Staff were very courteous and pleasant.

We always enjoy HGI. The place to stay for comfort and convenience. We stay here in Fargo because it’s a great launching pad to all our Fargo adventures!

We had our wedding reception here this past weekend with friends and family and many
staying from all over the US. We heard nothing but great comments about the service, atmosphere, location, and nice rooms. Our reception went absolutely perfect with all of the HGI staff help and hospitality! We thank you so much and recommend anyone to have their wedding at the HGI! A special thanks to Alex for all her hard work in helping us plan this special day and the head chef for the amazing food and coming around to make sure it was great during the reception!

Called at 9:00 PM and changed our rooms to a completely different area of town and didn't offer any explanation or anything. Horribly unacceptable time to find their mistake and wouldn't even say they made a mistake. Treated us like dirt.

I've stayed at the Fargo Hilton Garden Inn on a somewhat regular basis for the last few years. The staff are amazing in every way all with the intent to ensure your stay is comfortable!

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was amazing. I received a welcome text fifteen minutes after checking in making sure everything was ok. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great! My kids loved that they had floaties and balls to play with. Highly recommend staying here!

With 2 young kiddos, the pool was GREAT! There was beach balls and an inflatable gator for them to play with, and best of all… the pool was WARM!

I stayed there around Christmas of 2012 and arrived late in the evening. I was moving from Massachusetts to North Dakota. The woman behind the desk was very professional. The entire place was spotless. Parking lot was plowed and able to accommodate large vehicles (moving truck and car carrier. ) Lighting in parking lots and all entry and exit ways was very good. I was able to get a couple sandwiches and drinks and snacks from the front desk even at a late night hour. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to relatives and friends. I was surprised that the cost was about $100 a night or more "LESS" than I have paid for a similar hotel. Excellent experience.

Hotel staff friendly. A little different than most HGIs, just like everything else in Fargo. Some good, some a bit backwards, but the people always seem friendly. The hotel was clean and everything worked well, including hot water and pressure. At breakfast you order everything from the table, even the buffet. One of those differences.

This hotel was lovely. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I attended a wedding on site as well and the event coordination staff were delightful.

The hotel itself is very modern and looked great! Everything was clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were amazing fresh baked cranberry and white chocolate cookies complementary when we checked in. We were able to select our room ahead of time through the Hilton app, and we were able to use the digital key. Overall the stay was great! The only things I that would have improved our experience were 1) offer a shuttle service and 2) update the television in the room.

I am very pleased with this property. It has a real breakfast, much like and embassy suites and that’s a good thing. The gym isn’t much more then a typical Hilton property but it does have a working cable machine and it’s fairly spacious. The lobby area has a ton of seating and a bar area as well. The staff is pleasant and inviting. All and all I am very happy with this location.

Ambiance, service and maintenance are excellent. Breakfast is charged with good amount of varieties. Nice place to stay!

It's a nice clean place with some large rooms that would be suitable for a large range of events. I've been here for wedding receptions and company meetings as well as training events. Always been a good experience.

My dad's Christmas party was here. The place was beautiful. I took my kids swimming and the front desk guy went above and beyond for me. He got me dishes and milk when I wanted cereal at 2 in the morning. Great place to stay and bring your family.

Ideally located off the highway and easy access to downtown, this hotel was clean, and staff were professionals.

Venue was great, food was 4/5 but for such a big group, not bad.

The Hilton Garden In is a nice location for meetings or a wedding or reception etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The event rooms are expandable to different sizes based on the event. Great selection of drinks at the hotel bar.

The service and the wait staff are all awesome. The food is so scrumptious! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I've enjoyed myself every time I've gone there.

A great hotel: comfortable beds with a spacious bathroom and bedroom. The duvet was soft and cozy, and we slept wonderfully! Friendly staff and a clean pool and hot tub — definitely glad with our choice.

Had a work party in one of the conference rooms. Everything was fantastic from the food to the service. Would highly recommend for hosting events.

The kid's had fun swimming. Loved the exercise room. The service was on point & the chef made very good food. The bartender was terrific with the drinks. Overall nice place to stay. Very welcoming.

Very clean conference room and more soundproof then most hotels have. The venue next door could only be heard when the door were opened. Food was excellent too.

The West Fargo Class of 1987 would like to thank Hilton Garden Inn Fargo as our host for meeting or exceeding all of our expectations. The positive experiences all started as we worked with your sales team of Sara and Jalee. They were both so helpful and energetic we actually felt like we made their day the multiple times we changed our plans! What a way to treat your customers! Things were fast and hectic the day of our banquet (August 5). That’s when we were introduced to… Tony who coordinated our banquet functions. Tony slowed things down for us and kept things calm. His dinner staff was courteous and efficient throughout our dining experience. Later we needed some items for our event that we forgot to bring ourselves. We went to the front desk personnel to ask for supplies they surely didn’t have at their fingertips. Although we doubt their job description included a supplies scavenger hunt for an unorganized guest outing, they said, with a smile, they would see what they could find. Minutes later they delivered! Last and far from least, our bartender did an outrageously great job. Not only was she staying up with a thirsty crowd, but she helped set the evening mood by handling the lights. I wish I could thank her and your front desk people by name. Our out-of-town classmates who slept at your hotel were thankful that we set up such nice accommodations for them.

Was great but the parking lot stripping looked great lines were straight all of them were even the stripping made the hotel look really nice.

ANY time we visit the relatives in F-M THIS is our preferred location to stay… EVERYTHING is awesome here… absolutely Everything…

Came here for a wedding and stayed for the night. Very nice rooms. Great venue. The food they provided was not the best, however.

Great venue for a wedding. The chef was WONDERFUL. I was at head table in wedding party and he came and checked on us to make sure his food was up to par. You could tell he took pride in his work. My dad does wedding catering for a living and is a chef, so I know what a kick ass job he did. I wish I caught his name. Props.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn Fargo! The staff were very polite, friendly and outgoing. The kids really appreciated the Kids Kit Mrs. Diane (waitress) gave them to take on our long drive. Thank you everyone for the wonderful stay. :)

This is my favorite place to bring out of State family & company. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is friendly & helpful. My out of town guest had a easy check in and was pleased with the local recommendations. When checking in an Employee named Thomas was a Great help in welcoming and giving local recommendations. My guest laughed at the thought of the staff having our Southern hospitality. Overall the experience was outstanding and I will be checking my future guest into this location. Thanks again for making my family & friends feel warm and welcome when visiting us in Fargo!

We had a wonderful stay except for the bed. We felt like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. I advised the front desk clerk and she informed that the beds will be changed in January 2017. She sent housekeeping to put on a mattress cover with a bit of padding but that did not help. Needless to say that we spent 2 Sleepless nights. She gave us free breakfast this morning to compensate for the problem. This is the first time staying at the Fargo location and maybe it will be the last as well. The staff however were very courteous and the hotel is very nice.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Pool was small but was supplied with toys for kids to play with. Never seen that before. Awesome for a busy 2 year old!

Convenient location, close to the airport. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, good sized, quiet rooms. Breakfast is good. Food at the bar/restaurant is pretty good too.

Friendly staff, located conveniently near shops & restaurants, clean & spacious room with suitable exercise facility. Restaurant was surprisingly crowded for breakfast, but hot food was good.

The lobby of the hotel was very nice and clean. The conference center was very nice as well. The rooms were a little sub oar in my opinion. The carpet looked old and the beds were very very firm. The bathroom was nice, updated, and clean.

HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, Fargo location! What a wonderful group of team-employees, all driven to take care of the customer. SO appreciated everything they have done for my family. Very accommodating to me staying with my 2 very young children. THANK YOU AGAIN! Looking forward to our future stays with you.

This is by far my Favorite Hotel to stay in while in Fargo, ND. Excellent customer service, high class, luxury accommodations, restaurant and bar, convention center, business center, a large fitness center, pool, sauna and many other amenities. I am always treated like royalty by the hotel's friendly, down to earth front desk staff, especially the very nice gentleman that usually works evenings who has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for me at check in! The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable like sleeping on clouds. Whether you are here for luxury or business, the Hilton Garden Inn guarantees you relaxation and an enjoyable stay. I would like to thank the Hilton Staff for being so accommodating and making my days and nights during my stays there! I will definitely be returning as often as I can and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fargo.

Had a great experience, with outstanding service! From front desk at check-in, the bar, to the breakfast staff. Very courteous and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our night at this hotel! Bar has good wells! Added bonus! Great, centralized location with many food options, and the mall are very close by.

We love this place. They are business friendly as well as family friendly; I noticed a stash of board games in an alcove by the fireplace in the lobby, and they have a business center adjacent to the lobby also. Wi-fi is standard, of course. They have a nice little fitness center, and a guest laundry. The ambience is welcoming; lots of natural lighting by day, and truly sufficient (but not glaring) light by night. The staff, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping, is helpful and accommodating; they really want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Tony (a manager) has managed, once again, to "pull a rabbit of the hat" in securing our room preference. He sets a high standard for customer service excellence. The dining room experience is a notch above what you would expect for a hotel dining room. Their chefs are truly chefs, rather than hash-slingers. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent experiences for us. Yogurt, several fresh fruit choices, healthy options for cold cereal, and an admirable hot menu; breakfast was perfect for my husband and myself. We had room service for dinner one night, and it was delivered promptly and piping hot. The walleye fingers were not "fishy" at all, with a very light and crispy corn meal coating, and weren't the slightest bit greasy. The pierogies were totally awesome: again, not at all greasy, and served with perfectly sauteed onions, beautifully wilted spinach, and delectables chunks of quality bacon.
