A dump! a nightmare! rude and unprofessional staff! … 1. The First room that they provided me — was not cleaned. I Lugged all my luggage up to this room and then had to go back to the lobby to tell them. 2. They switched my room where the A/C did not blow cool. I had to complain to them about that. Then mysteriously. It started working fine. 3. In the room. The TV did not have all the cable channels — so I had to get them to fix that! 4. A couple days later… the toilet broke… it was a flood in my bathroom… so they switched me to another room. No apology, no sorry, no nothing… 5. Rain storm and parking lot got flooded with 3 feet of water. It was a pond in their parking lot. Due to poor irrigation system… no warning. No call — such as "Guest — you should move your car because the parking lot is getting flooded… 6. The water from the Flood got inside my car… there was a foot of water inside my car. I took a bucket and scooped all the water out of my car. My Car now smells like mildew, and is severely damaged. Once again. No apology. No we're sorry about that… 7. Final Straw… the RUDE FRONT DESK PERSON CALLS ME AT 3:30 AM AND WAKES ME UP, BECAUSE I forgot to put their cheesey. Parking paper… on my front dash of my vehicle. Now my car was there since 7 PM that day. I forgot to put that stupid sign back on my car… They knew who I was. Because they took down my license plate number down. And he called my room to rudely wake me up!. These lazy idiots… want all the guests to put a parking note in the dash of their car. So they know — whos who. This is the only motel. In my life that required such an idiotic thing. … during the course of a very busy day. It is ez to forget about putting that parking note back on your dash… so the rude front desk person wakes me up… and threatens to get my car towed… he then threatens to kick me out of the motel room. Because I question his rudeness. And I stated that if you really cared about the cars in your parking lot and your guest. Then why didn't you call me during the flood. To wake me up and to warn me about my car getting flooded with water? … Yeh… my car is damaged. I took pictures too. so the the front desk called the police on me… the police came. And they laughed… Additional Notes: If you want internet it costs $3.21 per day and it is very very slow at 64 Kbps … yes that slow…! MY FINAL NOTE, DON'T USE THIS MOTEL!
