I had the honor of getting married at Emerald Event Center. From booking, to planning, then executing the day, the Emerald Staff made sure to take care of it all! I cannot begin to describe how accommodating and awesome they made our special day. There was always someone checking on me, making sure I had all that I needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a venue to book with them! The chef is also a fabulous cook (and I am a picky eater). Thank you Emerald Staff for making my special day go perfectly! It will be one of my favorite days for the rest of my life!

We had a wonderful stay there! Everyone was friendly and the hotel was very clean!

Our room looked brand new. The rates were higher than other hotels, but we wanted a 1BR suite to accommodate kids. The breakfast is the exact same as all extended stay hotels, clean and well-stocked. Wifi speeds at the free tier were great. Pool was clean, kids free to horse around. VERY large compared to some other extended stay spots, and glass enclosed to let it feel much more outdoorsy (others seem crammed in a basement). Drink specials at the bar were very reasonably priced for this East Coast-er. It might be normal in areas with a normal cost of living. Location was close to the highway and some outlet shopping down the road. Nice mix of families and couples when we were there, no rowdy stuff. Hotel seems basically new. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now you can get a newly appointed hotel room (with stocked plates, glasses, etc) with a brand new kitchen. Fridge is full-sized. Common area in room seats about 6 comfortably.

New & rooms very nice. No evening hospitality — they literally have a bar in the lobby where you can buy alcoholic drinks and/or snacks/appetizers. Prefer the evening hospitality.

Neat clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was a plus. One day I would like to go to 1 where are the eggs or hot. But this is the same every place. I know it's hard to keep the food warm let alone hot. But I would go back next time I'm in town.

My whole family loved our stay! It was very nice at bedtime to be able to have separate spaces for the kids and us, which made our nights much easier. The pool area was very hot, which was nice for swimming and not as comfortable for watching. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options.

Attended a professional event at this location. Convenient parking, tentative staff, comfortable chairs provided. Coffee and water was offered. There was an issue with the A/C system that was promptly corrected.

This hotel felt exceptionally new and clean. With a large living room and kitchen, the room felt spacious. Even the bathroom had room to stretch. The only problem I had was connecting my Xbox to the TVs. I couldn't turn the volume down if I connected it directly to the TV. If I connected to the box behind the TV, I'd get input lag. The rest of the hotel amenities were fantastic. I wish I could have used the pool and basketball court more.

Great room… very spacious and clean. New hotel and I loved it. Very comfy beds!

Two year old building, nice countryside atmosphere 25 mins from airport on West side. A modern, up to date facility has a lobby bar with light food options.

Room size is incredible. Overall, we had some issues regarding how sanitary things were. The drinking water often had small particles that looked like bugs in it. We were there for a wedding and the amount of space in their adjoining banquet hall is not sufficient for a large event, especially during cocktail hour, as the main hall is closed.

Must have been a newly built or newly renovated Residence Inn. Very clean, quiet, right off the highway. Got in late on July 4 but still had a decent amount of local food options that delivered to the hotel for dinner. Only complaint is that breakfast ended at 9am which is a little earlier than we would have expected.

Rooms are excellent as always with residence inn, in house bar, pool, exercise room. So far can not complain about a thing yet. I believe residence inns are the best extended stay hotel second only to some resort hotels.

The only person that did a great job was the lovely woman helping in the breakfast area named Janita. She was lovely and should get a huge raise.
The front desk staff was awful — zero customer skills, and definitely needs retraining especially with safety protocol when our child was injured on their property. Clearly a poorly managed facility. Will patronize other hotels next year.

A highly recommended hotel to stay for business or with family. The room is spacious with kitchen and sofa. There is a nice bar with live music band once a week. First of all this is not a hotel for long term guests. You can not consume any outside beverages in their lobby or patio area which is ridiculous. How are you supposed to enjoy yourself while grilling out & enjoying your meal with an adult beverage? Bring a lot money down because you must purchase from their mini bar inside, which is expensive. Besides that the rooms are nice and clean as they should be, bed are comfortable. I had an issue with my HVAC unit & maintenance was up and fixed it within an hour. The property is nice. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Very nice hotel. This is a fairly new location with top notch amenities. Rooms are very well thought out and rather large with a full size refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. Great place for an extended stay. Quite rooms, basketball court and a good breakfast. The 50" led TV was a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting.

Clean and moderen. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool.

Attended a multi-day work meeting at the conference center. Meeting room, staff, and food was great. The hotel AV guy was vaping throughout the meeting.

Nice large rooms with complete kitchen and lounge area setups. Everything is still new and will maintained. The are small recreational spaces like a pool, basketball court, and outdoor fire pit. The area around the hotel has yet to be built up.

Really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are very nice and service is good. It's a little further from downtown Cleveland and has some nice spots nearby like Crocker Park.

L Our 5th stay in 2 years. Nice suites, remodeled or built within last 5 years. Decent complimentary breakfast, although some guests believe they're in their home kitchen. Showing up in pajamas and bare feet.

The rooms were really nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Classy. They had a small menu at the bar which was perfect and if you're really hungry there are a lot of restaurants close by.

The door lock didn't work in my room and I had hotel staff walk in on me when I was taking a shower. I was horrified. I complained to the hotel and asked them to fix the lock and the lock. They forgot the first day. I asked again and they said they would fix it and they didn't fix it again. Each shift had to be reminded since word wasn't passed on about the issue. They had 3 days and never did anything about it despite being reminded daily. I've never been ignored or treated so badly by a hotel.

My wife and I were only here for a Christmas, work party. We thought the venue was beautiful and we'll done up for the event. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone hosting events/parties.

Rooms were colorfully decorated, very modern. They had a full fridge, dishwasher, stove. Room was fairly spacious. Only issue was the heater was really loud and went off about 15-20 minutes, not super noticeable while we were watching TV however during the night kept waking us. But otherwise a very nice room.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was! We were traveling cross country and called on a whim and they got us in right away. Beautiful clean room, very comfortable.

Very clean unit and friendly workers. Liked the special touches in the breakfast area. Also I liked the personal reading light in the bedroom so my reading didn't bother so much. Only a short distance from Lake Erie. We would definitely stop here again when in the area. Thank you Marriott!

I attended a Medical seminar at this facility tonight. The conference room was accommodating. The lobby was stylish. The bathroom was clean and spacious. And the wait staff was superb! The dinner was just "okay", but the dessert was really delicious.

Easy check in with courteous staff. Room was very big with nice details and the breakfast was surprisingly very good. Excellent experience.

Beautiful wedding reception venue! Shannon, the event coordinator and her staff, went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect and just as I described. The new space is great for guests to stay overnight, the food was SUPERB, and the brunch the next day that we arranged for our guests was a hit, so delicious! Wonderful venue for events and so nice that it is in Avon, in a great location!

Quiet hotel, with a great hot breakfast. There was a lack of towels in the pool and workout room, twice. Small rooms but well appointed. Interesting bar in the lobby, good spot for drinks! Pleasant, accommodating staff, everyone had a smile.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the lobby was great, the grilling area was fantastic with the fire pit, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend that you stay here if you are in the area. I've never gotten so much for this price on a hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, but not without its issues. Maintenance/upkeep is lacking — burned out lights, leaky faucets. Even one of the two basketball hoops was bent over. Our room had a large fancy shower, but the design was poor — only a partial shower door meant water splashed out onto the floor. The control was on the opposite wall from the shower head, so it literally took a minute for a temperature adjustment to take effect. Breakfast looked good, but only served until 9am (8am Central time), so you snooze, you loose. A nice place and all, but nagging things like this make it hard to give more than an average rating.

My room and rest of the hotel was clean and comfortable. Room also had a kitchen and I was glad that they had a smart TV with most popular apps already installed. Staff were polite and helpful. Drinks at the bar were a little pricey but I was expecting that. Finally, breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful new facility. They have a few kinks to work out, but I enjoyed my stay.

Just went to a home remodeling show. Nice size for a show. I did not stay overnight, but it's a brand-new hotel so it looks very nice.

Excellent suite for the price with a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower and TV with internet apps. Working area and sofa are solid. It might sound a bit nit-picky, but just let folks have the quicker internet speed as standard.

Clean rooms, modern decor, nice lobby and quality breakfast. Overall a solid value and place to stay.

The facility is very nice with beautiful and clean rooms. The front desk attendant was another story. He seemed bothered when I interrupted what he was doing (filing of some sort) so that we could check in. He was annoyed each time we interacted with him and even told my sister she should have gotten up earlier so that she could have made it to breakfast. Unfortunately he was there both when we checked in and the following morning. If we don't return, it will be because of him.

Went to the Emerald Event Center for a luncheon. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hall was large and chairs were comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time. Only problem was with parking, not enough spaces near entrance but enough around the center to hold all guests vehicles.

The staff here are one of the friendliest most attentive I have had the privilege to meet. When your away from home as much as I was, all you hope for is to interact with kind friendly and helpful people. And Crystal, Keegan, the managers, the breakfast and bar staff were all amazing, down to earth and always professional. Housekeeping was superb quality and the grounds crew were always friendly with great smiles. You have the right formula to make this one of the best residence Inn by Marriott.

I was only a patrons at the Emerald Center to attend a wedding reception. I was disappointed with the hotel only in, although our 200 plus people attended and we're able to stay at the Hotel, I had to go to a different hotel in order for my wheel chair handicapped needs for a roll in shower in my room could not be met although reservation were made or tried to be made at least 60 days in advance. 3 of 5 stars for handicap accessibility. Visiting other family rooms I found them beautifully style, spacious and well appointed for both the overnight guests or extended stay patrons. 5 of 5 stars. As for the convention center I found the room decor rather bland. The hotel staff were all top shelf. Very neat and professional appearance and attentive to the patrons. Overall a 4. Of 5 stars.
