I spend most weeks at this hotel for work and have really enjoyed my time there. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the amenities make it feel like a nice home. Staff such as Lawrence Burgess are continuously making the experience better.

Great place for stay over, during your business trip.

Zach of the afternoon and evening shift has been very helpful and understanding with some room and credit card issues. He also dealt with an inappropriate guest in a reassuring manner.

My $40 dollar breakfast took 1/2 hr to get waited on. Then she had to come back and get the order again, wrote it down this time, she brought wrong juice, forgot creamer, brought wrong meal. I ordered brioche toast with maple nut fruit topping. I received reg bread French toast covered in powdered sugar. 2nd time they brought reg bread with fruit nuts. Ham to dry to eat. Felt sorry for her and tipped but this place seriously needs to step up. Starbucks coffee was just as bad. The room was very nice.

We enjoyed this hotel. The staff are very courteous. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a smart TV in the room with all the apps for your enjoyment. Nice indoor pool and workout equipment. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has recently been remodeled and it looks great! The conference room we used was great, the atrium was excellent, the rooms looked very nice and were very clean. The guest services desk was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We stayed overnight as well, and had breakfast the next morning which was pretty good. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, mini danishes, milk and cereal, and yogurt. The only reason I took a star off was because the doors to the rooms have a gap at the bottom and close very loudly, even if you close them very slowly, so you can hear a loud clacking thud every time the door to someone else's room nearby closes. I am a pretty heavy sleeper and was woken up multiple times by a travel soccer team that was getting ready and leaving in the morning.

One of the Best Marriott properties I have stayed at. Their M Lounge is awesome. The staff at the front desk is excellent. There are several great dining options close by. I totally recommend staying here.

Very nice place to stay along with the comfortable bed, pillows and comforter… The staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. The only downfall, was the pool was kept at a very chilly temperature… Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay! …

In the area this is the best Marriott you will find. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Great bar atmosphere. Decent food. This place is much better than the AC. Personally I won’t be back to the AC again because the northwest exceeds them in everything.

Definitely a wonderful stay at this newly renovated Marriott. The rooms were spotless in our suite, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet except for some kids in the hallway around 10:00 p. M. We found out the next day that others had complained and they cleared the halls. The staff was extremely friendly. My only 2 complains are that the luggage carts are hard to come by as guests commonly hoarded them in their rooms and there were only 6 total carts in the hotel; and the pool was entirely too cold to swim in. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Major shout out to the Marriott Hotel in Dublin. I volunteered for FAMOHIO last night that was doing a meeting/conference thing and the staff was absolutely incredible. Talk about amazing customer service. Anything we had a question about or a favor (like borrowing bowls/scissors to using a huge stack of cocktail napkins because they were forgotten) they were there and always made me feel like I was the most important guest they had… and I was just a volunteer! If you know anyone that works there, please pass this along. They were seriously wonderful!

Good hotel, very clean and professional. M lounge is great. If you are not a rewards member you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Wifi speeds are pretty slow.

I stay here three to four times each year. Very nice place! The entire facility has been recently updated. Rooms are like new, very clean. Checking in is fast and easy. Highly recommend this place when you are in Columbus.

The hotel was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a nice lounge area and a great bar with reasonably priced drinks. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Columbus area.

We used this hotel for a workshop and everything went perfectly. You have a great team here. The front desk, sales, banquet and everyone else I came in contact with was ready to help with anything I needed. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean. The hotel itself is in pretty great shape but I saw signs for rennovations coming soon so it will be even better!

This people try to trick me with early arrival bs time saying that our room is not ready cause we arrived too early. And if we want to check in they have to charge a half day rate. Which is bs cause they said they can’t check me in cause the room is not ready cause of my early arrival but then once I pay the extra, they gave me the key to the room?
This night shift manager name Bonita. She wasn’t really pleasant person to dealing with after 10hr driving.
I wouldn’t also recommend that getting a reservation thru third party with Marriott cause it seems like they charge people with this extra charge depend on his status.
Not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very impressed by the front desk guy by the name of Prince. His putting people first attitude left me with a very positive impression. Helping me with something as minor as drinking water tells me I can depend on him for greater things.

I would not even give this place a 1* it was awful, got to our room and pulled out the sofa sleeper and it was dirty sheets ruffled on the bed. Trash in the floor and for 3 of us there was only 1 wash cloth, and when I called front desk to tell them it took them over a hour and a half to send security up to the room to change the bed. Still did not get any more wash cloths… Went to check out told the front desk about how unhappy I was with the room and why, she said what room are you in. And didn’t say another word not a apology for the room being dirty, dirty sheets nothing, not ever getting us any more wash cloths
Def would NOT recommend this place and I def will NOT ever be staying here again.

Just off I-270 at Tuttle Crossing is the newly renovated Columbus Marriott Northwest. While I was only at the hotel for a conference, I can say the facilities are great, the convention center was very organized and well kept, and all of the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and kind. Great for small events!

Good clean hotel. Has an upscale feeling. Room are your typical Marriott. Has a small indoor pool which is nice. Included breakfast is really cheap, like Motel 8 cheap.

I attended a fundraising dinner at this location for a non profit organization I serve on the board of directors for. The staff was courteous and professional. They made every effort to accommodate our organization and this allowed us to focus on our guests and the program that we prepared. I would happily book or attend another event at the Columbus Marriott Northwest.

Very nice hotel. Lots of parking and easy to find. Big pull through for unloading and loading. Large welcoming lobby. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Didn't stay the night, so I can't rate the rooms, but it was a nice experience.

Just stopped in on our way home from Pittsburgh. It go late, and it was my birthday, so we decided to find somewhere for the night. We paid the extra $16 for the M Club rewards, which I fully recommend. The room was nice and clean. The shower was AMAZING! And the bed was perfect, probably the best night's sleep I've had in forever. The M Club was downstairs, probably should've been on one of the top two floors where the concierge rooms were. The food in the Club was great. I really liked being able to just run down and grab a glass of wine, some fruit, or a can of Pepsi whenever I needed/wanted to. Onky fault was one of our two key cards didn't work. But that happens sometimes, so no biggy.

The customer service was great. The room and the breakfast were very good. I recommend it.

Outstanding room! Everything was updated and modern. We had a very quiet, comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very bad though. You would be better off driving somewhere else for food. I would still recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep, like I do! :D.

I love it … The staff is wonderful and as an Elite Member we get our food for free starbuck coffee every morning is a plus the rooms are very clean and comfortable we are close to the mall and 10 minutes from the Casino. There are lots of restaurants around us and that's a plus TY to all the staff for the up most accommodations. I would definitely recommend this place to Friends & Family.

My husband and I come here all the time, just for a short weekend getaway, due to us both having intellectually exhausting jobs/businesses. It's a nice respite. The new renovations are very nice. BUT, during this 2017 Thanksgiving weekend, we stayed here, as a midway point between our respective in-law visiting. This was by far, our least enjoyable stay. The television pixelated CONSTANTLY, and would then completely faded to black. Over and over again. Also, the beautiful new walk-in shower floor, was like a ice-skating rink. There needs to be some type of non-skid material added to the shower flooring, as well as grab bars installed regardless of whether the shower is handicap accessible or not. That was a frightening experience. We WILL return again, due to this being one of our favorite weekend getaway spots. On the PLUS SIDE, the staff is very kind and professional. But this visit was quite disappointing.

Best Marriott Experience I've ever had! From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptionally nice. The restaurant even made food for me that was off the menu. An absolutely great hotel. My thanks to the staff for a great stay!

Seemed very nice. I didn't stay long. My wife and I visited for a drink after a friends wedding. I didn't get a room, I just saw the lobby and bar. So I don't feel comfortable giving a 5, but from what I saw it was a nice place. Also everyone I know who did stay had nothing bad to report.

Attended a conference at this location. Conference hall was large and acoustics were good. When lunch was provided, it was decent. They served 3 types of sandwiches. The steak was good, but kind of bland. Service staff was on the ball and very courteous.

First time at this location and apparently it has been renovated in the last few months. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Restaurant is passable if you're hungry and not up to driving today nearby restaurant. Good local beer selection if you'd like to have a drink and relax. Staff is friendly and clearly there are a lot of regular visitors to this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Nice front desk staff was a perk. They've updated their hotel and it's remodeled now. More attention and detail are paid to cleaning the rooms and taking care of the customers. Seems like a overhaul of the staff. Something has changed and for the better. Changing this year's rating from a 2 last year to a 5 this year. Good job!

Super nice recent renovations. The lobby and concierge lounge were nice. Enjoyed my stay except my room temp at night was toasty! Set it on 65 and it felt like it never got there. It may have just been the room I was in so I wouldn't let that detour me from staying here again.

We have stayed at this Marriott many, many times with the Ohio Elks Association and we have always had a wonderful experience. The recent renovation is beautiful and very updated and modern! The rooms are wonderful; we had a king room and there was plenty of room for all of our luggage, our 2-year old's luggage/toys, and the pack and play (provided by the hotel). He was able to run around and play without feeling to crowded! The staff were very accommodating when we asked for a microwave, extra towels, and a hair dryer (which was missing from our bathroom). The only complaints we had were that with the new renovation there is only one drawer for personal belongings/clothes and we would have appreciated a tub in our bathroom to make it easier to bathe our son.

We walked in on a whim just to check out the property for our wedding block. Kaitlin Hayhurst was incredibly helpful and hospitable. She showed us around and offered us an outstanding rate. We were blown away by the beautiful lobby and can't wait for our guests to enjoy the rooms!

I was here for a seminar. There was plenty of parking. The meeting room was nice. They served an incredible breakfast and lunch for the meeting: one of the best I've seen at these type of events. The entire staff was very helpful. I would definitely consider this place again for meetings/seminars.

Quick check in, ample parking, clean, recently renovated room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast, large TV, good water pressure, but a couple things were off. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, toilet seat was crooked, and the mattress was softer than I like. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out of the underway reservations soon.

Overall excellent stay at this Marriott property. We stayed as part of a family trip. The staff was very friendly and courteous from check in to check out. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. They were recently updated, very modern and clean feeling. The stay was comfortable and pleasant would recommend and will stay again if in the area.

Thee Best place I've stayed within the States, hands down. Beautiful, amazing food, the best sleeping I've had in years and the staff, especially our host for meetings, Gary, were all Top Notch. He went above and beyond and instantly was a friend. We even got him a Birthday Cookie and sang to him. I would highly recommend your facility.

From arriving to this hotel with an awesome Ty to greet us and get us checked in was wonderful! Ty made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay here at the Marriott! She told us all the amenities the hotel had to offer and shared with us the pool that was under construction by being remodeled and a pool that we could use at another establishment was great to know as my husband was prepared to swim! Ty also made that us aware of our surroundings to shop and eat which was very helpful being from South Carolina and not knowing our way around! The hotel decor is beautiful very contemporary and clean! The housekeepers were very nice and made sure we had what we needed! We really enjoyed our stay here and will return to this Marriott location in the future!

I had to poop for two days straight. It wasn't until we got back from rock on the range Saturday night that I decided to drop the Browns off at the super bowl. Long story short, the toilet got backed up (I also lost about five pounds). A man came to our room around one o'clock in the morning, plunger in hand. He plunged and plunged only to find no success in unclogging the behemoth that had emerged from my backside. After a valiant effort it was to much for him to handle and as he walked out of our room made a joke about how he was going to walk away and I'd slay the beast with a mere two plunges or so. Sure enough, he was right. I rejoiced as two days worth of beer and taco bell… and beer along with the occasional bagel were banished to the depths of the Columbus sewer system. At this moment there is a knock on the door and our fearless hero returns to turn the water back on because he had shut it off initially. I tell him about how he predicted the future correctly and we shared a laugh before he left. In the end I'm almost ashamed that I was able to accomplish such a great feat with such minimal effort. Not only is this man a hero, the pillows are top of the line. Feels like you're sleeping on a cloud.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great, the location to surrounding places and options. The amenities are awesome as well. Wasn't able to hook up my Playstation 4 but still overall great experience. The front desk receptionist, Jessica made my check in fast and efficient.

In general the hotel is clean, the staff is courteous — breakfast was great last time so I'm sure it'll be the same this time. Overall this is a nice hotel, however the ridiculous (for suburban mid-Ohio) rates ($370+$100 hold for 2 nights) paired with the dated technology in the rooms and the subpar complimentary Wi-Fi make this a 3 for me. Don't bother bringing any A/V source that uses HDMI unless you are bringing your own display or want to "go to Best Buy and get an adapter" as was the best suggestion I got from the staff… this despite each room having A/V interfaces with HDMI ports they know don't work. Interestingly these ports are not labeled as non functional. A $150/night hotel room in the middle of Ohio should probably offer amenities on par with technology that's nearly 15 years old.

Very nice, clean hotel. I booked a king room and was given a double bed room in error. They fixed right away but I'm in a handicapped room now (odd height to things like the toilet, and no edges to the shower so the water gets everywhere. ) Also the tissue and bath tissue is very thin; not high quality. Many channels are still not HD.

Be aware that there is no continental breakfast and Wi-Fi carries a per night charge if you aren't a rewards member. Also while the staff is courteous personal effects were removed from our room (I assume housekeeping thought we had checked out). I still have not gotten my hairbrushes back, the desk said they didn't have any. Exercise room is decent if a little sparse.

Location was very convenient to expressway and local restaurants. The rooms are very nice, clean spacious. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The bed was ok. Tvs were old couldn't hook anything up to it to watch our amazon box. We are gold members and the breakfast was a snack of runny eggs and hard bacon. The rooms were mediocre for $160 a night. Not even a fridge. And beat up furniture. This place needs recamped bad.

Location was easy to find, drinks were on the expensive side for sure. I tried a new scotch while there, it was 20$ a glass. I sat it down at my table to go dance with friends at the event, and when I came back, it had been "cleaned up" by the staff. It was almost a full pour of 20$ scotch, gone, because the staff thought I was finished for some reason. Another point in the night one of that staff tried to clean up my beer that was 3/4 full. I understand wanting to stay on top of things but I almost lost 2 two drinks and lost 3/4 of a 20$ glass of scotch. Unacceptable in my eyes. The place was clean and everything looked very move, but I cannot say I had a good experience. Did not stay in a room so I cannot vouche for the rooms.

Only been here a few times. Never stayed only lounged in the lobby while waiting for passengers. It looks nice from that point and the front desk staff are always friendly and provide great customer service!

I was attending a special event and stayed overnight. The staff I dealt with were very accommodating. I had a great time. The room stayed in was very clean and quiet. The matress on the bed was very firm. The very best part was the shower. Amazing water pressure! Better than home! Had to pay for internet access. Over all, I eoulddd stay there again.

I attended a work party at this location and they did a great job serving us all. The staff was very friendly and were very responsive during our meal. The fountain in the front entrance gives off a chlorine smell that fades as you get used to it.

I stayed here for a weeklong work conference. Overall the staff here is amazing. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the guy changing a lightbulb. Everyone of them greeted me and and were very courteous. Great job with the staff! I did not pay for my room, as it was provided by my work. But saw that the room rate was around $150. This was for a single king bed and a room with a couch. May be a group rate, as there were 30 of us here this week. The add ons were a bit pricey. A $5 bottle of water. Granted, it was Fiji. But hey. To watch a movie in your room was $18! holy smokes! and internet was $7 per day! The Capitol Grille restaurant was pretty decent. The bar staff was helpful and friendly. I had the Mahi Mahi one night. Was amazing!. I had the Mighty Mo burger. Also really good! The ceaser salad was pretty decent. But the catered lunches each day (their lunch buffet AND their Breakfast buffet) are above amazing. Trust me. You WANT the breakfast and lunch buffets in place of ordering your own basic meal. If the add-on stuff was a little less pricey. This place would get 5 stars for sure! also. Check out the House of Japan right next to the hotel for killer sushi. Or a Hibachi meal. Ask for Jordan if you sit at the bar. He's awesome.

Not what one would expect from Marriott. Staff is nice. Rooms are small. No sofa. No refrigerator or microwave. No one answers the phone. More like a Fairfield.

In town for a golf weekend. Nice and clean with no hassles. Awesome breakfast.

The stuff that matters: Mattress sunk down in the middle and was completely worn out No amenities in the room. Small beat up fridge and microwave brought up if you ask. Continental breakfast is over $17 bucks! Outrageous Lobby doesn't have any coffee complimentary. Starbucks has hours if you want to pay. Had to be moved rooms the first night because the bathtub didn't drain. Room cost was $200. Absolutely ridiculous. On a good note the staff was super nice. The hotel is just outdated and expensive.

Great Hotel to stay in. The staff here (all of them) were exceptional. Made sure everything was as should be for me during my stay. Rooms are extremely quiet and the heating and cooling was perfect. The Buffet in the morning was also very good and after a long day you can unwind in the bar and have a nice dinner. For the business traveler it is really good! I will stay here again during my next visit to Columbus.
