Very clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Will always stay here over other places.

This is a very basic extended stay hotel. Very very basic. But the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The only downsides are they don't offer any kind of breakfast and our room faced the highway so we heard the traffic (the building is quite close to the road).

Nice extended stay in Williston. Staff is very nice and accomodating. Clean and secure. Powerful Wi-Fi. Priced reasonably.

It has been a really nice stay. A bit of a drive out of town because of construction on the way, but the room was clean and nice and it was a major benefit that they allow dogs and don't charge a ridiculous amount for the benefit. The only bummer was no dvd player in the room. Overall agood stay.

Rooms are basic but clean and the bed is comfortable. What I like most though is the full size fridge. It's nice to have room for more than just a day or two of groceries.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Location in Williston is not far from stores or work. Staff is nice and helpful. The beds are fairly firm. Each room has a kitchenette but I believe the dishes and pots are an extra charge. You get what you pay for. The hotel is affordable for short term stays and the rate drops the longer you stay. I recommend this place to everyone. If you want a little more plushness and creature comforts, there are other more expensive hotels in the area to fit that need. If you want to be frugal, this is the place to be.

Wi-Fi is spotty but rooms are clean and decent. Was placed here by a company during training for a month.

It's what you expect for an extended stay hotel/lodging. Plain rooms, but the amenities you need for a long stay. Great price for the area. Don't expect a pool or breakfast or house keeping.

Great service. Good air conditioning. Key cards work through my wallet. Lots of parking.

First off, we don't usually leave a less than 5-star review, but this stay was horrible due to just one guy. Room was nice & one female worker was really nice, but the young guy at front desk not so. His rudeness at check-in was unwarranted, embarrassing my wife in front of others just to show i. D. He could've told me when I checked in or looked at our registration. We understand security, but rudeness is uncalled for. The next day, this same guy, not housekeeping, POUNDED on our door late in the day saying their sheet said our room was dirty when he said at check-in, there was no room cleaning until check out. So, either their computer was messed up or someone came in snooping around while we were away. We'd just done wash in AM & had clothes spread out to dry, so it wasn't going to be super clean, but no excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. We were super tired & resting from an excursion when he POUNDED on our door disturbing us. They need to redo their computers to give accurate data, or check one's registration online to see there's 2 people in room, & when they're checking out. The room was a 5-star, but this one guy made it a 1-star, so it averaged out to a 3. His customer service definitely needs to be worked on.

This place is as good as the best I have been to and the staff is always friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful always.

You could rent a 3-4 bedroom house for a month for what they charge for 1 week. Ripoff! It is extremly over priced and has no Ice machine, no workout room, rooms get cleaned every two weeks maybe, the office isn't even open 24/7, and no breakfast.

Value Place in Williston is a very clean and affordable hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The kitchenettes are perfect to come home after a long day and whip up a quick meal. There are also several restaurants that deliver to the hotel as well. Being a woman it is important to feel safe and it gives me peace of mind knowing there is security onsite 24/7. I will make sure my company books me a room at Value Place every time I have to to come for work!
