Staff is very helpful, a short walk from tanner park where there’s activities, bars and restaurants, pets allowed and overall perfect!

A lot to see & do! Getting charged to park is terrible!

It’s amazing that they’re pet friendly!

Large rooms, clean rooms, reasonable price and great location. Good coffee which is rare in most hotels.

I had a king studio room, and it was beautiful! Full kitchen, desk, good sized bathroom, and more. Loved it; very cozy and clean! The front desk clerk was wonderful and very helpful! There was a complimentary breakfast that they made in front of you—amazing customer service! Will be coming back here again! 🖤

The staff here are wonderful! During a very stressful time with my Dad being in the hospital they were very accommodating to my Mom and I. Always offering assistance in any way they could and just being overall friendly. I am forever thankful for their kindness during such a frightening time.

The staff is very thoughtful, much appreciated when trying to have Covid conscious visit with our loved ones. The hotel is following all the recommended protocols!

Dirty, had to move rooms, moved to another room dirty as well they said they would come in and clean the bathroom again and only cleaned the floor. Hair still everywhere. Fingerprints everywhere. During COVID especially I would expect a better clean. Access to the hotel was horrible. Sack breakfast with an apple and granola bar. $10 to park. Was not clear. I would expect more for a Marriott, very disappointed!
I would not recommend this to anyone!

The room looks nothing like the picture. It is the loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I assume their capacity is down, so I can’t imagine why they would put someone from out of town in a room along Dodge St. With all the road noise. The “breakfast” they provide (as part of the room charge) was an oatmeal raisin granola bar and an apple-that’s it-no choices (except an envelope of dry oatmeal but no cups or hot water) and not even a bottle of water. Despite having asked for my room to be serviced and telling them I am out of clean towels, it hasn’t happened. The room was only somewhat clean when I checked in. I have seriously thought about moving to a different hotel, but don’t want the hassle of packing up all my belongings and moving. I will be making several trips back to Omaha and I will not be staying here again.

Modern hotel with a great staff.

Sadly my room had crumbs and old food all over the floor. When letting the front desk attendant know about the problem they didn’t offer to clean it up or even give us a discount on our stay. It was disappointing and I won’t be back.

There’s no other place that I choose to stay in Omaha. I’ve been coming here for years and the Element is “the only” hotel that I bring my family. It’s located in the center of town, the customer service is top quality, the rooms are always nice. If you want a great experience, I highly recommendThe Element Hotel!

Left expensive cologne in room called 3 times about forgetting it, didn’t receive anything back til 3 days later stating that they didn’t find it even though that is the only place it was other than my bag.

In Omaha For Business, When I Got Here Had Some Troubles With Checking In But The Staff Was Very Helpful Very Pleasant & Understanding. Love The Rooms Really Nice Didnt Have The Best View But Was At The Tippy Top Of The Floor. Close To Places I Needed To Be While Staying Here And The Shuttle Made It Very Convenient Easy To Get Around. They Had Nice Amenities In The Lobby For People As Well As Their Pets, Free Breakfast & Can't Go Wrong With Free Wi-Fi!

Very homie feeling, you can open your windows and they have a grocery store in the second floor totally cool!

I do not recommend this hotel. The carpets in the hallways are stained and worn. The light coverings in the hallways are also broken. Our room was not very clean. We found a comb and broken pen on the floor between the bed and wall. The beds in the double rooms are so close together and close to the wall. The road noise is loud but a least when the fridge turns on you have that noise to drown it out. The elevators were dirty. The rooms do not look like the picture.

There was dog poop in the hallway. Hallway lamp shades were all broken, every single one of them. Hallway floor is stained up. Room was cleaner than the hallways but did not look like the pictures online. Elevator was also dirty.

I stayed there for several nights while working on a project at a nearby office. First, my cudos go out to Mike, the morning shuttle driver. He was amazing and did everything he could to make my mornings start on the right foot. The front desk crew was also very nice and friendly. The shower was great and the shampoo and body wash were high quality. I did notice an odd smell in the room fishy smell near the bed. Room was OK, however, two days before I left, I noticed a couple of ichy bumps/bites on my ankle. Put some lotion on them and went about my business. The next day there was another patch on my left elbow and both areas were itching. Since I have arrived home, I continue to get patches of these ichy bumps/bites. Hoping they aren't bed bugs or fleas.

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The morning front desk lady came up to open our safe and recommended lots of places for us to eat as we are vegetarian. The Gm also gave us lots of recommendations and menu options as he drove us in the shuttle to the zoo. He also made sure we knew which attractions at the zoo we should hit up first.

The hotel was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at and I loved that Midtown Crossing was right next to it. There was a small little walkable area that you can go on a stroll through and lots of restaurants. The room itself was equipped with a full kitchen, a desk, and living area. Very spacious and comfortable. The only annoyance was that I wasn't able to change between the heating and cooling options on my own and had to call the front desk to change it every time it was too hot/cold.

Element Hotel By Westin. This is a great hotel. Near food and supermarket. You have a nice walk in the area. People are friendly. My first ever stay in Omaha, I’m so glade I chose this hotel. Plus it has a shuttle to and from the airport. Mike picked me up, informed me of the area. Great ambassador for the Element. Keep it up!

Nice hotel. I was really excited about the rainforest showers which is just another word for low-flow showers I do like the fact that they have a green element to their hotel though. The rooms are nice the beds are extra comfortable the breakfast is amazing and I also enjoy the fact that they have kitchenettes and if a refrigerator.

Very beautiful, sleek hotel! Very dog friendly as our dog enjoyed the treat bowl at the entrance. Esthetically beautiful with modern decor.

Very nice hotel. I like that they have bike rentals for guests and a happy hour in the weekdays in the lobby. The shuttle will pick you up anywhere within a 5 mile radius which is very helpful when you don't have a car! And the fitness center is spacious and clean. The machines were in great shape.

My daughter and I stayed there and I would like say it was very unpleasant. We didn't get greeted at the door, and the front desk guy was on his phone! He really isn't personable, or maybe he was having a bad day. You should have pay attention to your guests not your PHONE! Mr. Shane just be more attentive and learn who and what is urgent. Goodnight!

Great hotel! I stayed in a suite here now twice and was well taken care of. Awesome workers plus 24/7 security in the surrounding area and hotel itself.

My husband and I used the Element for our wedding room block the weekend of 4/21/2018. Pros: Free shuttle, spacious rooms, free breakfast, cool lobby to hang out, location to our venue in Blackstone and there is a lot to do nearby for out of town guests. I forgot to book our bridal suite, but Cindy got me a room the same day! Cons: Two guests had some difficulties with changing their reservations when calling in, but everything got sorted out in the end. Do not forget anything in the rooms at checkout! There is not a system for tagging items with the room number/date found, etc. Our friend left a suit in the room and it was just hung up with two other random suits in the back. He left two messages to confirm the suit was there without anyone returning his phone calls. I also left something in the room and my call was never returned. When my husband and I physically went into the hotel to track down the items, the front desk person was not at all enthusiastic or happy to help.

After a mix-up with shuttle pick-up, a very enjoyable stay with sensible free breakfast and sumptious room, bedding and great bathroom with heated mirrors. Loads of extras, like bikes and wine tasting, but schedule did not have available time. I'd stay again.

We love to stay at this hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean and specious. The two downfalls we have with the hotel is the breakfast isnt worth the coat of the hotel stay and the shuttle closes down so early.

Location is great. Plenty of options for food, bars, and entertainment nearby. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a park right next door. The rooms are modern and fairly nice. A few things in the room are a little beat up but it was all pretty minor (the faucet didn't work so well, fridge was dented up, shades wouldn't open). Staff has been very friendly. I would recommend.

Very nice rooms with a decent view. Beds are super comfy and the bathroom is great. Staff seemed friendly. The complimentary breakfast did need some work. All the bagels had mold and wasn't much of a selection.

Great room, although a little small considering the kitchen. Bed is quite comfortable. Walking distance to shops, theater, and things to do. Good staff. Knocked one star off because there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper and the roll we had was almost gone. Could have been a disaster. Breakfast ok.

Rooms are clean but well used. Remote for TV didn't work well. Parking garage was a pain. I had my parking ticket validated the night I checked in as advised by Element staff. The next morning it wouldn't let me out and had to wait for staff. Parking used to be included in the stay at Element. I would have gladly paid the $10 to Element as part of my bill rather than hassling with parking garage kiosk.

Green hotels are a key way to support better social practices. The element provides small kitchenette spaces in their rooms which is perfect for working travelers. The morning breakfast accommodates a variety of food preferences and allergies — organic granola and soy milk! A tasty cocktail hour also doesn't fall short with a range of beverages and real snacks.

Room is a very nice and comfortable studio layout with a kitchenette. Hotel prizes itself on being pet friendly, and I found it very amenable. Probably the best continental breakfast I have ever had, and the front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to prospective guests.

We’ve been staying here since this place opened. We travel cross country several times a year and this is a great location for our first and last night on the road. We are respectful of others dog owners and we love how accommodating the Element is. However, on recent trips, (several times in the last year), we’ve noticed a definite slack in the cleanliness of the hotel and general upkeep. Dirty bedding, lack of attention to cleanliness in the kitchenette and carpeting, caked dust on ceiling lights and shades and general disrepair (bent/broken lights, leaking soap dispensers, loose handles and chipped veneers) have been disappointing. I’m hoping this place can turn it around because it WAS a great place to stay. If it doesn’t we will be forced to find other accommodations.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was different and wish they had 1 ice machine. Pretty clean but could have been a little more thorough.

Worst experience! Never going back to this hotel. We went over for the holiday and decided to stay at this hotel because they said it was $101 for two nights which sounded to good to be true and not one but several employees told us it would be this amount for two nights. The next day they charged $259 plus $50 for a deposit which I'm fine with the deposit but we went over to the lobby and asked why and they came up with this lie saying that the $158 over was for taxes which I have been to better hotels and none of them have charged over $100 for taxes & now in the receipt it says it was 101 for each night plus taxes. If your going to lie and steal money at least stick with a lie. This company just steals money from you, people save yourselfs the hassle and money and don't ever go to this hotel.

From the minute the shuttle picked us up at the airport to the late checkout when leaving, these guys have the service part of this job nailed. A big shout out to Greg and Samantha for making our stay absolutely fantastic. Comfy beds, kitchenettes, showers are awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Element Hotel was very nice, including the decor in and out of the rooms. I appreciated the breadth of kitchen supplies provided, as well as the tasty breakfast. I would stay here again.

Very comfy beds. The rooms are nicely laid out to offer some privacy & separation in the rooms. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first stay at an element, and I would be happy to try the again based on this experience.

The Element Hotel in Midtown is a great place to stay. They are dog and eco friendly with gorgeous rooms. Good breakfast too!

Awesome stay! Love the location and the vibe of midtown-crossing. Close to the downtown old market and the zoo. Breakfast was one of the best… and the rooms are modern and clean. Front desk was very helpful. The one downside is the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Extremely helpful staff. Great shuttle service. Rooms are nice. The general manager is very accommodating and will make sure your stay is enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Element is in a great location where we could walk to many shops, restaurants, a great grocery store, etc. The room was comfortable, adequately clean, and we did not have any problems with the power using our keys in the room. Staff was friendly and conscientious.

Very modern feel. Bathroom and lighting were great. It was nice to have a fitness center on the same floor as our room (3rd floor). The a/c was extremely quiet. Free breakfast was surprisingly good.

The hotel was very nice and modern. We stayed here with our three dogs and they were very welcoming of our pets. They also offered breakfast in the morning. The only complaint I have with this hotel is the 50$ parking fee. I have no problem paying for parking but it would be nice to be aware of this before I am charged.

We selected this hotel because our dog could stay with us, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Modern, updated hotel and rooms, and the heavenly bed was just what the doctor ordered after a day in the car. Free breakfast was very impressive (pre-made breakfast sandwiches were a great touch). Midtown Crossing is a really cool area — great selection of restaurants, bars, shops in very short walking distance. Plus a nice grocery store you can access from the hotel which makes some in-room cooking a simple proposition. Overall we were super impressed and have found our overnight spot for our road trips between CO and MN.

Price was great! Room was great, especially considering it included a full kitchen and a business desk with a computer! Breakfast was better than average with a few uncommon items (breakfast croissant and breakfast pizza). Only complaint was the charge for parking. I don't have a problem paying for parking per se, but they should notify customers when they book their rooms that their is an extra expense for parking, especially considering that we had two cars.

You wife and I stayed here during our interview process for residencies at UNMC. The staff here is courteous and helpful. The rooms are extremely well appointed and come with a kitchenette that includes a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and a microwave/oven combo. The room also has all its own dishes and flatware. The bed is comfortable and the room is quite spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a wonderful rain showers, even though the water pressure was a little lackluster. The only problem we encountered during our stay was the parking pass routinely broke and had to be replaced and was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a very modern classy feel. The rooms all have a couch, small kitchen, and a desk perfect for laptop work. The colors and design are very pleasing. Breakfast is great, also! Would definitely recommend.

This is my go-to hotel in Omaha. It's less than $10 to Uber here from the airport, is new, clean, and comfortable, and has multiple good restaurants within walking distance. The internet is quite good, and free, as well.

Nice hotel but just keep in mind when they say "pet friendly" on their website, and on Google, and Priceline, what they mean is "actually just dog friendly and we'll have a chat with you if you bring in an exhausted and hungry cat after a full day of driving. "

The Element is a very clean establishment. I was surprised that they allowed dogs! That is so great when dog owners visiting Omaha, since not a lot of places allow pets. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even helped out when we needed we sort of boxes or bags for corsages to be transported. I love that the entire hotel is trying to be environmentally friendly! That's pretty amazing. Overall wonderful experience.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It is clean and is all green technology which is amazing and very responsible. I highly recommend.

This place was extremely nice. Both rooms I was in had a mini kitchen and appliances, very nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and it was an easy to get to things around Omaha.

This is a totally overrated hotel. Beware. The front desk customer service is really poor. Few employees seem concerned that the hotel stay that I had was not adequate. For example, nobody seemed to care when my room didn't get cleaned three out of the seven nights I stayed there. When I tried to talk to the manager, I was told that the manager was unavailable and they told me that I should call hours later. In the actual rooms, which are pretty nice, you can hear guests in the other rooms making a lot of noise. The hotel is starting to be rundown. My bathroom had missing pieces of tile in the shower. I found pieces of hair is scattered throughout the room. The exercise room didn't feel very clean and there were weights missing. When they did actually clean my room, they didn't leave me more soap. One night when my room wasn't clean I asked for extra towels and they said they were too busy to provide me any. I asked if they could bring me more in the morning and of course they never did. Maybe because this place has such good ratings people go to it but I'll tell you I won't go again. I got really annoyed today when I got back to my room at 3:30 PM and the room wasn't cleaned. So I called the front desk and asked them to clean my room. I returned 45 minutes later and it still wasn't cleaned. I got so fed up that I asked to speak to the manager today. They put me on hold for over five minutes then connected me to the wrong person.

This is the second time I've stayed here and the place is starting to show its wear. The room was dusty and had lots of dings and scraps. There were items that were obviously left behind by the last guest in the cupboards, which always makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I had the privilege of sleeping on a pull out couch in one of the suites, while the mattress was surprisingly comfortable (for a pull out) the sheets, lack of covers and lumpy pile of cotton they called a pillow made for a difficult sleeping arrangement. The rooms feel a little cramped. It's not a bad hotel, I just don't think it lives up to its luxury name.

Room was fresh and clean. I'd read good reviews about the quality of the beds and they were as amazing as everyone says. We slept wonderfully. The staff was helpful. The price was very reasonable and there is a lot to do in walking distance. My small complaints are that you have to ask the front desk for ice, the thermostat is confusing and the breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you are on business or getting away for pleasure.

The Breakfast is awesome! They had these great wraps, some veggie, some with meat. There was a abundance of choices. The room was great. Very comfortable. Tons of amenities. Staff were great and always helpful. I would go again and tell others to go.

Terel (spelling? ) at the front desk is a cold-faced professional. I did my best to make laugh, but he wouldn't crack. He gives you his best shot and he can handle yours. Flag planted. ⛳

As modern as this hotel is trying to be they are lacking in several aspects. For one, while the bed was comfortable the blankets were not and were pretty outdated and scratchy. The kitchenette while nice had the loudest little fridge ever that sounded like it needed to be fixed or replaced or something. Also the walls are pretty thin, we could hear every door slam/conversation and TV on in other rooms which made it very difficult to sleep. Beeakfast was good but limited. Bathroom was pretty nice but we could've used more towels. Tv was pretty tiny. Also there room service sucks, they go through a place called Crave, whom we could never get through too.

We had our first Element experience recently. It will not be our last. From the minute we walked in the door we were treated with great service. The cocktail hour and breakfast were wonderful and our room was first rate. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We will be back!

Incredibly clean, modern, affordable and convenient hotel in Omaha. Pet friendly (up to 40lb) and cozy studios (with travel friendly kitchenettes) make for a perfect stay. Loved the layouts, quiet, and cleanliness. Highly recommend when driving thru Omaha.

Very nice hotel and generally affordable. In a nice location with restaurants very accessible. Not a lot of amenities, but it does include a free breakfast which is pretty nice. I'd definitely recommend it.

It was such a perfect room! Wish I could have stayed here for a week. They had a free happy hour for guests from 5:30-7 which included beer, wine, and food. Room came with a massive kitchenette and the whole place was built with energy consciousness in mind. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for four nights. I would give them five stars but the room and housekeeping staff keep me from giving that last star. Front Desk staff: Amazing. Always very helpful and had the answers to all my sill questions. Shuttle: Oh my, this is a wonderful service. I was shuttled to and from my workshop location everyday. NOW that is service. Room: I loved the kitchenette. Full Fridge, stovetop, dishes, pans, microwave, and dishwasher were great. The couch was gross. I couldn't even sit on it because it look so disgusting. I don't know if it had water damage but seriously, they should replace it. Housekeeping: First day I had no service until they showed up around 5pm saying they left something in my room. My response as a front desk person was there was "Funny, because I didn't have service today" and I was asked if I wanted service. Of course I do… I'm traveling, that's one of the benefits. Second day, my room was serviced but not until late in the day. Third and Fourth day: room was serviced but the toilet seat was left up and the shower door was wide open. Not professional in my opinion. While the room and housekeeping were a big issue, Element has a lot going for itself. Would I stay there again. HECK yeah!

The room was adequate although it had too much furniture and was inconvenient. The location was good for access to local points of interest. Hotel staff was not trained and left us locked in the garage without egress and couldn't direct us to restaurant that was half a block away.

Staying at the Element for the 2nd time in 2 years for a business trip. Best price/quality ratio I've seen. Clean, modern, stylish, affordable, when compared with other options, well-located and safe. Love the studios and the fact that is a "green" hotel. Conveniently connected with a groceries shop. It's my place to stay in Omaha.

A great hotel! I had an overall great experience here.

The service was terrible. I decided on this hotel for our wedding night because it looked really nice even though it wasn't right downtown. When I walked in 3 ladies at the front desk all looked at me and then looked away. No one greeted me and only one was helping another guest, I said hello, I am looking to check in. One lady on the computer looked at me said Ill help you in a minute and then went back to her computer. The other lady just looked at me. I was standing there for a couple of minutes, the other lady got done with her guest and she did not say a word to me. At this point some guests came down from the elevator and she looked up and said what can I help you with. I thought to myself, seriously? The lady behind her said actually you should help her and pointed at me. The lady gave a small smirk and then proceeded to help me like I was an inconvenience. She did not look at me once while checking in. I got a call from my bridesmaid that was coming over to my room to help me get dressed and ready, I needed to give her my room number. I asked the lady that was helping me and she said I'll write it down in a minute. I told her I would like to know now so I can give it to her to write down. She told me and then handed me my card after rolling her eyes. I stood there in awe, she did not tell me where to go, what time check out was, what time breakfast was or anything that a hotel usually gives you when you check in. I asked her where do I go to get to my room?

Clean, modern rooms, free Wi-Fi, located right in the Midtown Crossing development, convenient to certain corporate offices, shuttle to the airport and downtown, restaurants and grocery store right around the corner. I had a nice night's stay here a couple months ago.

My favorite hotel in the country now. Has a perfect mix of everything I like: green, smart exercise equipment, free evening happy hour with practically enough food for dinner, free bicycles, a room with a full kitchen (even dishwasher), savvy design for the room (left me realizing how much less space I could live in than I use at home), an eating layout and servers that help encourage business travelers to mingle if they want, a real grocery store for those of us who think eating at restaurants on business trips is too much fat, salt, and carbs. And best of all. A free breakfast this healthy vegetarian would even pay to eat. Puts shame to the normal business class hotel buffet. Fresh baked goods, strawberry basil spinach smoothies (never any sugar added, thank you! ), tiny muffin sized egg potato souffles. Go there, it's worth it.

Everyone was courteous here — staff very friendly and willing to assist. This was our first stay in midtown, and we enjoyed it — there are many nice restaurants in walking distance. The suite we stayed in was fantastic. The only thing this hotel was missing is a pool. Overall — great stay — we will be back.
