stay again.

Old and disgusting • Stayed 2 nights they never showed up to clean my room but lied to the front desk, "Do Not Disturb" sign was posted. • The Janitorial staff walked into my room without even knocking. I was shocked, then ended up never cleaning it and lied • Frozen scrambled eggs? Quite a surprise • Medina is an awful town. The people were suspicious and unfriendly and the restaurants around were nothing to my taste. Very boring town. I will never come to this area if I can avoid it.

Location is nice easy to get to, decent priced.

Great staff, Katie B was a God send, appreciate her greatly. After having a rough couple of days traveling, she showed me there are still nice and thoughtful people.

Pros: The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Cons: We tripped a breaker by using a hairdryer and an iron on opposite sides of the room. The mattress and especially pillows are some of the worst I've ever slept on.

Just returned from a 4 night stay here. Room was great Staff was friendly Housekeeping staff should be more considerate about guests there was one day where housekeeping did not clean my room and I did not have the do not disturb sign on the door thankfully the front desk made a note. Otherwise great stay would defently return.

The price was a good deal. The indoor pool was heated. The continental breakfast was better than average. Overall a good value.

We were utilizing their conference room to host a gender reveal for my sister-in-law and brother's new baby. This location and their sister site in Brunswick are our go-to places for parties and get togethers. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the space accommodates our small groups, tables and chairs are provided, and we get to bring in our own food and decorations. We will be back again and again!

We used the conference room for a family get together and we were very satisfied with the staff, the room and the ease in finding it. The price was extremely reasonable and we were able to bring in our 9wn food and desserts.

Every thing we could ask for in an overnight stay (longer if someone should wish). Very clean room, excellent customer service, the shower was incredible! most friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

I don't smoke but was surprised to see this hotel still offers smoking rooms. They also note that there is a $200 penalty for smoking in a non-smoking room, so make sure you select what you prefer. Our non-smoking room was very clean with no indication anyone ever violated the policy, so the fees must work. Everything else was exactly what you expect from a Quality Inn, so we had a great stay at a great value. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The room was well maintained with all the amenities. The pool was nice and the family had a good time. Continental breakfast was decent and filling.

Rooms were fair sized and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The location isn't the greatest because the entrance is not accessible if you are traveling west on RT 18. However, the room & service were awesome. The beds were comfortable but I would still recommend bringing your own pillow.

This hotel is currently doing remodeling. So the place is a little out of order. Service from employees is good, breakfast is also decent. Hours of the fitness room are not good at all. It should be open 24 hrs for the people who want or have to do things in the morning time.

I use a coupon and the 1st room heat didn't work. 2nd room.

I am a frequent visitor of Quality Inn Medina, as I have a relatives living there. I think the place has changed a lot since the new management took it over. I see other people had average experience here, but the place has always exceeded my expectation. The front desk staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

I was there in Jan of this yr 2015 and the pictures they are showing on there Web site isn't true this hotel is dirty nasty. The pix look better but not the same they show it glamorous but it's not to me this is a $55 dollar hotel not a $100

After years of using this hotel for our out of town guest, front desk clerk Alice charged $35.00 early check-in fee for my out of town guest, after we explained there was an emergency in the auto and a change of clothing was needed prior to the graduation. She lowered the rate from $40.00 but the damage was done. There is not a hotel room in Medina worth $135.00 / night — especially when the customer service at the front desk is rude and unreasonable. Ps The room was already ready and NO extra effort was needed from the staff at check-in. Avoid at all cost. You only get one chance for a first impression. Thanks Alice for NOTHING.

The reservation, arrival, and departure processes were seamless and uneventful. Great for business stays in the area. Comfortable room and very good breakfast buffet. Will stay here again when in the area. Staff was amazing and breakfast had many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel! EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We were travelling from the Albany, NY area to Cincinnati and usually stay in Erie, Pa. This time, at the last minute, we decided to go on further into OH. I read the reviews AFTER we had made the reservation (in a pinch and from my phone) and we fretted for the 2 hrs prior to arriving as to what we would encounter (it was almost midnight and we were well past the cancellation deadline). Upon arrival (at 2am and in the dark) the outside of hotel looked a little shaggy, but not the worst we'd even seen (maybe it was because we had been swayed by the reviews? ). Fortunately our fears ended there. Check-in was a breeze and the girl behind the counter was pleasant. We found our room, but were not able to get in (we thought it was occupied and locked from the inside). Went down to the desk and the girl came back up and opened the door for us (handle needed to be pulled up, not pushed down) and pleasantly told us good-night. The room was clean and tidy — no bed bugs and not filthy! The window was clean, the air conditioner worked fine and there was plenty of cups and coffee packets (that we didn't use). The bathroom was small, but was clean and the shower worked fine. There was no dust that we noticed anywhere. The hallways did look like they could use a little help, but it wasn't terrible. Breakfast was the standard assortment and check out was no problem. I am not aware if the hotel was full, but the parking lot was. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The front desk booked us for the wrong night. When we showed up, no rooms were available and at 10pm we were driving all over looking for a hotel. Come to find out, this hotel charged us for three rooms as being "no shows" due to their error. I tried to work with the manager "Vijay" but he never returned my calls. I had to call for weeks and he never returned our calls until I practically harassed the front desk, calling 2-3 times per day. He was extremely rude, condescending, and continually lied to us about our booking. He was impossible to reason with and actually yelled at me over the phone! Completely unacceptable. He finally agreed to refund two of the charges (still charged us for one room) after I threatened to dispute with my bank. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Filthy rooms, wolf spiders cobwebs leaky ceiling mold under the sink, and rude management. Would not recommend to anyone.
