Front desk staff are very rude, cockroaches in the room we rented, cigarette burns in the comforters and sheets on both beds. Had issues with the plumbing during our stay, which they didn't bother to inform the guests about. Water flooded our bathroom and when asked they told me to mop it up with the towels provided for showering, as they were "too busy". All in all not a great experience.
The owners are rude and refused to let us stay and pay for another night because of our dogs, even though we were willing to pay the $10 extra per pet per night. They have roaches here and there were drug dealers staying next door.
