Kind, clean, professional, quiet, rooms almost sound proof awesome. Just absolutely love this hotel would've recommend you to come back but this happened and I'm very upset. edit to my previous review: I'm very upset because I valet parked my car and somehow the morning I left there was a bolt in my tire not a nail but construction sized bolt, I immediately notified the hotel (within 10-15 mins of leaving) and it took over 24 hours for someone to get back to be and when they did they would not take responsibility and then brushed me off. All I wanted was a way to fix my tire did not try to cause a problem but still they tried to say it was my fault somehow when I know for a fact because of how the car sounds with the bolt in the tire that I did not do it. Now they are ignoring me so I'm very upset. Saying they need to look at footage to see if they are responsible mind you the hotel is right near where there is construction all the time, I was nothing but kind even tipped the valet people atleast $20 for parking that already cost $20 then they act like I'm making it up like I don't know how my car ran before I left it at midnight. So lovely hotel but do not valet your car and unfortunately the self parking is far so its a 3 out of 5 for me now.

The suites are amazing, comfortable n very roomy. Staying here before my surgery n my husband is strying while I recover in the hospital. Close n convenient. Would definitely recommend n stay again!

The staff was great. If I wanted something, they would do all they could to provide it to me. I didn't like the food. The menu only had limited items. Seems like the chef wanted to be fancy rather than basic. Also there wasn't sufficient staff in the restaurant or bar. Also closing the bar at 11 PM is simply wrong.

For about 3 years we have been coming here. My husband is a lung transplant patient, so we lived here for 6 weeks. Fantastic breakfast with Nina and Brittany as super hostesses. Khalid is the best bell captain. Radhika is the best housekeeper EVER. Joshua is wonderful at the front desk. The valet guys and gals are super as well.
This is our home away from home and we are here lots and for several days at a time, so it is nice to have Mercedes service for a VW price…

I stay here while I’m having chemo treatments and love this place. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. I especially love the tomato basil soup. Never experienced such a beautiful place as this.

We went for a sleep study for my son and the rooms were very nice and very big. The had a fridge and microwave. Very nice bathroom for most everyone that needs to wash their hair after the sleep study. Also it was nice to have a mini living room for us parents that aren’t exactly ready for bed!

Very nice hotel closely located to anything in downtown. Perfect location for the clinic. Rooms are very clean and have a air purification system in the rooms.

The rooms were extremely spacious and well well-designed with the suite setup. The building is gorgeous and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and that includes the pull-out couch bed. My only complaint is that parking kind of sucks. It takes forever to get your car back from the valet. If you are going to be at the Cleveland Clinic for any medical reasons, I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel. They have a shuttle that runs between the clinic and the hotel frequently to make it easy for you and your loved ones dealing with medical issues.

My review is for the restaurant that is managed by Hugh! The food is awesome the service is exceptional, Hugh made sure all of our food was served Timely hot and delicious me and my husband have traveled all over the US and rarely do we get the opportunity to sit down and enjoy delicious/ quality food from a hotel. We give there restaurant a 10!

Excellent hotel… very well located at 5 mins from the Cleveland Clinic. Has a shuttle service to the Clinic as well as certain touristy places downtown. Large airy rooms n suites. Coffee shop has indoor and outdoor seating.

Another IHG hotel that they purchased 'cheap' because it was old, and tired. This seems to be their M. O. Put as little into the property as possible then, charge exorbitant rates. $160 per night times 12 nights was a bitter pill to swallow. We were their staying near the Cleveland Clinic for me to have major heart surgery. On top of everything else, I was in no shape to contest the facility and the room rates. The room was tired and dated. The restaurant was understaffed. The staff was very nice and attentive, especially for what they had to work with. I will, at ALL cost, avoid IHG facilities in the future. Very disappointing!

I would go 3.5 stars tbh. The hotel is very "nice" and it is very close to the main building for the Cleveland Clinic! The only negative is the restaurant has a limited menu all though a decent beer selection. The breakfast brunch is really the only option as the a la carte is priced so that for $1 more you get the buffet. Good service in the dining rooms. The rooms are very clean and the lobby is nice. The hotel caters to people that are either sick or visiting someone who is sick and there is a sad feeling throughout. Wouldn't want to vacation there but if you need to be there it is a good choice.

Have been staying here occasionally for the past 6 years. I travel with my BFF she uses Cleveland Clinic for healthcare. InterContinental Suites employees are so accommodating to all their visitors. They make us feel like family. Absolutely contribute to the health and well being of all their visitors.

The staff of the Intercontinental Suites have been so kind and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Cleveland Clinic.

Dowit, Michael, and Sasha made our stay wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff are very professional. It's conveniently located about 3 blocks from the main campus of CCF. The only downside would be there is no pool or hot tub.

Look, If your having surgery or doing intensive tests at Cleve Clinic, this is the place to stay — It's clean, 24 hour service, walking distance to the main entrance and nice rooms with mini kitchens so you can have a few things in your room fridge — They have breakfast (which we never attended) and hey have a gym (which we never went to) but I was happy they had all that — It's not fun going to Cleve Clinic but coming home at night to this hotel, just a short 5 minute walk or a 2 minute transfer away, is a comfort — If you have an extended stay at the Clinic — I totally recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Have been going there for over four years for stays. The staff is so great to be around and do all they can to make your visit pleasent. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when visiting Cleveland. Clean rooms, comfortable suites, always some one on hand to help should you need it. Quick to fix any thing you may feel is wrong. Highly recommended this place. Close to many attractions. Worth the stay.

Staff is so friendly. They bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need. Beds are so comfortable.

The hotel is very flexible with check-in and check-out times if you are a patient at Cleveland clinic. They also participate with shuttles that travel between the hours and the clinic every fifteen minutes or so. They are located on the campus which is convenient for patients and their families. I would have liked it if they offered more info on the hotel's amenities and the clinic itself. Although pleasant, the reception staff didn't offer any suggestions/help during our short stay. Next time, were staying at the other intercontinental. I believe it has direct access to the clinic via a skyway.

Very nice hotel. I stayed in a suite and I really enjoyed it. The staff didn't interact with me at all unless I asked a question. Would be nice to see some of them smile. Needed to stay an extra day but the hotel was booked. I asked the front desk if they could help or give any suggestions and they weren't very helpful.

This was my 2nd visit to the Cleveland as I had to visit the Cleveland Clinic. The staff was extremely pleasant and provided the utmost customer service. Arrived late Sunday evening and was immediately greeted by the valet attendant. The entire Front desk staff was professional and provided the best customer service. The staff answered any questions my family and I had about nearby restaurants as well as provided us with information about the shuttle service to and from the Clinic. The rooms were grand and majestic — 2 room suite and everything was top notch which made the stay more comfortable. The Keurig machine was awesome and allowed for coffee anytime of the day. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job of cleaning the rooms. If you are attending the clinic and need a place to stay where you can unwind after a long day, this hotel offers it all! Definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Located on the campus of Cleveland Clinic, this is the newest and least expensive property available. Excellent for those obtaining treatment at this facility. Frequent shuttle service and other amenities that make it an outstanding choice.

This place is so nice! It is right next to the hospitals and also less then 10 minutes away from Downtown Cleveland. The rooms are huge with amazing and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are also hypoallergenic! The customer service is superb here. You won't go wrong staying here.

Amazing hotel! Softest beds I've slept in, and the most considerate, friendly and professional staff! Staying for 16 nights for my mother's heart transplant, the manager gave us awesome rate. Adriana the manager was super helpful and understanding with our situation. Joshua and Zachary, the front desk staff were bubbly and had a great sense of humor! Defiantly staying here in the near future!

Everyone has been very nice. The cleaning staff does a good job. They change the sheets every day if you like, give you plenty of fresh towels, take the garbage, wipe the counters, provide fresh cups, and vacuum. The maintenance staff is quick and pleasant. It is very easy to get a free transport to the Clinic. You can also borrow a wheelchair if needed. The room service is very overpriced, but that's not a surprise. There could be a little more sound proofing when there are kids next to you. There is a touch of mold in the bathtub, but nothing a spritz of bleach couldn't take care of. The beds are a bit stuff for my liking. They put sheets over the comforter to keep things clean. The little store is very limited. The restaurant is substantial. There is a small, clean workout room with a bathroom. There are washers on the second floor. Overall, it has been a pleasant start.

Overall not terrible but there was dried blood on our sheets when we first checked in. Didn't know it was $18 a night valet only parking (they never mentioned there was free parking a 10 minute walk away). Arrived late at night, and valet guy left for break right as we were checking in and had to wait 10+ minutes. Rooms could have been quieter.

Check in is @ 3. Took us 2 hours to check in because the rooms weren't ready. Restaurant service was unbelievably bad. Staff seemed unconcerned. One bright spot was the breakfast buffet. But if you want to order from the menu, good luck getting the attention of a server.

We had a great experience. The room was amazing and clean. The dinner at the restaurant was incredible. However, the service was not so great. The server was less than friendly. However the Ambiance and food were wonderful.

Just wanted to let you all know… I had a terrible accident yesterday. But I am doing better now. I decided yesterday to go horseback riding — which I haven't done in years. Well, I got on the horse and started out slow and then we went a little faster and then we were going as fast as the horse could go… all of a sudden I fell off and caught my foot in the stirrup and the horse was dragging me around in a circle. It wouldn't stop. Just going around and around in a circle. If it weren't for a quick thinking man (I owe my life to) I would probably not have made it… thank goodness the store manager at Wal-Mart came out and unplugged the machine… how many of you actually read what I wrote… having a little fun… copy and paste to get a good laugh. Very updated and nice hotel. Very easy to walk to Cleveland Clinic from hotel. Rooms were very spacious and employees were very friendly. The C2 restaurant was over priced. I had the salmon and it was the smallest piece for $24. The rice with it was cheap. The gym was small but great cardio equipment. Love the atmosphere.

Stayed here because I had an appointment at the Clinic early the next day. Very clean, very pleasant staff. Likely to stay again.

My husband is a patient at Cleveland Clinic and my family and I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all it is extremely overpriced! Our room was not cleaned during the day nor our towels restocked. Our trash was not emptied. No vending machines in the building and a small bag of chips at the desk was $2. It is $5 to wash a load of clothes and $4 to dry them (one cycle). The room was 76 degrees when we arrived that evening and the air conditioner did not work. You would think with this rate the least they could do is a Continental breakfast! The breakfast bar was way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Long story short, this place takes advantage of families who are already dealing with major issues such as having a family member in Cleveland Clinic.

The staff is the best! Most hotels are basically the same. There is something you like about each one. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Cleveland again. The staff are so agreeable! Treated my children and I like royalty! Absolutely made our trip a positive experience!

It was a great hotel that is located right next to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Service is very fast and good as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We reserved a block of rooms (back in JUNE) for our wedding this past weekend and here is a list of the infuriating things that happened: 1. Multiple guests called us saying that the hotel could not find our room block (although we already had confirmations), so we had to call multiple times to deal with it. 2. We were told we could keep the bar open an extra hour if we paid and would receive a complimentary brunch the next day. Neither of those things happened… It seems as though we were told things to rope us in and then they never delivered. 3. When we called to ask about the bar not being able to stay opened, the response was "take Uber to bars around town". 4. When we arrived at the hotel, my now husband dropped off our welcome bags to the front desk and instructed them to give one bag per room. They gave out multiple boxes per room, some received no box at all, and there are still some that are MIA… Quite the screw up and annoying negligence of something we spent time and money on. It's not complicated. 13 rooms, 13 boxes. 5. Our guests were charged $60 more than we were quoted. This was fixed, but just one more annoyance to deal with on our wedding day. 6. Multiple guest complained about the valet service, and one of our guests MISSED OUR CEREMONY as a result of this and the room not being ready as promised at 3:00. How does a 4 start hotel NOT honor their check in times? Especially in a wedding block. 7.

Hotel is conveniently located next to Cleveland Clinic. Great restaurant and rooms are spacious. They don't have room service — so if you are going to check-in late, plan for a meal somewhere else.

Amazing hotel a little pricy but amazing.

Made reservations because you didn't have to be 21 and drive all the way there and the front desk lady told us we had to be 21 and we had to cancel and find somewhere else. Even though we already paid and had a room. The lady at the desk was very rude and snobby, won't go there ever again.

There was a misunderstanding of our needs (because we booked with hotwire) to be away from the elevators and to have 2 queen beds. The manager came out and upgraded us to the ambassador suite on the top floor for no extra charge.

Very close to hospiral, easy walk. Hotel is very nice, clean and staff is excellent. Only thing I dislike is that you don't have option to park vs valet, very expensive, $12.00 a day requardless if you move vehicle or not, then of course you tip, or at least we do. Can drive down town in about 20 minutes, Lake Erie park, swimming, beach area only 10 to 15 minutes.

One of the best hotels in Cleveland. By far the best gym of any hotel I have stayed in!

It was ok. Personnel was nice and helpful but it is a little drive from downtown and you have to pay to have a valet park your vehicle because they do not have free parking. Shower head did not work correctly and the prices for the restaurant and bar are kinda high.

If you dont want someone else driving your car this isn't the place for you! Valet parking only so you can't go to your car to grab anything. They have to drive it around to you. Room was very loud to the smoking area being right under the window of the west side of building! Now to the real problem, when I walk in the lobby I asked for a cart for my bags and the employee kinda made it a big deal that we needed it, and then asked " do you think you can bring it back quickly!?!? kinda strange, rude and non proffessional. Just my experience on my stay here so maybe it will be better for you idk.

Called hotel for my wife who has a conference their, I wanted to leave a nice fruit plate and some tea in her room after her meeting as a nice suprise. Spoke to concierge he said that was room services job not mine and transfered me. Spoke with room service and she said they are all out of fresh fruit? I asked for a suqquestion and she said "well what do you want", very rude. I hung up.
