Nobody in sight at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes and rang the bell multiple times trying to check out. I ended up leaving my key on the desk because I would have been late for work if I continued waiting. Everything else was great.

Hot tub never works. Two months straight and Counting. Big Willies is attached it's a restaurant bar no good.

Great place to stay, room was clean, service was prompt. I'd stay there again.

Great place but walked in one day and saw all the cleaner ngladoes on their hands and knees scrubbing the lobby floor and string bleach smell I didn't like that they made their ployees work this way.

Lots of amenities. Clean and spacious.

I love this Hotel there is a Convection oven Microwave combo a hot plate and cooking utensils pots and pans And if you stay make sure you sign up for the Wyndham rewards points so you can get some free hotel Room stays.

Nice room. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They left my door locked open. Anyone could have walked right in. Didn't make bed, didn't vacuumed. I am not happy.

We had a king suite. The room was very nice and spacious with a separate living room, bedroom and a kitchen. Lots of room to relax. We were surprised when we returned to our room on a Sunday evening to find that our room hadn't been cleaned. When we inquired about the lack of maid service for the day we were told that they do not clean rooms on Sundays. In all our traveling years we have never experienced that, and hopefully will never experience it again. Maybe the answer is not to stay at a Hawthorne Suites on a weekend.

Housekeepers here are allowed to steal as long as they lie about it. I left my phone charger accidentally when I checked out. I called several times with no results Left a message with the manager which wasn't returned. Eventually went back. Finally they asked the housekeeper who cleaned the room and they found it. They said it was on one of the carts, but the front desk girl I talked to said she had looked on the carts and it wasn't there and it wasn't in their lost and found. The manager when I went back said that if the housekeeper said she hadn't seen it they quote " wouldn't have it. " I said where else would it be. She said again, "we wouldnt have it. " Fortunately the housekeeper was honest. So other than allowing their housekeepers to steal as long as they lie about it and stonewalling guests if they forget something, it was an adequate room.

Rooms are always clean, hotel staff is always friendly. Breakfast was really salty. But the beds are super comfortable. I'll be staying here every time I come to Williston. Would recommend.

Very nice rooms, all suites with a full fridge, a must if working out in Williston. Friendly helpful staff, cheap toiletries if anything is forgotten (toothbrush, mouthwash, floss, deoderant for $6.25). Restaurant/bar downstairs, fair prices and nice. I'll go out of my way to stay here if I am working around the area.

This particular stay was 1 star if that! Looked like they haven't cleaned the bathroom in months.

Very good value. Nice rooms with very nice kitchenettes and very reasonably priced. Attached restaurant is a pretty good place to eat. Complimentary breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant.

Nice room. Great hot breakfast. Wish there would have been a luggage stand in room. Had to work off the floor.

Very nice, clean, new rooms. Kitchen and full sized refrigerator included in each room with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. Breakfast was good and included and the gym is actually pretty decent.

Rooms great and very nice. I stay in hotels quite a bit and home stay is one of the best.

They charged my husband's card twice for the same week and then turned around and charged his roommates card twice for the same week again. So one week of staying equals four charges, and when we asked them to fix it they were incredibly rude about it and refused to do anything. I would never stay at this hotel again and if there were any other openings close to where my husband was working he would have moved out tonight. Horrible.

Very nice hotel. Clean, convenient cooking place in the room, relaxing whirpool, good design, the housekeeper didn´t bother us when we put the sign on the door and came when we wanted it. Only you might be a bit confuse first where is the elavator and stairs but you will find it soon.
