Very modern great beds and very friendly staff.

Thought it was a family friendly environment but I was wrong. I couldnt even laugh with my children and enjoy our stay due to "complaint". If I ever feel harassed again, corporate WILL hear from me.

The staff is amazing! I travel for work and stay here 3 nights a week every week. The staff always makes me feel at home and always give me a warm welcome every time I check in. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We won a weekend package through a non profit auction that was to include appetizers and discount for meals just to find out they don’t have a restaurant. The vouchers are worthless. No one available to talk to. Lady at front desk said she’s never seen the vouchers before and they don’t have a restaurant so she can’t do anything anyway. I had business cards with our package but they don’t work there anymore. Asked for Management and she maybe someone will he In tomorrow. What a disappointing weekend and lost money at the auction.

Uncomfortable. I understand you don’t want people standing around out front smoking. It’s nice that I can count four benches with no smoking signs — where I’ve yet to see someone sit down — but there’s not one bench or ashtray for those of us walked to the edge of the property to smoke? You’ve lost my business.

Irritated so far and only been here a little over a hour! Me and my husband book a room under their "romantic getaway" rate which was supposed to come with a $100 gift card to a restaurant nearby called Capital Grille and a box of chocolates. The room rate was more expensive because of this. Well, we arrive at the hotel and no one including the GM has any idea about the gift card. I am now sitting in the lobby wasting my "romantic getaway" trying to figure out why I paid a hu…ndred dollars extra for this room and gift card and no one is aware of it. I booked directly through their website, and showed them the reservstion where it clearly says this, so it is baffling that no one is aware of it. The assistant GM tried to give me a business card with their name on and and wrote $100 on it and said to give that to the manager and have them call them to "see" if they will accept that. Uhhhh NO! I am not going over to that restaurant and giving them a business card with no guarantees. GIVE ME MY $100! This is crazy! For this reason alone I will never stay here again. Learn to honor what you offer. UPDATE: They did work it out. The assistant GM was able to confirm with the GM at The Capitol Grille that they would provide the gift card to me there at the restaurant. When me and my husband went to dinner they gave us the gift card hassle free. The dinner was delicious. I am hoping the rest of our stay at the hotel will be enjoyable.

I recommend everything the room the food and the drinks this place is beautiful and quiet I would love to go back soon.

Staff Members were Rude and not too informative of anything. Friend who stayed at same Hotel had Items stolen from Room. Hotel Staff would not even return phone calls regarding the matter. Many nice Hotels in Cleveland Area that I'm confident care about their Guests. This Hotel does not; Would never stay here.

Very poor customer service. I have tried to contact the AGM both by email and voice mail to request an refund for charges that are incorrect. He refuses to answer all messages. The hotel itself is nice, I was less than impressed by the front desk personnel as well as the hotel leadership.

Nice location and looked pretty but we did not enjoy our stay at all and won't go back. Friendly desk clerk but getting any information about the facility from him was like asking "20 Questions" The sliding glass door to the bathroom in our room was frosted glass — not private or soundproof, especially because the door was broken and did not latch. No one came to clean or tidy our room the next day so I had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels. Breakfast was just okay.

Excellent location, adjacent to a lovely outdoor mall. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and sofa. Iron, ironing board, fridge, hair dryer, coffee pot in room. Dislike the translucent bathroom door and clear shower door. Shampoo and conditioner, but no lotion. No assistance with luggage when checking in. Poorly managed hotel. They chose to clean the carpets while guests were staying on those floors, rather than close down a floor to clean the carpets, so guests were checking into rooms with wet carpets, and there was a 3-inch diameter hose running the length of our hallway, which I tripped over. They only have one person on duty at night, and while sitting in the lobby, I listened to the phone ring about a hundred times while that person was on break. We were there for a wedding, and several relatives said that small, trivial items were stolen from their room, including a bottle of water from the fridge and a mostly full bag of snacks from the wedding couple. Finally, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to what the fire dept said was faulty wiring. Nice hotel. Horribly managed.

We ate dinner at the Melting Pot… Very expensive but well worth it! Great service and amazing food… Atmosphere is very mature and laid back, high class. Smart to make a reservation ahead of time, and perfect for a special occasion. Be sure to make room for dessert!

The hotel is in a great location. However, there were only 2 or 3 people staffed in the hotel and it was sold out. The front desk associate forgot our room number when we called for food, so we go our food over an hour and a half later. The hotel is also very loud throughout the entire night and our window had no shades. Usually staying with Hyatt is a much better experience, so a one-off like this isn't *so* bad.

Clean and well kept inside and out. Nice indoor pool. The breakfast is about what you get at any hotel. Rooms are nice and staff is eager to please you. Also seems well priced for the area. Only complaint is the parking garage isn't directly connected to the hotel it's a very short walk, which is kind of the point of your entertainment when at legacy village.

Really nice pool that is actively maintained for temperature, water level, etc. Rooms were very large and I didn't even get a suite. Lively lunches with nice outdoor seating. He is funny and personable! He was always very professional with a natural charm! Stop by the restaurant/bar when you are there and ask for him! You won’t be disappointed! Heck even if you are in the area stop in for a drink and good conversation!

Found a place to stay when I visit my family. Hotel lobby is clean and big. Front desk attendant was very helpful and making our check in wonderful. Yvonne was amazing. Room was nice and clean bed. Shower in the bathroom is big. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel provides an upscale environment. The room I stayed in had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, so much room! There was a garage to park in which was great to protect my car from the elements. There was also upscale food and shopping right next to the hotel.

Massive modern room. Extraordinarily clean and room was well equipped. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. I was given a shuttle to take me to my destination in the morning free of charge to me.

Family of 4 stayed 4 nights in Feb 2018. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was ok. However, housekeeping service was poor. After the first night, 4 towels were replaced with 2 and toilet paper was not replaced. They brought more towels but we had to go to the front desk for additional TP. The second night, 4 towels were replaced with 3 and we were out of shampoo and conditioner. Had to go to the front desk for replacements. We did some shopping at the nearby malls and although housekeeping did a better job on the last night, they took all of our folded shopping bags and empty shoe boxes. We were planning to use those for the trip home. The room and hotel location was good but following up on housekeeping and running to the front desk daily was aggravating.

Everything is really clean and pretty. Great shopping. We went to the Melting Pot while we were there. Expensive, but delicious.

Clean, modern, lovely view. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. A wonderful place to end a long day of travel. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Conveniently located.

It is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is really good.

Available parking from the garage, maps available to find the right location, shopping areas were clean and well maintained. Ate at the melting pot and it was a wonderful experience.

Great room and service. Location of our room was perfect. Only complaint was how thin the walls were. Our next door neighbor had a dog in the room that barked incessantly.

Very disappointed in management of this hotel. The pool was closed for weeks, check in process was very inefficient and rude, card charged for room was incorrect and unwilling to be rectified, and room was dated with several issues including unclean quarters & stain on bed linen. I reached out to hotel management numerous times and have yet to be contacted back. Finally reached out to Hyatt Corporate to report the location.

I don't understand why it was so hard to get the card details correct. I checked in with a company card, I got my authorization form filled out. The manager said fax it over, then promptly left before he put anything through. There was no night manager, the staff didn't know how to handle the form. So we finally get that squared away, or so I think, and they have to put my card on file with a small hold. That's fine, seems normal. Nope. The next morning I receive a call that they'd not looked at the name under my company card and charged another person in my company. They're called, supposedly it's fixed. I check my bank account later in the night, they charged the room to my card and my companies card. They said this would be refunded, they better hope so. There was no water pressure in the shower and housekeeping tried to get into my room twice despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign. I would absolutely never stay here again and I'm warning everyone else not to as well!

Nice and modern hotel, but some quirks with service. Failed three times to replace down bedding with hypoallergenic pillows and comforters, and by the time they did they were out of pillows. The bathroom had no shave mirror and one of the overhead lights was burnt out. Our room also didn't have a TV remote when we checked in.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are awesome… but the beds are uncomfortable… a bit too firm for my liking which made me toss and turn all night (and Im here for several nights). I would suggest an additional pillowtop or a feather bed for a. More comfortable night's sleep.

The hotel is newer and located behind the Legacy Village Mall. GPS will take you to the mall and the hotel is behind it. You can see the top and sign above the mall itself. The stay was nice, there is plenty of shopping nearby, even a grocery store within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding and had several options for everyone. My only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable to sleep on.

Amazingly clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Discount given for appointment at Cleveland Clinic. We loved it so much we were almost disappointed that we only stayed one night. Would definitely recommend this beautiful establishment.

Very friendly staff, nice size rooms that are very clean! Small bar in the lobby and the shopping area in the Legacy Village is awesome! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

I didn't see the rooms, but I met some friends who were staying there. They said it was very nice, and that the staff was great. The appearance of the hotel is very nice, and the fact that it is connected to legacy village is a big plus!

Fantastic hotel! The margaritas are great, friendly atmosphere typical of a Hyatt Place, and very clean throughout. We were upgraded to a suite with our points and the suite was incredible. The only things we would add are a double showerhead in absence of a soaking tub and a close-up mirror for the bathroom but that is just being picky. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in that area.

Great hotel inside of legacy village. Center of the village has a grass park with bands playing in the evening. Lots of stores and places to eat in walking distance. Staff was very nice. I'm going to be back.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located steps from a nice mall with several of the best restaurants. The desk team were not a happy group. I had multiple interactions with several individuals & they all seemed to have attitudes like I was interfering with their jobs of the day. The rooms are spacious & modern & the beds were comfy. The breakfast starts early at 6:30 & had generous options.

Great location! Living in Vegas I've become quite spoiled! But to my surprise there was CPK, Starbucks, DSG, Brio, and of course CCF all within a walk distance! As a gym rat the first thing I ask "is there a fitness center, what's in it" then I ask about pet friendly — prefer not, and the other standards… Hyatt has taken the place of Marriott! This is truly worth the $ and the bang for the buck! Thank you Hyatt@Legacy it was truly a great experience and I will be back!

Terrible staff, very rude. Not helpful at all. Very uncaring. Pool is green, cloudy, and you can not smell any chlorine. Generally love the Hyatt chains but will NEVER stay at this location again! Wish there was an option for zero stars.

Nice new construction and close to dinner/drink spots. No complaints and I was pleased with how clean the room was.

The hotel was beautiful. The personel I dealt with were very friendly, cordial and helpful. I didn't stay in a room there, but met a collegue there for a social event. I waited in the lobby area which wad extremely clean, well furnished, and supplied with interesting reading which I was quite pleasantly surprised by.

Beautiful and well-kept hotel and the rooms are very nice! Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is great! If you are there on a Sunday, be sure to check out the farmer's market near the shops!

This hotel was located at Legacy Village and was beyond great. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was great. I actually slept well given the bed was comfortable and everything just had a great feel to it.

I travel regularly for work and this is by far one of the better hotels I have booked. Excellent room, friendly staff, and lots to do in the area. I will stay here next time I am in the area.

Stayed here one night for a quick night away from home to relax. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and all of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was very clean and the breakfast they serve is delicious.

I was there on business I will say this. I absolutely love this hotel. The staff was very friendly, interactive, and very helpful. It was clean refreshing, many options and very peaceful. I enjoyed my experience.

Very clean. Great service at the front desk. The entire village out front is very convenient and makes for a nice way to spend the day.

The Hyatt was a little tough to find, me being an out of towner and coming from the airport late at night. But I found it, and it's amazing, I really wish I had more the there and want just there overnight on business. The hotel is so modern. The rooms are nearly majestic, incredible use of glass and mirrors and space. The breakfast was a fair amount better than what you'd expect. And the staff was incredibly warm and friendly. This is a five star hotel in my opinion.

I would say that the people giving this place 5 stars never stay in hotels. Seriously. The rooms themselves and the building are fine. Relatively clean in most areas including the halls and the entry way. Why however, is the day time check in guy making my salad? Why is the person making my mixed drinks also the person checking people in amd making my salad? Why is 1 person doing the job of 2 or 3? I am staying in a room attached to a corporate account. I call to order the salad and Im told there is no credit card on file to cover it? This happens often. Information the evening shift seems to understand isnt being translated to the day shift for some reason. The gentleman whos checking in people and making my salad is also thawing my chicken. To straighten out this who "card on file issue" I was patched through to a man named Micheal who is suppose to be the day manager. I went to Michaels voicemail and never recieved a call back? So I go downstairs to straighteb this out and he tells Micheal that Im down here. I still have yet to speak to him or see if the gentleman making my salad who is now counting change eother wash his hands or put on a pair of gloves? WTF? Perhaps the persons handling money shouldnt be making the food? The place were the food is made is behind a door so one just assumes proper standards of hygiene are being used, but I just dont by it. 5 stars? Not really. Their nice people, but who owns this thing? Whos the General Manager?

We had a great event here yesterday, and the staff were superb! Thank you Hyatt staff, especially the manager Shaun! She was very kind and accommodating. You will enjoy this hotel as best choice.
