Internet sucks, I changed location, not much help in the company. When working or even training for work we don't need to live in a getto. Don't stay here unless you want to see flat tires, people working on their cars, kids going crazy or parents that don't care. This place is disgusting, I'm sleeping with my cloths on until I get the hell out of here.

Reserved a non-smoking room that clearly smelled of cigarette smoke, a leaking refrigerator, and a dirty towel in the bathroom. When we complained, we were moved to another room yet we were called "belligerent" by the manager due to our complaints. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and very helpful in meeting our needs. The bed was very comfortable.

Decent hotel with a friendly staff. The power went out for about four hours during my stay due to an accident with the transformer. Good location with easy access to Akron and Cleveland.

Room is acceptable for the money. People are polite. The free breakfast only consists of granola bars, prepackaged muffins, oatmeal and coffee. That is slightly disappointing. The hotel is adequate for what it is.

Very friendly staff. Great rooms that are really big with enough room to actually stay with children. The breakfasts are very small. Grab and go but still it's always stocked and the coffee was always hot. We have a huge family and come up to Ohio every year and we have never had anything but a great staff. However, that being said, if you need extra blankets or sleeping bags bring them with you! They don't have any extras (I've been told) and they had to take a blanket from a room that wasn't being used in order to give us one because one of our kids was cold.

The staff were fantastic the rooms were clean and the hotel was great.

The hotel itself lacks some of the nicer ameneties, but the rooms are well furnished for extended stays.

This place is great love the rooms with the full kitchen roomy. Great staff and especially management very very nice.

This place is old, and smells. The breakfast is nothing but granola bars, tiny mini wrapped muffins and luke-warm coffee. The elevator makes an odd and starteling alarming ding, the refrigerator leaked, there were NO DISHES OR CUPS IN THE KITCHEN, and front office staff act like they don't want to be bothered. My advice… stay elsewhere! The other hotels up and down the same road are way better, cleaner, very modern, cheaper… etc. This particular Extended Stay needs a major facelift if it wants to compete… Just Sayin' (shrugs)

Onita that works the front desk on second shift is so helpful and polite! She made our stay so enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was even larger than expected, breakfast was minimal, kitchen furnishings are only thereon request.

Nasty room: swivel chair looked like it was the star of a bukkake, pullout couch definitely had 13 different types of herpes, and I'm fairly certain there was roaches in the kitchenette. Coffee tasted like itd been thru a digestive system already which came with a side of soggy generic muffins. All in all a foul place.

Great hotel. Very clean and kept nice looking. Love the full kitchen and available appliances. Would have liked the option of more that 2 place settings when we had 4 people in the room even if they were plastic for the kids.

The people are nice and make you feel like home. If anything is needed, they go above and beyond to help. We're usually checked in by Antoinette and she always remembers us and has our room ready when we're walk in. She's amazing!

I’ve stayed here a lot recently while waiting on my home to be ready. Always clean. Friendly staff. And Antoinette is so sweet and friendly. Her welcoming me back always is wonderful to hear. Sometimes those little things make your stay even brighter. And this morning I had a great chat with a gentleman that worked there… I believe he was emptying trash in the hallway. I was in a hurry so not sure. But he was so friendly I slowed my pace to reply back to him. A friendly greeting goes a long way. It really does. Prices are good and the bed is comfy. Always quiet.

Good hotel fridge microwave stove felt just like at home! Some of my co-workers complaind a few times about bed bugs! Overall experience for me was good would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is the worst it is dirty the staff sucks the carpet is dirty the staff is rude you have to ask for utensils they dont have a ice machine the cable sucks its fuzzy the wi fi don't work requested a top floor was told at time of reservation no problem get here not available this is a zero star never again the furniture is old and raggedy DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AWFUL AND OUTDATED. This place sucks… do yourself a favor run… stay anywhere but here highly disappointed in this dump.

I rate this hotel no stars butni had to give a star to post my review… Their disgusting bed bugs ate me and my daughter up. I couldn't sleep. We're working in town for a week and I'm paranoid to sleep here! Guest services apologized a thousand times and changed our room but even I know if one room has them THE WHOLE HOTEL IS INFESTED! THE UNITES STATES HAVE BEEN INVADED BY THESE PARASITES AND NO HOTEL OWNERS CARE!

Its a decent place to stay. The continental breakfast is very narrowminded and limited. House keeping is about once a week. It is close to bus lines, the staff are conversational which is nice. There is nice out door pool equipped with a lift for disabled people tp enjoy the pool. They have laundry on site, and good kitchen set up and full use appliances. They even have wheelchair accessible rooms.

Rooms are well furnished and clean. The staff is very nice, and always doing their job with a smile! My only problem was that even the stronger Wi-Fi didn't work very well.

Overall I would recommend this hotel as an inexpensive option near Akron. Cleanliness: The room was tidy, clean, and smelled fresh. Decor: They have updated some of the decorations and colors, but overall the room is a bit dated (90's? ) Features: Window air conditioning unit worked great and was quiet. Service: Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially room service. I gave it 4 stars because the lobby, and "grab and go" breakfast, was fine but not the best.

Was told over phone one price and charged different price in person. Walls were very thin so I heard everything around me. Bed was so uncomfortable. Was staying to take my nursing boards the next day and needed a decent nights sleep. Well sleeping on a rock hard mattress kept me tossing and turning all night.

Tierra at the front desk was very nice and friendly, place was clean and worth the money.

Ask front desk today 11/26 for all my kitchen items told them my room should be cleaned tomorrow can they put everything in there then. Was told it's my responsibility to get all kitchen items from front desk. Thanks I will put that in my 7 day work week schedule.

Even though all the rooms were booked the receptionist on the phone named Carrissa was very friendly and helped me as much as she could with al the questions I had. If the rooms were not booked up I would have gladly stayed there just because of how nice she was.

Clean, parked my truck n car trailer. 89.99 king bed room came to $103. : — (but clean sheets, showet etc. And room. Nice front desk person. Would stay again! Comp breakfast is grab n go stuff. Muffins, granola bars n coffee etc.

This is my third stay at an Extended Stay America within the last three months. The other two (one across the street and another in Fishkill, NY) were both excellent. I like the added convenience of having an in-room kitchen and on-site laundry room). The problem with this location is that it is poorly managed. For extended stays at this location, you are entitled to have your room cleaned on only one particular day of the week, which is supposed to be circled on your check-in information card. Mine was not circled. When I inquired at the front desk about having my room cleaned, I was told that since I missed my regular cleaning day my room would be cleaned the following day which was great as I planned to be out all day. I returned later that evening to find my room had not been cleaned. When I inquired at the front desk the following morning, I was told that I would have to wait until my next regularly scheduled cleaning day, three days later than I was originally told it would be cleaned (which also happens to be my checkout day). This, I was told was decided after-the-fact by the hotel manager, Laura. Since I travel frequently and have had a good experience at two other Extended Stay Hotels, I will continue to stay there in the future — just NOT AT THIS LOCATION. Having been involved in customer-service-related businesses throughout my career, I know all to well that problems happen and things go wrong.

Very disappointed, room smelled, toilet not working, room was not the room I paid for, late check out denied! they claim they only have one housekeeper and will not accommodate any check outs after 11am! never will come back.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in! We chose it because we needed to be in the area for an extended period of time. The entire building is a mess, rooms and furniture included. Under one of our mattresses we found a large zip-lock bag with marijuana, a joint, some cash and random other things in it. We presented it to management and they could have cared less… The first night we heard a noise in the bathroom, and after a few minutes of searching we found a mouse! I can't write enough to explain the amount of disappointment we experienced with this hotel. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, Unless you don't mind sleeping in a dirty environment with a wet dog smell to it.
