Our room was so very noisey that around mid night we had to switch which was a horrible experience, so inconvenient and when I spoke to the general manager of the hotel Laurie Murcek she called me a LIAR and refused to make it right. She was condescending and rude and IHG was completely unhelpful wanting to give a few points for the worst nights stay of my life. Points that will never cover a nights stay anywhere and will expire in less than a year. What a fool they must think their guests are. But the way Ms. Murcek treated me was the worst I’ve ever had happen in a place of business where I was supposed to be the “guest”. Never again will I spend my money there! And to think this is a multimillion dollar hotel chain!

We were quoted a rate of 149.99 because we were elderly and only going to be there for a few hours over night. They pulled $281.99 out of our checking account. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they refused to change anything and said it wasn’t a mistake, it was 281.99 at night. Holiday Inn express Lost our business!
