Room was fine but it smelled odd and the sink didn't drain completely. Continental breakfast was pretty sparse too. However it was a fine place to stay a night and there were no real problems.

First class hotel. Mold on the bathroom walls. Tiles fallen off the walls in the bathroom. The carpet is so dirty your feet are sticky. The AC works great. Charged $10 for our dog and they advertise free for pets. The beds are very soft. The TV works. Refrigerator had to be plugged in but worked. If your looking for a place to sleep this is the spot for you.

It was a no frills, budget-friendly, small hotel. Absolutely perfect for the type of trip I was on.

Room wasn't that clean beds were outdated and room smelled very like it hasn't been clean in a long time.

This is a great little spot for quick stays. Nothing too fancy but definitely has appeal and a calm place to get some shut-eye.

The location of the Super 8 in Centerville, Indiana is not a very comfortable location if you're planning on staying there alone as other reviews have mentioned. It is convenient for over the road truck drivers though as there were many there staying. Not much in that area just a gas station and the motel. The rooms here are awful, and I'm not one to complain often. We had been driving all day ~12 hours on our way to Virginia for a vacation so we stayed the night here to continue the next morning. Upon arrival I had doubts but the real horror began in the rooms. We opened the door to the smell of mold and mildew, we quickly realized it was the AC in our room. It had not ran in awhile nor had it been maintained. The room was hot and humid. The beds on top seemed to be okay, but with further investigation we found blood stains, droppings, and other things in the beds. The floor was disgusting, leaving the bottoms of shoes, feet, or socks black. The bathroom was bad. The exhaust fan smelt bad and was full of what I hoped was fly carcasses, while taking a shower all of us wore shoes in hopes that we wouldn't get athletes foot while bathing, and then we noticed the water didn't drain properly which is outright gross. We also had the opportunity to use the microwave, and with the room configuration you had to unplug either a lamp or the fridge to use. Overall the room was without a doubt the worst thing I've ever stayed in. I was woken by the feeling of bites, and crawling.

Gets you out of the weather. More like a 35$ motel. You leave feeling cheated. Convience store meal.

It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it probably was second worst. The floor had lumps and soft spots. The room looks like it was built by people who had no clue what they were doing. It smelled kind of like mildew and there were stains, rips, and burns on the blankets, sheets, pillows, and shower curtain. No bugs and dogs are $10 to stay, which is nice.

Family and I stopped for the night and ended up being put in a room that had 4 beds, couch, and a whole lot of room! Kids absolutely loved it! Not to mention I town with the same name was the School I graduated from!

Fairly quiet. Right off interstate. Bathroom. Was cold.

Clean rooms that have been recently painted. The heater/ac is new and quiet. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. Standard continental breakfast but neatly presented. Very friendly owner, which is far less common than a traveler would think. The parking lot is large with ample room for trucks to park. This is an all around great deal for a budget hotel. Im certain I will be returning here when im in the area.

Service was great the only issue was TV went out for a few hours in the am.

Location was convenient. Check in went a little slowly, but I was there late, so it can be expected. Room was clean enough, except the floor near the heater/ac was spongy. Maybe some moisture got in and messed it up. Heater could not completely keep up with the cold. I was very cold all night and had to huddle up to go to sleep. Not cold enough to be anything but annoying. The shower head was at the height of my chin (I'm 6 feet tall). Ducking to take a shower is inconvenient. Towels were too small to wrap around my waist by a good margin. This is probably acceptable, though. If you need a place to sleep the night and it's not super cold out, it's barely adequate. I'd give it 1.5 stars, but can't.

I reserved 1 king bed, was told at check in there were no kings available and they would not issue a refund for difference in price because I booked through Expedia. Smoke alarm had no battery, even if it was hooked up to electricity, why was the battery door open and no battery in case of power outage. There was dog poop on sidewalk, 5 or 6 places including right outside my door and housekeeping had already been past my door, I heard the housekeeper's cart. But the absolute worst was the black mold on the wall under the sink, and I found it AFTER I spent the night in the room. This place is poorly cleaned, poorly run and complete a waste of money. I will file a formal complaint with the chain as soon as I return home and forward the pictures of the problems. Oh, and my receipt had someone else's name and credit card on it, that was fixed when he entered my name on the bill for a different room. So my recept shows I stayed in room 122, but I was in room 123.

Very clean room and very roomy please do not go by the room rate on the highway sign nor online because you will not receive neither of these rates. The rate is much higher this motel is pet friendly.

Owner was very rude sign on the interstate advertising rooms for 50 then you show up and he tells you he isn't giving that price anymore and it's 66 internet was awful only about 10 to 12 TV channels.

Very nice, very clean. Owners definitely take pride in this place.

A good place to stay. Very clean. Relatively quiet. Close to town.

Towels were dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Very run down… ceiling leaks apparent… just painted over them… but drywall pulling away due to water leaks. I had never seen anyone paint the bathroom counter… until now. Went for free breakfast around 730am… but they ran out of coffee… I am not sure how you run out of coffee… but they did. It was ok but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room just felt yuk. Dirty sheet on 1 bed. Needs updating so badly. Rate should have been in $30 range based on facility. It was a place to sleep for a late night arrival. And thank goodness I didn't need a blanket! Dosgusting!

A very quaint and small place. Very clean rooms and bathrooms with friendly staff. Breakfast is served from 5am-9am and they provide free Wi-Fi to all their guests. It's conveniently located right next to a convenience with restaurants located inside.

Just do yourself a favor and pass this "Super 8" right on by, or better yet, just sleep in your car. You'll probably be more comfortable anyway. It was too late and the kids were done traveling, or we definitely wouldn't have stayed.

Indian owner likes to argue with his customers. Have to go exchange towels for new ones? WTF. Been here a couole times. This is my last time. Drains dont drain the showers are clogged. For the price I will spend the extra money and stay at a nicer hoyel where they dont argue with you. Have to go exchange towels for new ones? Stupid.

On the way back from vacation I rented a room here. The room was disgusting and smelled bad but it was late and I was exhausted. When I woke up in the morning I was covered in bites! THERE ARE BED BUGS IN ROOM 111! Please don't use this hotel… unless you like bugs.

Large room and handicapped bathroom. Cleanish. Will stay here again. The bed nearest the bathroom needs to be moved for better access to handicapped bathroom.

This Motel has the CLEANEST BATHROOMS, the Bath tubs look Brand new, did I mention that its clean, and most important the friendliest Super 8 Staff & Housekeepers. Also great prices on the rooms, bed were comfortable and Free Wi-Fi… You can't beat that if your near Centerville, In.

Owner was very helpful with pricing, he made sure I got every discount that can be applied. Housekeeping in the morning was also very nice and helpful. We asked for a late check out which they allowed, usually hotels don't allow it. Location was right off the highway and had couple food options. L Overall, we loved our stayed and will be returning on our next trip!

Very nice stay, staff was very helpful. Rooms have been updated and it seems like new management has taken over. Stayed for a week and the manager really gave me a great price and also told me he would match any other hotel (all other hotels 5+ miles away) pricing. Will be returning again.

This was the best hotel & value I have experienced in a long time. The room was very large with a flat screen tv, microwave, and refridgerator… They have free breakfast and the location is trucker friendly with plenty of truck parking. The manager and staff was very very friendly…

It was great! Very polite receptionist, and the room was large and clean. The Wi-Fi wasn't awesome, but it was free! Would definitely stay there again. The morning coffee wasn't bad either!

Motel was conveniently located right off the interstate with a gas station right next door. We stayed for 3 nights, our stay was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything more for what we paid for. The owner was very helpful with information that we need. The morning and night staff were both friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Icky place. They make falae charges to collect money. Check to see if u have a coffee pot before u check. In. U will be charged for it when u leave. Drive past if you can. Or sleep in your car. It will be more comfortable.

The room was good, it could use a little upgrading but you can tell they are in the process of doing this. The staff at the motel was wonderful for the entire duration of our stay. The location is great, plenty of room/area for kids/pets to play or even for taking a walk. Will recommend to family and friends!

Great place for a couple nights stay or just a night stay! Friendly staff and housekeeping! Newly renovated rooms and furniture. Room was clean and priced perfectly!

You can't pay for the lower prices and expect the Radisson or Hilton hotels. We enjoyed our stay while there. The room was clean and couldn't complain. You do have to bring your own shampoo though which I do anyhow. I did enjoy our breakfast there too.

Awful motel! Housekeeping would change our trash but yet leave the bag of trash sittin on the table or floor. When they come in to change out the towels they don't leave any new one's for that day until they wash the ones that they took! Wi-Fi is a total JOKE! They say it works, but it doesn't. If you enjoyed dial up internet, then sure it works. It's so slow take five minutes just to load Google. Beds are uncomfortable! Bathroom was disgusting! Room smells horrible! It's not worth it what so ever! Better just to keep driving and find you a Motel 6 or something. At least they are CLEAN.

Blood drops on pillow case. Chased a bug around the room for an hour. Killed three spiders. Heater smelled like tuna fish. Should be torn down and used as a cemetery. Creepy.

This hotel is dirty, when I got my room the toilet wasn't even flushed, the shower didn't work, and the beds stunk with the smell of body odor. Their free Wi-Fi internet didn't work at all, I was able to get Facebook to load one time but then it dropped out and I never got it reconnected. I travel extensively for work Ive stayed in all kinds of hotels, and this by far is the worst yet. Do NOT stay here.

Looks like the Bates Motel. Stay far away from this place.

Strange place. Very clean, but quite in need of a remodel. The pizza coupons were neatly arranged, but 6 months expired. The part of the empty tissue holder that wasn't rusy was brightly polished. The TV remote was centered between the beds, but had no batteries. The 1960's sparkly ceiling was only flaking off in small places, and had been vacuumed away. Huge room, plenty of parking, friendly guy at desk at checkin. No one around at checkout. Broken breakfast equipment. Overpriced at 50.
