I stay here often, for business. They are always courteous and the rooms are immaculate. During this Covid pandemic, they’ve done a great job keeping everything clean and I feel very safe staying here. The location couldn’t be better. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Highly recommend.

My daughter wanted to go swimming for her birthday so we booked a room… nice place.

We enjoyed a Halloween night staycation to bring the kids to do some swimming after a cold and wet trick or treat! The pool was clean and warm, beds were SO comfy & the breakfast was top notch. A family of 6 comfortably in one suite. Smiles on the faces of the staff! Will be back for sure.

Our 2 night stay had all the comforts of home. The breakfast choices were amazing. I just wish there was a hot tub.

Your staff stole our family's mac book pro from our room and then denied claims even though it was 100% stolen from us in your hotel. I will never stay there ever again. Also after reading others reviews it looks as that thievery is not an uncommon situation at this hotel. I would highly recommend that no ones leaves anything of any value in your room while staying there if u have to stay at this horrible place.

My family came to visit from PA and chose to stay here. My son and I came along so we could all be together. The room is amazing especially with a 2 year old and 4 year old. Plenty of room for them to play. We were also surprised that the two bedrooms had their own bathrooms as well. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast this morning was delicious and the dinners during the week is perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for families hands down! And a quick 10 mike trip from the zoo. My one and only complaint is that three of our family members are disabled with one on oxygen as well. Our room was quite a walk to get too. But other then that it was a fabulous stay!

Nice looking hotel, but we won’t stay here again. The garbage under the sink was not emptied by room service and was overflowing when we got to the room. The pool is COLD! I am here with my boys right now and they are shivering and no way am I getting in it! The manager is looking into the temp. The walls are thin! We can hear the people either next to us, above us, and outside constantly. They are talking at a normal level. Then, I found a piece of dog poop by one of the windows! I told all of this to the front desk people (Manager was not available), who were very apologetic and cleaned everything up except for the dog poop. We were packing to check out when it was discovered.

I really like this hotel's quiet location. The rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable and the rooms get pretty dark at night. This is a big plus for someone who really struggles to sleep. Also, a few good options for dinner nearby.

I went for an awards luncheon for my workplace. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The decor was extremely well appointed, and didn't feel like a national chain hotel in the least. The restrooms were comfortable and clean, a standard that any other public restroom could measure itself up against and come up short. I had arrived an hour early so I waited in the lobby, but I didn't feel like I was in a lobby, as the furniture was nicer and more ergonomic than most people purchase for their own homes. There were a few large televisions, but they were up and out of the line of sight to avoid being a distraction for a person just trying to relax, yet easily viewable for anyone so inclined from any angle in the room, which is saying plenty considering the large scale of the room itself. A pair of massive floor to ceiling windows overlook the courtyard and patio area, even larger than the lobby. It was equipped with a pair of sizable modern grills, tables, umbrellas, and lounge furniture. I did not stay in a room, but I could see the large windows of the rooms facing outward to the patio as well, and I imagine they're at least as nice as the areas I was privy to, if not more. Truly the best compliment I can offer is how little it felt like a hotel and how much more it felt like a very large home whose owner was allowing others to make use of it. I was truly impressed with how far away from the city it felt, despite how close to the city it actually is.

This hotel has a lovely entrance for its price point. Robert is a rockstar employee, and we found the rest of the staff pleasant. There is ample parking, and it's right on the edge of the Shops at Fallen Timbers and a wonderful bicycle and walking trail system. There is an outdoor sitting area, including a grill. The indoor pool was extremely small and filled with children. The suite was pleasant, but the walls were extremely thin. There was one bar of soap so we had to carry it back and forth from the vanity area to the shower. Although the suite was relatively large, we did not find its layout great for more than two people. The breakfast bar was a typical offering with watery orange juice, overly busy waffle irons, and mediocre quality foods. It was a great place to connect with friends in Maumee, OH.

I stayed here for work and it was a very nice place. Often on the road in small towns around Ohio, the hotel options are bleak. This is in a nice location next to shops and restaurants. A nice oasis among the farm fields of Ohio.

Great stay. The hotel is very clean, nice finishes and towels. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot breakfast buffet has nice options. The staff is very friendly. A few dishes weren't super clean but free soap is supplied. We had a plumbing issue but you can't expect stuff to never break. Overall, great hotel.

Our grown kids n grand kids stayed there for our son's nearby wedding. And because it was the only place in our area with a room/suite that served 8. It was a nice room area, but I felt bad for our 12 yr old grson. Because the pool was only open 1 or 2 days of the week they were here. Nice lounge for visiting with them. Never got to see the pool.

The bed was so comfortable, and the rooms were really clean. We were really excited for the pool and jacuzzi, when we got to the pool room the pool was cloudy and had good in it, and the jacuzzi had only two jets working in it. We were really disappointed about that, since we were really looking forward to relaxing after our wedding.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Clean comfortable rooms. A pleasant surprise while traveling with family. Breakfast had many options and was restocked quickly during weekend breakfast rush.

This is the hotel we always stay at when we, my husband and me, are in Toledo. The beds are extremely comfy. The breakfast is always hot.

Power out in local area. This hotel donated water to Maumee PD that are standing out in hot sun directing traffic. Because of this when I need lodging I don't care of the price this is where I will put people up.

It's not like any other regular hotel. This place is like a condo timeshare we visited before.
Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean, location is accessible to everything you need. I called this place a home away from home.

This place felt like a small apartment. Very nice and clean and I really like how each area was a space of its own. It is located outside of a mall but out a ways from anything else. More of a rural area so it was quite quiet. Beds, pillows and towels were great, as was the breakfast. I was not able to participate in the reception nights offered. Shannon at the front desk was wonderful too.

We booked this room last weekend to take my son swimming during his spring break. The pool was so cold we couldn't even get in the water. We went to the front desk and they told us yes it is heated but we don't know how to turn the heat up, that is a maintenance job and they weren't there. They never even offered to call them to fix the problem. We wasted $180 on a room to swim and couldn't even swim. The room itself was what we needed, but you could draw in the dust on the TV stand. I'm very angry we wasted so much money for nothing.

I really liked the room. It was spacious and had a kitchenette. It had a work desk and high ceilings. The bathroom was cordoned off from the main sleeping area and there was sitting area that was spacious. The staff here was so helpful and hospitable. They helped me with requests big and small and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely return here for my trips to NW Ohio. Plus, it's situated next to great shopping.

Staybridge is a great hotel for prolonged stays. Complementary Breakfast buffet has great variety and is always of surprisingly high quality. Complementary dinner buffet served 3 nights a week, which is also pretty good. Staff is really nice, helped me replace key cards multiple times. Room is clean and has a stove top, dishes and dishwasher. Good location right on the freeway, in the parking lot of a shopping mall. Fitness center is good in a pinch, dumbells and cable machine as well as traditional cardiovascular equipment. Overall good quality. Only complaint is that Wi-Fi can sometimes be slow.

Lovely common room area with fireplace. Rooms include full size fridge with icemaker, small stovepipe, dishwasher, convection oven, great for eating and cooking in room.

We stayed here for almost 5 months. Great and friendly staff. Very accommodating during our stay to make us comfortable. Staff was great. Made a lot of very close friends and when we left it was very emotional. Thanks to everyone there for being so nice, Valerie, Dan, Heather, Ciara, Shannon, Sharon, Rhonda, Amanda, Jamie, Jackie and all the others. We are now at the drawbridge in Tucson.

I just checked & the girl at the front desk was very friendly. She informed me that there is a complementary breakfast in the morning & dinner tomorrow night. The room is very clean & the bed is very comfy. I'm here for work & I'll definitely be staying here in the future.

Went for a meeting in the conference room, not an overnight stay. They treated me as a customer and even made sure to offer me a coffee as I waited for my meeting to begin. The front desk employee named Shannon was extremely personable and sweet. Made sure to check that we had everything we needed the entire meeting and even made me a coffee when I could not leave my meeting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a meeting or party in the conference room.

The hotel itself was very nice, but the service was terrible. It was my 2-year-old nephew’s birthday and we invited a couple of our close family members for cake and ice cream. We got a noise complaint so we invited everyone to the pool area. After we were done swimming we had everyone go get changed in small groups to avoid noise. Everyone left except the ones that were staying over night. We weren’t making noise but we had 2 toddlers in the room. I’ve worked for a hotel before and if it’s too noisy we would take the initiative to go to the room and talk with the guests. That was not the case. After about 4 hours of everyone being gone the police were knocking on the door telling us we had to leave the premises. You would have thought the manager would have stepped in and tried to accommodate to us having 2 toddlers instead of making us leave after we spent money to stay at the hotel. I say this because our family has been to many hotels and have never have recieved this kind of treatment. I will be contacting the manager in the morning and if the manager decides they won’t do anything about the situation I will be calling the corporate office.

Room was nice and clean and had a nice set up. I had to hang out in the room for most of a day and ended up telling my wife that I could have lived there for awhile probably. The free breakfast was pretty good too.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and loved it. Suite had a kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Rooms had huge, comfortable beds. Tons of shops at the mall next door. The lovely and moving Fallen Timbers battlefield memorial was also just across the street, perfect for a walk or run.

We went for a family vacation and loved every mins close to zoo 15 to 20 mins didnt take long at all. On site laundry for free. Everything was great we will differently be back again. You save so much money when you have a kitchen in the room. I wouldnt go to red robins if you stay at this hotel it sucks for what u pay. Buy food from meijer and cook it in ur room. Loved our weekend.

Great place to spend a night. This was our second visit. I enjoy that the mall is nearby and you can have a nice meal within a short walking distance.

The hotel was near a large shopping outlet to which I found vary convenient. The rooms were clean. The employees were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good. The pool is a bit small and the hot tub a bit too cool, but I think that makes the pool house kid friendly.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! Surrounded by a very large mall with excellent restaurants in walking distance! Would stay again no doubt! Well done to the staff and management!

After losing power in Michigan, we decided to take our kids down and stay at the Staybridge, it was important for us to have a kitchen so this matched our needs very well. We were so happy to pull into the hotel, the location was amazing, having most anything we could want to check out, so close. The rooms were amazing, updated, clean, and filled with little things that we might need, my favorite was the laundry basket, I've stayed in many hotels with laundry facilities, but never one that had laundry baskets! It gave us a homey feel. The beds were amazingly comfortable and BIG, and the pillows were better than the ones I have at home. We found out we got our power on the first night and would not need the second night, and getting them to cancel the next night was as simple as calling the front desk. Amanda was amazing, I asked if we could have a few more towels and she LITERALLY ran to get them for us. We have already decided we will be making trips to this hotel every year for a little wind down session! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

We decided to take a night away from home and ended up staying here. We loved it! We were able to have our family of 6 in ONE room! It was so great to stay in a hotel that didn't charge us for having a big family! The pool is nice and warm and there is a hot tub as well, with plenty of seating. The hotel is clean and welcoming with plenty of parking and located across from the outdoor shopping mall. The breakfast was great! Eggs and ham, stuff for breakfast burritos and toppings for your eggs, yogurt, bagels, cereal, 3 types of waffle mix, milk, juices, soda, muffins, fresh fruit, granola… so good! And the room… can't say enough good about the room! We stayed in a 2 queen room. You walk in and you are in the living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen has a small sized fridge, not a mini fridge. There is a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, glasses, plates, utensils… everything you could need with a bar for eating that seats 2. In the living area is the desk with lamp and phone, TV with 2 drawer dresser and the couch. The cough has a chaise and love seat and the love seat pulls into a bed. There are doors to the bedroom where there were 2 queens, a dresser with a TV and the bedstands. The bathroom is off of that with the powder area outside the actual bathroom area. The bathtub was nice and towels were great. Beds were comfy as well as the pillows. The color scheme is very calming with tans, teals and browns throughout the whole place.

We stay here a few times year. Always has been amazing! The pool is "bath water" warm and the hot tub is relaxing. Never even an ounce of anything negative to say about this place. ❤️

Had a 2 bedroom suite. Each had a bathroom and tub with shower. The center area had small Living room and kitchen, with counter and chairs. Had dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Each bedroom plus the living room had their own tv's. Very nice layout. Included breakfast in the morning had a very good selection. We got in too late to check out their evening meals. That night they had bratwurst and hot dogs, with beer and wine. The hotel has pool and workout room. Had a nice out door patio. Has small shelter too. Plenty of restaurants around. Went to Granite City food and beverage in the mall, (The Shops at Fallen Timbers), that is in the same complex. Found out there was a discount for people staying at Staybridge Suites. Very nice area.

Rooms may have initially been high quality, but look worn now. Same for sheets and mattress pad. Very nice fluffy towels. The hotel is dog friendly and I'm sure that is a plus for some. I'm allergic, so unfortunately, that meant I was allergic to the room. Breakfast had waffle machines, eggs & meat, oatmeal, Bagels, and the other usual hotel staples.

We went to go look at different types of rooms for our wedding day/night. We wanted a room large enough for our 10 guys to get ready, and comfortable for us to stay in that night. They showed us different types of rooms and were very accommodating. They asked if we had any preferences and said they would get to follow them as allowed. We decided to go with the hospitality suite. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The pool area looks great.

Super convenient location, located at the edge of a mall. TONS of parking and lots of access to amenities. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and higher quality linens. Nice lobby, pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this place for over a month for work. The managers are great. Free food and one dollar beers and wines m-w was awesome too.

Great location at the Fallen Timbers shopping complex. Very impressive hotel all around, love the social hour. Only complaint would be that the room coffee has been persistently "soapy" tasting, albeit only in my experience. A+ hotel for a very reasonable price.

Stayed in a suite, room 238, and it was splendid. Plenty of room. 3 LG TV's, nice kitchen, plush beds, and the showers are amazing. The breakfast is splendid. Service is hospitable. You will not find a better hotel in the area.

This was a great hotel experience. Our room was like a small apartment with a kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and more, a small living area with couch and television, and a separate bedroom with a separate television. We were only there for one night but it would have been very comfortable for a much more extended stay. The continental breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The parking lot for the hotel was shared with a mall with lots of stores and restaurants. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in this area.

Went here for a weekend and enjoyed my stay. The room had a nice layout, the bed was huge and comfortable (we didn't want to get out of it) and the staff was accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast provided. This hotel is however located next to an outlet.
