Absolutely love this place! Very clean and friendly staff! We try to stay here when we come to Kings Island!

Stay away! Horrifying experience! Bug infested room — cock roaches and two other type of bugs. Dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. Did not feel safe. No one ever at front desk. Place was a train wreck. Wouldn't step foot near the green disgusting pool or the breakfast! Who wants to eat cockroaches!?!? The smell in the building was disgusting! Just terrible. Zero stars! I want a refund!

Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. We had a microwave and refrigerator in our room which was very nice. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay again if we are around here!

Quiet location with decent amenities. Rooms and Service was on par. Recommend staying there and will do so again.

DO NOT STAY! My family and I stayed last week for two nights. Now, where to begin? If I went on to tell you everything I’d be up all night so I’ll just go through the bigger issues. First off, the GM of this establishment is a joke! But a bad joke at that! He was rude with his front desk employee right in front of me and I was just shocked at the way he spoke to that young lady. He is VERY unprofessional and how he even got the job is beyond me. Secondly, the room was dirty and I mean nasty dirty. There was actually food in the microwave. There was black mold in the refrigerator and stains on the sheets and blanket. The bathroom was horrid. Thirdly, the pool area is about the size of my bath tub at home and it was so dirty the bottom actually was green. You could actually see where people ran their feet along the bottom of the pool. I will not be returning back to this establishment any time soon and IF I do ever return back I won’t be staying if the pool area isn’t cleaned the rooms and that gm. Beware!

Room IS disgusting! Washcloths all dirty, bedding was gross and dirty/stained. Pee on the toilet seat and floor, hair in tub. Dust everywhere. Something spilled in the fridge/freezer. Don’t even look behind the nightstand or in the drawers. Pool has green sludge in the bottom, dirty water, no ventilation, black mold on the ceiling… Noisy neighbors (adults talking super loud, kids running the halls). … Asked for an accessible 1st floor room; was given a non accessible 2nd floor room (no elevator). Waiting 15-20 minutes after arrival before we could check in. Front desk was no help with complaints-gave me a 3x4 piece of paper and told me to write a note to the housekeeping manager. Beds comfy, updates are being made; however, the housekeeping is completely lacking. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

Parking areas look like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Wrappers and cigarette butts everywhere. We were told by the lady who checked us in that the pool was 90 degrees… but the heaters must have been turned off because it was too cold to get in and swim. Beds were okay. Food ran out at the breakfast area before breakfast hours ended and nobody was around to make more. I think the staff were trying to be nice and trying to be as accommodating as they could, but they just missed the mark with so many of the little things that people look for in a hotel stay. You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and noise was at a minimum.

Room was of good quality, the biggest problem was that. The room want as big as it seemed in the pictures. Perfect quality, lacking in size.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Rooms are very nice and well decorated. Has an indoor swimming pool. People there are very nice and friendly. They helped me a lot with local information. You can leave notes for the houskeeper if you want something done in your way while you are out. Neighbor is also very nice and pretty. Will come again.

Okay, not great. Sheets were stained and had a hole in them. No blankets and sheets were pretty rough which made sleep hard. Heating didn't work, although a space heater was provided. That said, room was clean and wasn't missing anything important. Appearance of the rooms were decent.

This hotel is very clean and the staff here are absolutely amazing! They have the best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel and I'm very impressed. The price isn't that bad either and the entire stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast on our weekend get away. Affordable, friendly & clean. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was on point. Parking was perfect.
Our daughter’s are in dance competition. If we come to the area again this is definitely where we will stay again!

Very nice, clean rooms. Beds comfortable! Easy access to everything we needed. Customer service gets ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Friendly from the start — didn’t act like we were just a number. We even had a very important item that was left behind, they are helping us ship it back home! Highly recommend!

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very nice. We stayed in a jacuzzi room and it was so relaxing and enjoyable to take a nice hot bath on such a cold winter day! I would absolutely stay here again. Big thanks to the hotel manager Harry for a room right next to the door so we could easily unpack and repack when leaving. Traveling can be hectic, but at least this part of the trip went seamlessly.

First time staying at this location. Needed somewhere close to Miami Valley Gaming as we did not want to make the long drive home that late but didn't want to pay a fortune. The check in was quick. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Just a nice guy with whom to talk. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items. Can't ask for anything more! Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 days with my family and come to find out the pool was unavailable both days, our mini fridge wasn't staying cold, didn't get offered room service the 2nd day… it was awful. We talked to a manager or someone and they gave us back only $27 for the inconvenience, seriously! The worst hotel we've stayed in.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. The door/room keys didn't work, the rooms were nice but not enough towels; there were the standard two towels and two wash clothes but when we took advantage of the "Forget something, call the front desk for … " we got excuses that they only had one bath towel, and a few hand towels, and a few floor towels. The Air conditioner in my room worked but it was newer. My family stayed in a few more down the hall and had noisy old ones. A few people I bumped into throughout my stay couldn't get their room keys to work and had to go up and down the stairs multiple times. Hence, no elevators.
Don't even get me started on their 'luxurious' pool. It was nice but the halls didn't have the AC on so they were hot and muggy and the pool area was small and hot and muggy as well. One window opened for a bit of a relief. The water was dirty and the actual pool was cracked and had many holes. Though it did entertain us and the kids had fun. It echoed very loudly as well. There were also bugs here and there, I found a big spider but that would make sense because they had a second story hall window open with no screen.
The first floor was under renovations hence the reason we couldn't have a first floor room. The breakfast was nice but standard. Cereal hot and cold, orange juice was great. It was better than nothing but … for over 90.00 USD a night We were expecting a lot more.
