Friendly staff and clean rooms. We were very happy with our stay.

Absolutely the worst place. The weekend we showed up they had a case of bedbugs, gave the room I booked in advance online to someone else and knowingly gave me a room with backed up plumbing. To top it off they still haven't refunded my money, total scam. They are the worst DO NOT stay here.

They do everything they can to keep your deposit! My wife and I are non smokers and they kept our deposit claiming that there was ashes on sink. Not a happy customer here. Come on guys, make your money the honest way.

Was ok for a budget stay. Water never got hot for morning shower.

We had reservations months in advance only to get there and go into our room and find the box springs were wrapped in duct tape and plastic and upon further inspection found several bedbugs which we immediately brought to their attention the guy worker said there’s bedbugs everywhere and the lady tried to tell us that they’ve never had an issue with bedbugs and that those were new mattresses and there no way the mattresses were new and you could see the bugs still moving. As we were waiting there other people were coming in once tub wasn’t draining another one was having a furnace problem somebody else had been complaining not recommend it for anybody any reason we had to drive back to Omaha because there are no other rooms in other hotels available.

Excellent hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I had no complaints, other than lack of breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent affordable room.

Clean low budget hotel. Only con is my run and toilet drain slow.

The motel was was clean and quiet. Given the price you can't expect much more than that.

Was told checkin was 3. Called at 330 was told room was clean. Entered horrible smelling building. Opened room and pillows were still messed up. Top blanket on bed was just tossed on bed. Mold in air cond. Trash was just smashed down not taken out.

Very decent hotel overall for the price. The staff was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a decent basic room for a reasonable price then I would recommend the Island Inn motel.

The room is very comfortable and air conditioning works perfectly. I honestly think that I like this place.

We had a king size bed, non-smoking, clean and comfortable room with all amenities needed, and a few unexpected ones, such as a love seat, hair dryer, extra storage, coffee to be made in microwave, and a freezer in the small fridge, for just over $60 after tax and fees. There was also a continental breakfast, and friendly, accommodating managers. Very good value. We hope to stop there again… Oh, one complaint: wall switch didn't operate any light, so entered fairly dark room to find a switch on a lamp.

Had a very good experience at this hotel when we came to Grand Island for a concert! Rooms were very clean!

Low quality room. The sheets came off the bed Everytime you rolled over leaving you laying on the dirty mattress. The hair dryer did not work so I had to go buy one. The sink dripped all night long. Mold in the shower. Stale smell to the room so I had to buy air fresheners. The carpet was dirty and sticky in places. The free breakfast was not impressive. A few muffins, banana and cereal. Will not stay here again. You get what you pay for here.

Friendly staff, clean room, nicer furnishings than expected for the price. It's an older building but updated and a great value. I'm happy to support a local business owner, I feel that he has worked to make me comfortable.

Stopped here overnight while passing through Nebraska. Wonderful service, and everything you could need in a motel. Nice, spacious, clean rooms, with a television, fridge, nice shower, and very comfortable beds. Very convenient access, just five or so minutes from the highway, and their prices are far lower than any of the other hotels we looked at in the area. Amazingly, they've managed to provide a great experience for far less than their competitors.

This is a fine motel to stop at while traveling across country. Our room was clean and had a good bed, new carpeting wall paper and pain, and a nice television. Also a full size refrigerator! The free wireless internet worked very well. There are a few decent places to eat nearby too. Nothing fancy, but the rate was good and nothing to complain about.

Clean roomy not cheap but economical. Tub drained slow. Plenty of plugs for a change. Full size fridge is nice. Microwave up front only.

Good clean place at a good price. We stay there every time we are working in GI.

Honestly not sure what a five-star motel would be like; this one gets a solid 4+, tho. Super friendly people, clean room, things in the room are all in great shape, and under $60. Certainly not the cheapest place in which I've stayed, but definitely one of the nicest motels.
