Simply put my stay was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, service was great, and the breakfast while standard was very good.

Very nice, clean hotel. My family and I spent two nights here. The beds were comfortable& the staff was nice.

It is a beautiful clean good food. We look forward to returning. It is the best we have seen.

We have stayed at the Comfort inn several times in the last 5 years and recently (May 2018) booked and stayed there to do some shopping at the Grove City Outlet. As it was very hot, we looked forward to the pool but this visit, the pool was not available to use. There was obvious signs of remodeling (construction truck outside and new carpet in hallway) but this Comfort Inn has really taken a nose dive. The room was worn, mattress and pillows old and the decor outdated and dingy. There is a new hotel on the other side of the road and the Best Western a few doors down that I would recommend. Obviously others have taken notice as there were only a few guests the night we stayed.

We checked in on 5/11 to attend our daughter's college graduation, seemed nice. We saw a sign on the counter stating "pool was closed"… not happy, because that was an amenity we love, no discount was offered, but we didn't raise a fuss. Only one very frazzled desk clerk for a sold out hotel. Sat was grad day, we had 2 rooms & put out our DO NOT DISTURB signs on both doors, came back after a long day, only to find EVERY room on our floor had been entered, with or without a sign, by Colleen, the new housekeeper! I felt violated! I called the front desk & Jonathan stated "what do you expect me to do about it", I went down to the bustling front desk, again only one desk clerk, he stated "you can always use the safe for valuables" (btw, they charge you whether you use it or not), I said "oh, you mean the safe all employees have a master key for?! " Other people in the lobby were also upset because they're rooms were entered & they had also put up signs. It may not seem like a big deal, but my daughter was robbed by housekeeping in Las Vegas, so this was very disconcerting! I called the GM, Kimberly & left a msg, she has not returned my call as of today. I spoke to Mary, the head housekeeper & she informed me, Colleen will be written up & that this is not how they are trained. I appreciated her coming to my room & letting me know… at least there is still ONE decent, considerate employee at this hotel. Will be staying at Hampton or Fairfield in the future, if needed!

We usually have a good time when we come but, this visit was a little different. No one had answers and things weren't working. Going to try again and if it doesn't wok this time we will be staying elsewhere.

Kim & Donnie are great staff. Very comfy bed. Downfall/epic fail… the HANDICAPPED accessible rooms were at the END of the hall TOO FAR away from the front desk! The HANDICAPPED, WALK IN SHOWER, didn't have a ledge! Nothing other than the floor or rounded grab bars to hold shower soaps, shampoo, accessories etc. Even the washcloth was awkward! The staff was kind & apologetic. THEY DIDN'T DESIGN THE BUILDING OR ROOMS! 5 staff, 1 handicapped bathroom.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. However, there were no outside lights on at night. The parking lot was totally dark. The hotels exterior lights were also out. I mentioned it to the girl at the desk and she said she'd report it again. According to her the lights were out the night before. I feel this is a big safety and liability issue.

We spent one night on the way back to Canada. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Make sure to tell them you will not be using the safe as they will add $2 if you do. We had nothing of value with us so we did not need the safe. It is across the street from the outlet mall which is always a plus. We walked there and looked around. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Good service at the hotel, check in person was clear and concise on what the charges will be. Room was clean but dated, breakfast was basic and simple but filling for the day of shopping. Coffee was week, IMO but enough to get me out the door. Yes I would go back.

Pipe was burst and there was NO running water. The gentleman at the desk did not divulge this information upon arrival, but stated it would be fixed soon upon questioning, so we went to dinner. It was not fixed when we returned (approximately 11pm). When asked, there was no hope for repair, so the staff offered a full refund and was very apologetic. We found a new room in town. Besides this issue, the accommodations were clean and staff was pleasant!

We book the Comfort Inn for our wedding night on 10/27/17, and had around 40 guest who stayed the night. They were very accommodating. They were even able to give any guest an early check-in the day of the wedding so that they could get ready before getting on the shuttle to the venue. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. We were very happy with everything! Thank you!

The comfort inn was an average to below average experience. From the beginning of our stay to the end of it, you could tell that this place was trying to pose as a hotel but was falling very short of that. Entering the building there was this very musty smell. Couldn't tell if it was because of the carpet or walls that looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Rooms looked very nicely structured. The towels were clean but the linens again had a very odd smell (could describe it as a hairy sweaty man smell) on the pillows. In our room one our lights did not work. The TV and fridge were clean and in good working order. The bathroom looked faded and dated and there were parts of the room rusted (mainly the paper towel dispenser) which made the bathroom look gross. At one point during our stay the elevator button on our floor was punched into the wall and broken. However by the next morning it was fully fixed. The elevator though according to the permit certificate expired in April of this year and was not renewed. Not sure if this legal or if they forgot to put the sheet in the visible view of the consumer. Housekeeping was great. Did not intrude and did not clean unless we were out of the room. Also had a chance to try the fitness room. It was smaller that anticipated and because it was connected to the pool… the condensation made the floor quite slippery and dangerous to do any type of workout without using the machines.

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing I would have liked to see was a little more of the breakfast in the morning. Would 100% stay here again.

For the price it was decent. The heater smelled when turned on. Wallpaper was peeling. The breakfast was good.

Stayed in room 200 … large room king size bed kitchenette, quiet, bed was great and room was clean… breakfast was good bit only until 9am on weekdays. The only downer… 55 minutes to downtown pittsburgh.

Hotel staff are great and attentive to the guest neess. The decor is updated and the rooms are nice and cozy…

Rooms were good albeit a little damp. All the amenities were really nice, especially the exercise room. Pool was also nice although a bit murky, still it was quite enjoyable. Breakfast was great, had both warm and cold options.

Go somewhere else. The shower in my room did not work, and the internet is non-existent (I wasted an hour just trying to get connected, then the connection would not persist). The next night I stayed at a Red Roof Inn for half the price and a MUCH better experience. Quite simply, this property is old and tired and the maintenance has been neglected. Staying at a cheap Motel 6 or Super 8 will yield a much better experience in the price range where this Comfort Inn SHOULD be charging (but it's twice as expensive as it should be for such an awful property).
