Let’s see: the bed was hard and the sheets were scratchy and awful. The bathroom was dirty, the towels were gross, and the shower head was terrible. The AC was broken, there was no fridge or microwave, and the sink wouldn’t turn all the way off. Breakfast was just bread and cereal and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. The location is middle of nowhere with a couple fast food places nearby. Anyone who gave this hotel a 5 or 4 is either a shill or a moron. $90 should get you a way better hotel than this. I should know, I’ve stayed at over 40 hotels in Ohio for around that price. Cincinnati is filled with better hotels and several with better prices.

Craig Lamb is at Ameri start smoking ICE & SHOOTing heroin with his girlfriend Morgan suspect and there is marijuana smell coming out of their room like other than that the hotel is great.

The chair needed to be cleaned. No plug in the tub if you wanted to soak. The indoor pool is always closed. The chair smelled, so I had to move it away from the bed. Bathroom was clean. Bed was clean. Resturants are all around it. They still use do not disturb signs. For the most part, it's okay, over priced for what they offer and, actually give for your money.

Nice and courteous customer service representative they were the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

You get exactly what you pay for. Cheapest hotel in Cincinnati. No fridge is fine, probably doesn't mention one in the amenities. Pool was mentioned in the amenities, but was closed for an undisclosed reason by management. Any entrance other than the main one had a smell to them much like an empty dumpster. Not quite putrid, but I would take the front any time I left. The curtains were sun-dyed and torn from where people were being rough. The wall behind the chair had scratch marks from people being rough. The bathroom smelled like people being rough. Slightly messy behind anything you accidentally moved. But, all that being said, well worth the price. Close enough to downtown, but far away enough that you don't even hear the highway you turned off to get there. Too hungover to enjoy the free breakfast.

Just the facts: Indoor pool CLOSED by notice of the Health Department. None of the 1970s-era vending machines worked. The elevator didn't work on the 2nd floor. The one washer/dryer Guest Laundry didn't work. The air conditioner in the room smelled weird. Could feel every coil spring in the bed. All the carpeting is worn out. Got respiratory infection after staying here, still on antibiotics. Better to sleep in your car.

Okay let's see here where do I start? We walk in there's no refrigerator they give you two towels two hand towels and a floor mat that's it for the jacuzzi! And to top it all off I had to use the bathroom and there was puke all over the toilet so I had to wash that off! They didn't vacuum the room at all looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks and there's dirt all over the floor along with the puke! I flushed the toilet one time without putting anything in it and backed up and started overflowing and it's been clogged the whole time we were there! When you take a shower the tub backs up no drainage at all! The only plus with the whole experience was the jacuzzi and make sure you bring bleach to disinfect that before you get in it because there was a lot of hair in it so they didn't clean that either!

0 STARS for this motel! This is the worst motel experience we have ever had! We tried to express our concerns at check-out, but we could not find a motel employee anywhere! After numerous attempts to reach the motel by phone after we left, we spoke to the manager who promised to "call back and make things right after talking with his staff. " The manager did not call back! After many more calls to the motel, I finally spoke to the manager; again the manager said he was going to call back later but he never did. I could write a book about the complaints that should be addressed, but I will spare you the details. However, the most troubling complaint is that the motel manager is dishonest, and I would never trust any business that he is associated with. 0 STARS for this motel!

Wonderful customer service. Extremely clean rooms. The elevator once broken so I had to use the stairs but it didn't phase me none it's only three stories so I don't see why they have an elevator in the first place. All around it was a wonderful experience.

Place has definitely turned around. Owner has made me feel at home. He has hired a great person that works front desk during the day and goes out of her way to help and make things right. Very happy with my stay there. Close to places to eat and gas stations for a quick stops. I definitely will stay again and I recommend it to everyone.

This place definitely needs updating as well as basic maintenance! Do not recommend to anyone. Coffee pot still dirty with filter still in. No tissues. No shampoo. Didnt even have toothpaste but had toothbrushes. Mattress springs are crunchy and not level. Took forever to check in and out and there was no one even there. Drains were clogged with soap scum. No clock radio or even a pen in room. Only positive thing was jacuzzi tub. Very disappointing since this was our first Valentines Day as a married couple. Didnt even have as upholstered chair to sit in. We were in non smoking room yet we smelled smoke in room and made my husbands sinuses terrible. Stains on hallway carpets and smelled musty. Staff was not very knowledgeable.

Bed Bug Problem! It was hard to check in because no one was at the front desk in the lobby. I went to my car to try to Google more options and I saw a girl with a slice of pizza in one hand waving me back with the other. I realized that I was interrupting her dinner. But I checked in to a king bedroom and went to my car for my bags. I forgot a toothbrush so I went back to the desk to ask there was another pizza delivery person waiting at the desk so I yelled "Excuse me, Miss! " nobody came so I told the pizza delivery person I was giving up. As I walked to the elevator I heard that person yelling really loud. I got to my double bed room, which wasn't what I was supposed to have but I figured you were falling asleep driving all you need is a place to sleep so you can be safe to get home. I woke up to use the bathroom after about 3 and a half hours and when I returned I found a bed bug crawling across the sheet where I was laying. I grabbed one of the quart sized plastic bags from my flight for liquids and got it and packed everything up then went with the bug in a bag to he front desk and surprise… no one came so I called 3 times. I was hung up on 2 times and they just let it ring third. I tried to email the owner of Roe Properties who owns the hotel and got no response. I ended up having to throw away my luggage treat my house and with a total of around a dozen welts from bites.

Made a visit and left feeling bewildered. There is no option for zero stars, which the review of this motel deserves, so one being the lowest possible is what I rate. Unfortunately, this motel is poorly managed, ran by highly unprofessional and inexperienced management team (seemingly very young) who dress in belly-baring shirts, sweatpants, and torn jeans. Without an introduction, a guest would never have expected any of them to be staff, much less management team! The front desk clerk is nice but either inexperienced or a new employee without proper training to run the desk alone. The management staff does not have phone or customer service skills at all. Unless the owners change the motel interior (very worn and ragged furnishings) and the unprofessional behavior and dresss of its staff they should not expect to keep their property open very long; as this type of behavior toward potential customers and visitors is completely horrifying and will not result in bookings, lasting business relationships or any type of partnership long-term. Buyer beware, stay away from any bookings or dealings with this location unless they can improve.

Much better experience here than at a different location with the same company. Large wheelchair accessible room. Comfortable beds and staff were very accommodating. Very impressed!

If you have the choice to either stay here or stay in your vehicle, I would recommend staying in your vehicle. The shower was okay. Do not use the provided washcloth or towels if there are any. Also, bring your own soap. There were cigarette burns and various stains in the comforter and sheets, and smelled strong of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. Marijauna smoke lingering in the hallway. The toilet didn, t work. And the floor left dirt on whatever you set on it.

PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a total of 2 rooms and held with my debit card, when my brother and I checked out we each paid for our on room separate, my brother paid cash for his room and I paid with my debit card for my room. The hotel ended up charging my debit card still twice even though my brother paid his portion in cash! I immediately contact the hotel and spoke to Mr. Patel (General Manager) and he refused to reimburse my money! I am now working with my bank disputing the extra charge so I can get my money back. Just want to give people the heads up about this dishonest hotel and if all means do NOT stay here! Read reviews from others on other sites like TripAdvisor, this exact scam has been done to others. The hotel is rated an "F" on the BBB website! check it out for yourself.

I've heard and read the bad reviews in the past but I've rarely seen a hotel that hasn't had it's own issues. It had changed immensely just in the past six months and I've been utilizing this hotel for over a year and a half. I'd recommend it any day. If you get a chance check out the Jacuzzi room.

This place has come a long way. A lot nicer. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean, I was super impressed with the changes. Keep up the good work.

I had stayed here with my children and when I did they had a great time they didn't want to leave. The owner was interactive with the hotel. I seen him just as involved as the staff the staff and managers and ownership gave great service. The pool was wonderful I was in a newly renovated room looking over the pool and it was a beautiful scene. I was very impressed and will be returning very soon.

Dont believe any good review on this sewer pit. Someone has been faking them. This place is not just filthy much does not work from the toilets on out. Literally NOT ONE good thing, Avoid.

The in room jacuzzi was nice. Swimming pool was out of order. Bed was okay. Alot of a loose tile throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast was not a hot breakfast like it was thought to be it was Bagels heat up in a toaster and cereal no milk. Hotel definitely needs some up keep done to it but for a quick short one night get away it was okay.

Wifi doesn't work, rooms are tiny, beds are not comfortable, nice indoor pool room but the pool has some serious safety issues. The filters and pumps are clogged and two large uncovered holes in the deep end. Nice staff that try their best to help. In need of new management and more staffing.

Nobody working the front desk at check-in, a "regular pool user" had to go get someone. TV didn't work in the room. Mattress is worn out with NO support STINKS! When I tried to check out because I needed a receipt, there is nobody working the front desk. I stood at the front desk for over 30 minutes ringing the bell that says to ring for service, calling the hotel's phone number and listening to the phone ring at the front desk, me and another lady even went as far as to call the 1-800 number for customer service to speak to a representative where we got a recording saying call back after the hours of 8:00. NO breakfast or coffee or juice! This place is a complete rip-off and I will never stay in another amerisuites no matter how desperate I am.

Has become under new management and has improved amazingly. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. They had clean towels, rags and linens whenever I requested. The pool and hot tub were both very nice, clean and relaxing. A delicious breakfast was served every morning. The staff was as helpful as could be and my stay was never interupted. I recommend this stay to anyone that asks. 5 star rating!

CROOKS! Manager is a legitimate thief. Aside from the smelly rooms, no pillowcases, terrible service, and NO continental breakfast, the man tried to steal my phone. I realized it had fallen out of my pocket halfway across Kentucky on my way home. I called to verify they had it, and they promised to mail it. After three weeks of dodging my daily phone calls and emails to get the tracking number, after having to buy a flip phone to get by, even after calling the sheriff twice and trying to press charges, this carny sheister begrudgingly mailed my phone. He had forced a factory reset on the phone and activated it. There were missed calls and texts from numbers I didn't recognize, and there was no SIM card in my phone. Now I get to fret about identity theft and lament my lost data. Had I not sent the police after him a second time, I have no doubt he'd have kept it. Don't give him your money.

This was the WORST hotel ever! Nothing like the pictures posted​. On arrival we had reservations, we were given keys to rooms already occupied when we went in. When finally got new rooms nothing worked, (tv, radio missing light bulbs, room smells) drapes ripped bedspread nasty. No towels or washcloths. Found towels on cart on another floor. Tried calling desk with no answer. At 1:00 am went down to desk and found absolutely NO ONE NO WHERE. Could have walked away with everything. No help. Had to stay there because it was the only hotel in the area. Next morning complained to man at desk and was told sorry but he was not the one that checked us in. What the f*** warning do not stay here!

Let me just say… WOW! Me and my boyfriend took a spur of the moment trip to visit a friend from Nashville and after we got here started panicking about finding a room. Amanda found us the perfect room at an amazing rate and took AMAZING care of us! We felt right at home and she was more than accommodating! If we ever come back we will go straight here solely for Amanda! The pool and hot tub were pretty fabulous too! It's nothing fancy but it was absolutely perfect for us. Just don't forget your conditioner lol.

Good location, rented a Uhaul, it was a little dirty on inside but service was good.

Smelled marijuana in hallway tiles coming up on floor very dirty Smell like dirty feet when we walked in and cigarette burn holes in the covers and ashes and TV Were really sucky They should not have any stars and I would never ever recommend it!

We had our daughter's birthday party there. The staff was very courteous. We rented the Presidential suite and it was very nice.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great pool area and is very clean. They also offer Jacuzzi suites that are very nice and perfect for a get away! Location is awesome!
