Rooms were nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Solid hotel.

A really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room and other accommodations, and a very nice free continental breakfast.

We stayed here last weekend for a friend's wedding and could not have been more impressed with the staff, room, breakfast, pool, etc. Everything was extremely clean and everyone was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Small pool. Rooms are pricey for a small town. Expect to pay prices like that in the bigger cities but for a town that size pricey. But is the only one with a pool also.

Bit pricey, but overall a nice hotel.

The rooms were clean, best bed slept on in awhile, people that work there very friendly, pool & hot tub great, the breakfast was wonderful.

In O'Neill for work for two weeks. The front desk staff and owner are friendly enough. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool is adequate clean and hot tubb is nice. Work out room is a bit small but adequate with a treadmill elliptical and recumbent bike as well as some dumb bells, mats a balance platform. The Breakfast provided is nice with omelets, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereals, breads and bagels, fruits juice and of course coffee and a pancake machine (new to me, just push a button and 1 minute later 2 fresh pancakes pop out! ) The best part however is that they have breakfast scheduled for 630 but moved up the time because of all the workers that have to start early who stay here, so considerate!

Very good hotel in a small town. Nice pool. Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful and polite. Price is high, but not out of the norm. Recommend!

Quick convenient comfortable place to stay I had a wonderful stay I'm sure others will too.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. It was quiet. Breakfast was yummy!

This was a fine place for a quick overnight stay. The room decor was ok, some of the carpet was torn & frayed and there was some black staining in the tub, not sure if someone cleaned an engine in there or what, didn't investigate any further. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast.

Clean comfortable lodging, quite and peaceful. Some minor improvements could be made. Seen some patched areas in bathroom wall that needed painted and one of the lights in the hallway by the north entrance was filled with dead bugs.

This Holiday Inn was very well kept, the receptionists were super friendly, and the rooms were clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the internet was extremely slow. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly, the carpet near the A/C in the room was moist. The suite we stayed in was a little dated, but some of the furniture is up to date. Microwave, wet bar, and mini fridge were fantastic amenities though.

Great staff, clean, and the best in room hotel coffee I have ever had, plus they have pool and hot tub.

My room was very nice. The shower was disgusting and the covering was peeling off. Badly needs to be replaced!

We stayed there for a wedding this last weekend. Our room was very nice and clean. There breakfast offered several different options and was very filling. I also enjoyed there pool. I would most definitely stay there again!

Great hotel for its location and nearby area. Rooms were roomy, clean, and slept great. Only wish room televisions were larger; hard to watch even laying down. Fitness room is great, full up to date aerobic machines, resistance bands, free weights, exercise balls. However, the room is fairly cramped and limits use of the full hand weight set. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again as a first choice.

They wanted $500 a night for absolutely nothing special. What a joke.

Stayed last June for family reunion very clean very good continental breakfast friendly staff little pricey but what are you expecting there's not too much out by O'Neill Nebraska.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Room was cold when I got there but warmed up quickly.

The evening management was absolutely irrational and hard to deal with! I had a package shipped here and he would not release to my employee because there was an old packing label on the box and he said he didn't know whose name he was suppose to release it to even though the current label was on top and had their address and the employee's name registered at the hotel! After 5 phone calls to corporate and guest services having to call him directly to get him to release our $6, 000.00 package we finally got it at 9:05pm! Absolutely horrible! Unacceptable customer service.

Swam at the pool. Jets in hot tub did not work but good experience.

Good overall. Halls stink like curry. Rooms were nice and clean. They need to leave the ac on in rooms. Was hot and took 4 hours to cool it down.

What a great staff. We stayed 4 nights and everyone was friendly and willing to help if we needed help. They kept our desserts chilled until we had our rehearsal dinner Friday night. Thank you for making our time in o'neill stress free.

Best Hotel In town, I really enjoyed staying here because of clean room and great hot breakfast. Manger is awesome, he went beyond his limit to make my stay pleasant. All staff I encountered were great. Stay real at this Holiday Inn Express Hotel. This hotel is in my list. Thank you Stuff. I will be back soon.
