The Best Western and Canal Winchester Columbus, Ohio, On Saturday March 23rd 2019 I have never experience such horrible customer service in my life. Tammy treated us like we were criminals because of the color of our skin. Let me start out to say, We had traveled out of town to this Best Western Canal Winchester. I had went up to the hotel after making previous reservations I took my grand kids in my kids in the hotel all under12 year…s old. We had booked 2 rooms 3 adults and 6 children. I went to check in to our roomsTammy the assistant manager accuse us of having a party even before we checked In. She question me like she was the Gestapo Or the Hotel Police. About some sort of party. I had no idea what she was talking about. I tried to explain to Tammy that we drove out the town and we were very tired and just wanted to get the Room step we paid for. She went and called reservations and canceled our rooms. Our small children all under 12 years of age were left stranded without any rooms. In a strange town. I had called customer service about the issue. It is now Tuesday the 26 of March and customer service have not me about this problematic issues. This tells me that the Best Western company does not care about the customer. We had a very Traumatizing experience. Both for my children, my grandchildren and my whole family. After being left without any place to lodge for the night. Tammy took upon herself to cancel our reservations. My daughter myself my grand kids and my kids were Left without a roof over our heads. All because a Prejudice angry employee. Who didn't like black people. Talk it upon herself to pre judge my family. I am very disappointed that Best Western allows assistant manager to make this kind of call. After a long drive the kids were tired and just ready to get into the Room that we paid for. Tammy Canceled my reservations. It's a shame the Best Western employee such disrespectful, Prejudice assistant Manager name Tammy. It is Tuesday March 26, 2019 3 days after the tragedy that my children and I experience just shows me that Best Western does not care about the customers. Please do not support Best Western because of what happened to me and my family.
