Good accommodations with friendly staff. Although, my room lacked an ironing board and the night staff promised a replacement, the did not provide nor notify me I would not receive said board. The morning staff accommodated a replacement board within 5 minutes. Good lobby. Bat and restaurant on property. Parking is expensive, limited, and a hassle for larger vehicles. This should be expected for a location downtown and an easy walk to Target Field.
Great place! I didn't know one of the housekeepers know ASL. It was very nice seeing my daughter signing to him. Let me tell you, this is very rare! He did an amazing job ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again.
Nice rooms, reasonable rates. Found it a little odd that I couldn't enter from the garage before checking in (though they did let me in after calling via intercom). Very pleasant staff.
