What can I say? Hampton inns are usually the best value in hotels. This one is clean, and no exception. The only negative, is the weird smell in the elevator waiting area on the ground floor adjacent to the garage. It’s almost static like. Other than that, it’s a typical, nice Hampton inn.

Quality stay at the Hampton. Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast. They have ample parking with many signs that direct you to the lobby. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Nice hotel with fairly comfortable beds. Almost instant hot water when taking a shower. Good breakfast selection. Some almost as good as homemade. One minor inconvenience, but it's a security measure, key card needed to access all levels except lobby and garage. Website shows pool with water slide, it is not on site. You need to get a pass at front desk for a rec center to use the pool that is shown. A huge let down for my kids.

The staff was very friendly at both check in and check out. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast had great options. Overall, a very good experience.

Stayed overnight for a work trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful! They gave tips on where to eat, etc.

The staff made you feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a great assortment of food to choose from. The kitchen area was super clean. My favourite was the coffee, the best I've had in a long time. I meant to note the brand name so I could get some for home. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in downtown Massillon. Great staff, very clean and wonderful breakfast.

Nice room. But bathroom fans don't work on timer. Only work in the morning. Was a big let down. Won't stay there again.

Stayed overnight for a family funeral. Evening staff was wonderful. Young lady with beautiful dyed red hair solved our 3 problems. She fixed our room cards to work on the elevator, she moved us to a Handicap room, & she brought us a riser for the toilet. Two suggestions for Hampton: 1. Change elevator sign to say: Insert & quickly remove room card. (I thought I should leave the room card in. That didn't work! ) 2. Consider raising the height of the toilets; currently, they are @ mid-calf!

Nice clean rooms great hot water and people are very nice… But getting to the lobby lol that's kinda tricky.

Easy walk to lots of restaurants and stores. Clean room, decent breakfast.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very good. Something for all the different diets in our party. Staff is friendly and very competent. Hot coffee and water available on our arrival. Several yummy restaurants right outside the doors.

Great customer service and very clean they have a wonderful room service and housekeeping is up to paur oh yeah and breakfast comes with the room so us as bed and breakfast place and it's good too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean which is a big plus for me. Everything smelled fresh and new. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. No fake eggs here. Location was within walking distance of anything you may need. Easy to park. Highly recommended.

The service was great and the location was very close to restaurants and bars. Kind of a strange check-in/parking arrangement but good overall.

Dated hotel, nice enough. Really odd setup with the lobby and the entrance and the parking garage. Breakfast was nice. Price seemed a little high for what you got.

CLEAN AND MODERN! My family of three came for an overnight stay while in town visiting family. The parking deck /entrance is a bit confusing as you literally drive to the top deck to get in and I came down a side street so we literally went up a mini maze to get to the entrance. The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal apple filled pancakes and bacon egg and cheese pizza bagel super cute. I was hoping for some thing a bit simpler with a toddler (plain eggs, a bagel, oatmeal). Overall great stay will definitely come back when in town to see my family!

Great location in downtown Massillon. Convenient for when car show is in town.

Not very impressed with this hotel. Bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were very rough. Felt like sand paper. The room had a smell to it like cigarette smoke and it was a non-smoking room. I stay here for business and it makes it hard to work the next day because you couldn't sleep on the beds or with the endless city noise of cop cars. Staff was really nice though.

We were in Massillon for a funeral April 28-30. Our stay there was a great experience at a time of great sadness. Your staff did an excellent job taking care of us. They were very helpful, polite, and caring — down to the sympathy cards in the room — a nice, personal touch. We could tell that you all were on top of things. The breakfast bar was excellent: good, hot food and plenty of it. Clean facilities and comfortable. We've traveled a lot in our time and we can tell when management is involved and staying on top of things. Just wanted you to know that we really appreciate all that you did — from the reduced room rate to the food, we just can't tell you how much it meant to us when we were exhausted and hurting. Keep up the good work. Thank you ever so much.

Stayed here on business several times. Standard accommodations. Near numerous dining locations. Complimentary parking garage below hotel. Some rooms smell like smoke, even though they are nonsmoking.

I love this place! So fresh and clean! Updates have made it so modern!

I made a reservation at this hotel days in advance, and when my family arrived they told us they accidentally made the reservation for a different week and refused to upgrade us to another room or do anything to fix the situation. The only thing the clerk offered to do was call another hotel, 30 minutes away and $50 more per night, and have them hold two rooms for us. Nothing else was offered. Seriously stay away from this place, they have ZERO customer service.
