Nasty! You should have just refunded my money when I asked for it because now I have two bug bites on my arm since waking up from this nightmare of a room. I swear if I have beg bugs now I’m going to do whatever necessary to shut this place down and I’ll spend a lot more than $70 doing it without a hesitation. I tried to cancel my room within the 20 minute time frame but no one answered, I had to continue with the wedding plans. By the time I talked to a woman on the phone she and management denied me my refund and assured me there are no bugs. This room was so nasty we didn’t take our shoes off and slept in our wedding clothes. I wouldn’t even bring our over night bags in. The “non smoking” room was in between two other smoking rooms… so guess what the room smelled like… do not stay here. There is a reason they only give you 20 minutes to cancel and its because it will take you 20 minutes within checking in to want to run away!

I stayed for two weeks for a remote job. A few amenities include flatscreen TVs, microwave, and minifridge. Rooms are spacious and the climate control works well. Staff is nice and if you’re in a weekly rent room, they will clean your room every other day. Without many options in Lancaster, this was definitely the best choice. Thank you Relax Inn staff.

The toilet was messed up. The remote didn't work and it ran or made noise off and on the whole time. I felt uncomfortable like I was being watched alot. The rooms are stripped of everything so it's bare. Not bad for price tho did see no bugs.

For the money spent not too bad had room with newer bathroom which was super nice.

It's under new management! They are phenomenal people! They have great employee's and they are working very hard to make it a cozy family motel! It's in a great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from! They ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT infested with any type of bug! They have cable and Wi-Fi and they both work great! Nice cozy and warm rooms! This place has improved dramatically, and everyone is working hard to keep improving it!

I lived there for 4 months while working on the pipeline. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing people. Very friendly.

Excellent value and good location… you can check out your room before staying and the staff is friendly… best night of sleep I’ve had in months… and with Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, cable tv, and a room temperature shower this place is a winner in my book.

We stayed here for about a week and a half and twice the housekeeper just walked in without knocking. Once she noticed we were in the room she said you don’t need anything right and I told her yeah we need towels and the trash taken out and she just started throwing the trash around and started telling me I needed to do something but didn’t finish the sentence she walked out and slammed the door walked back in with my towels and threw them on the bed and slammed the door again. The heater didn’t work very well we kept hearing something scratching the floor when I was gathering our stuff to checkout there was a mouse in the trash can. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone.

For being in between homes it works! I don't know what all these bad reviews are about I haven't had any of them problems! The people who run it seem very nice, room was nice and clean, no spiders, no bed bugs, the hot water definitely works! The Wi-Fi and cable work really well! The price is awesome! This place is under new management and it really shows! There isn't drug dealers everywhere like people have said! They keep a close eye on all guests so nothing like that is going on! So far I have had a really good experience!

The housekeepers do not knock on the door, they just barge in. Waking up my 1 year old. Wolf spider the size of a 50 cent piece was crawling across my 1 year olds leg. Pet fee says, UP TO 15$ which automatically makes it 15$. Only good thing, I haven't seen bed bugs.

Under new management. Needs some work. Fixing the plumbing in bathtub so one can use the tub faucet instead of showerhead to fill up bathtub would be a plus. Lancaster motel has this and most I know prefer Relax Inn to Lancaster Motel.

Dirty run down. Not even a phone in the room. Shared the room with flies and bugs. Do not stay here!

Bad experience! Filty everything! I rented for a night I couldn't even shower! I wonder if this room I stayed in ever gets clean. Anyways I don't recommend it! Point.

Paid for 7 days here stayed 2 and got spider bit! They wouldn't give my money back for the other 5 days. Also the floor feels like it may cave in! Have fun with the brown recluse spiders all in the bed!

Staff is amazing. Wonderful ladies. Rooms not so good.

Management is doing great getting the right people into stay and keeping the wrong ones out.

For $70 you don't get a refrigerator, microwave, chairs, clock, ice, shampoo, or friendly service. Rooms are well worn as is the carpeting. Beds don't even have a headboard. But this may be the cheapest motel in the area.

Worse place I ever stayed. Found on Google for $60, they charged $76 said only way to get it for the $60 is with reservation, but when I asked to book the room she told me they don't do that. Lights between beds look like they are going to fall off wall, Deadbolt didn't work, carpet tasty, kept slippers on at all times, pillows were horrible, no shape what so ever, No Kleenex in container, No coffee pot, No refrigerator or microwave as described in pictures on site, No headboard, television blurry, remote didn't work, bed had board under mattress if not careful could bang up leg good. LiggtsDoor looks like it has been beaten with a hammer. No night stand used suitcase to hold things, no clock, no desk & chair, one little table. Would not recommend this place at all, just plain nasty.

The staff is exceptionally nice and go out of their way to accommodate your needs, however, at $350 a week ($1400 a month) clean towels every day would be nice. This is the 3rd day in a row I've gone down for towels and been told there aren't any available. The room itself is a little ran down (door was busted in at one time and damn near blows open on windy days, refrigerator freezes everything, carpet stains) but I made it as cozy as possible. I'm in the process of moving into a new house so I've needed to stay here for a month in between places… really not worth the $1400 but I had no other options.

Very noisy of the neighbors. Don't make sure room is safe and clean for next person, but the food is good cozy beds but small rooms. Big tip: don't come here.

It's a no frills motel. Decent bed, pretty clean room, and way cheaper than all the chain hotels around here. I stay every 3 month or so and seems to be a bit nicer each stay. Also the lady at the front desk is always very friendly. Not sure what those other bad reviews are about. I just assume they expect a holiday Inn looking hotel for under $70. Lol. Good luck.

Beds are great but no bathroom door.

Read the one stars and the twos. But I think they didnt give the place a chance. Yes it looks sleezy and some of the rules in the lobby make you wonder. But its a good size room with a bed. Me and my boyfriend did not get lice or bed bugs. Which we joked about until we fell asleep. What I didnt like it my door did not have a working deadbolt lock. Other than that, this place had a big bed and a bathroom. Didnt need much else.

Must be a pretty bad joint when the hotel clerk tells you to go somewhere else because you can find a better deal somewhere else. No joke this really happened.

Stayed here on Feb 14th and only the one night bc My family and I got snowed in. Never again! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! For the price it seems decent, but what I didn't expect was to wake up with red welts in various places on my body. After a doctor visit I found out it was bed bug bites! Uncomfortable beds, nasty bathroom, extremely flat pillows and only 4 in the room. Heat was terrible! I have turned this into the health department bc of the bed bugs. Not one employee would listen to my concerns and of course no money was returned. They have a sign in their lobby that states there are no returns after the first 20 min. Yeah! They know they have a problem! I'm praying hard those nasty little critters didn't hitch a ride back to my house.

Bed bugs… bad customer service don't go. Please don't go.

I wish I could post pictures because I took some so that I could show my friends. First I can not bash the staff. They really did an ok job. The maid was friendly and helpful. The room… not so hot. Dirt on the floor, covered up smoke detector (i found out this is for crack smoking), no dead bolt (i carry a gun) no furniture but did come with plastic baggy on the floor between the bed. (Not brave enough to look in it) Only stayed one night, was in a pinch while traveling on a holiday. We didn't have a bed bug issue.

This place is gross. After being moved into 2 different rooms bc of bed bug attacks my brother decided it was time to leave. The hotel refused to refund him for the prepaid 3rd night! He was forced to leave bc he was being bitten and they won't refund him for a night that wasn't used? Even after 2 complaints ro management to which they acknowledged by moving him into another room. Stay away from here!

I didn't stay there but guy on my crew stayed there and had to move three times due to BED BUGS. When approaching the front desk they immediately denied having a problem and wouldn't refund any money. Went to police station and filled a report. It is on file. Stay away!

BED BUGS! Do not stay in this Hotel! After visiting the hospital and being told I had serious bed bug bites I was shocked. Went back to my room and checked my bed and was disgusted with what I found. Went to the manger with my hospital report and video and asked nicely for some action because I was prepaid for the week. I was dumbfounded when he said he would do nothing. The end result was he called the police to have me removed from his property and kept my money. This is being resolved in court. Stay somewhere else!
