This is 2 star hotel. Room service is not available daily. It's once in a week. No breakfast. Room size is very small.

Perfect for our needs. Shuttle and driver were prompt and professional. Our room was a mini home away from home. The thing lacking at all is the selection in the “store” but in s punch it was just fine. Easy drive to Mall of America. Quick route to I35! Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good fun place new gas grills. The cooking area has allot of traffic noise. Staff is great kitchen is stocked with things you need. Laundry is free. Fun place.

Beautiful rooms and clean. The staff is super nice from day one! Pre let you know what room they have available before moving in. Otherwise I definitely will be coming again. Air conditioner to bedroom suite not cool enough and a little loud near TV in living room. Had to turn up TV over air conditioner. Need to have it's own air control for the bedroom.

Only place my family and I stay when we visit the cities. Just need to figure out a way to air condition the connecting room in the 1 bedroom suites. Living room feels good, bedroom not so much.

Suites were clean, well taken care of. Bed's had fresh linen on them. Front desk personnel are very professional and helpful. Strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality stay, at affordable prices.

The entry way/lobby are less then desirable. Hallways to get to your room about the same. Then I got the room. Was very nice comfortable bed and pillows. Flat screen in bedroom and living space along with microwave, full refrigerator, stove… etc. They also really need to work on there water pressure. Overall experience was pretty good and would stay here again.

Great location in Richfield. A tad hard to find as a bit tucked in on 77th. Very close to Nicollet Avenue and can walk to Andale Mercado and restaurant. Rooms are like mini apartment. Good size kitchenette area with full size fridge, two burners, sink, coffee maker, dishes and dishwasher. Big workstation with decent work chair and television. Enough electrical plugs for your phones and laptops. I am very particular about beds and this Queen bed is passing comfortable. Nice Comfy chair for watching TV. Near Mall of America. Give this place a thumbs up.

The location was very easy to find. The rooms were so adorable with a very comfortable meeting, making it feel like a little apartment. The service was great! Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and the common areas and rooms are clean. The location is convenient and close to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The rooms are great however the parking lot is challenging. It's shared with the adjacent body shop so be prepared for carcasses of cars blocking you in.

Great Place! I enjoyed everything they offered. Price was right using my ihg employee rate. The beds are super comf, the kitchen inside the room was awesome with all the crazy counterspace was way awesome. Huge closet and plenty counter space in the bathroom. We were very comfortable staying here and had to keep extending my stay. The staff here are way friendly. Greeted everytime we came through the lobby. Front desk staff joanna and the girl with the paul bunyan coffee cup were very friendly abd able to help quickly and professional. I give these folks 5+ stars.

Rooms were clean. Lobby was nice.

Location is decent. Near the city and great shopping. The property itself left us wanting. The grounds we're covered in trash, the lobby was dirty. Check in staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was unimpressive. Next time we're in the area well just spend a little extra money and find a place with better amenities.

Very clean rooms free laundry and great staff couldn't ask for more.

It was very nice place and I liked the full kitchen however didn't like there was only one bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was an ok stay. Only complaint was that I didn't sleep well, every time the heater kicked on I woke up because it was pretty loud. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This hotel advertises that they have park and fly and also shuttles to the airport. They have neither. I was charged $30 extra for park and fly that we were informed they didn't have when we arrived at the hotel. And had to pay an extra $45 in cab fees to and from the airport because of no shuttle… that I was told while making the reservation they had. Completely disappointed.

Great place! Very clean. Full size fridge, small 2 burner glass stovetop, microwave, dishwasher… everything you need!

Everyone is so nice! The room is very clean. Nicole at the front desk is very knowledgeable and very kind.

I loced everything about the stay. Really clean rooms and the room setups are really a plus.

I've stayed here a few times and I've never had a bad experience. My most recent stay was over this past weekend and we had absolutely phenomenal service. Everyone was so friendly, our room was fantastic. Thanks again!

This has got to be one of the best extended stays I have stayed in. The rooms are newly renovated and they have onsite gym and Laundry. The location is close to a lot of restaraunts and stores.

The hotel had a great location. I will stay here again — easy access to MSP and the rest of the areas too! A little dated, however still comfortable.

Multiple issues, left list with front desk. It is convenient though but building is showing age.

It's supposed to be nonsmoking and it smelled so bad. The other room we booked, smelled like rotten food. Not to mention we were there because of a fire and insurance was paying for it. They charged my credit cards for the stay for BOTH rooms. Upon checkin she lied and said they were only holding $50 for incidentals. I had to wait almost an hour for them to enter the insurance credit card information. I will never stay here again. Bad customer service and was not clean.

Very wierd decor mix in the rooms, everything looks newly renovated except for the kitchen appliances which appear very dated and an eyesore. If your going to update a room, you should probably not leave any old elements.

It is well taken care of. Outside is clean, and inside is well taken care of. Very professional staff.

This place is a drug motel with bad service. Feens running around all times of night! In 3 days the fire department was called twice. I guess if your in and out its ok (joke). The lady's at the front desk are lazy/rude they didn't have enough towels. The hallways smell like trash that they leave at the end of the halls everynight! Most of the hotel employee lounge all around the hotel smoking cigarettes or whatever. Then have their friends come and chill in the parking lot. This place needs some serious management!

We had requested an upper floor but were located on the first floor which may have been due to the hotel being full. The suite was spacious and clean, but our 1 year old daughter crawled around and found lots of frayed carpet to pull on. The room had a bit of an odd smell. The ice machine in the fridge worked great.

Good place for an extended stay. Rooms and furniture a bit worn and dated. Comfortable and good staff but no daily housekeeping only 1 time per week. Location is okay not great.

This place has my future business for the rest of my life as long as it doesn't change. Quiet, clean, reasonable price, pet friendly, cute borrow if you need it locker, nice room. Must be a good place, even Cinnamon (the dog) has been relax and mellow.

Great suite with everything I needed for a long stay. Room had an electric stove top, full fridge, dishes, utensils, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything was clean.

I've been staying here for a month and still have another month. The staff (Whitney) is awesome and super friendly. My problem is there is always trash around the property/parking area so it gives the impression of being dirty. There are always a million cigarette butts right outside the entrance. The dog feces outside and around the building is out of control.

Great location near Mall of America; friendly staff; no upgrade to a King bed for an IHG Rewards Platinum member.

Great room for a budget price. I arrived late, but was taken care of nicely. No complaints. One night down, one to go.

It is tucked away behind a dealership right off of the freeway. The room was beautiful, neat, and clean. I loved the fact that you can barrow any extra appliances for no additional cost.

Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and the room took quite awhile to cool down. The bedroom in the one bedroom suite relied on a small vent piped over from the living space and as a result it was warmer than the rest of the suite. Otherwise the space was clean and staff was friendly.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Charged my debit card 3 times of $518 in a week. Then argued with me when I questioned it. Rae is a front desk clerk and she is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with and was very rude to me when I was trying to get her to explain where my money went. Then they had my checkout day wrong and charged me an early termination fee of $250 and left me broke with nowhere to go. Now I have under $200 to try and find a place to stay along with trying to feed me and my family the rest of the week We live all the way in Georgia and this is making our trip to Minnesota very unenjoyable. Now im going to have to sleep in my car until I get paid again with my 7 month old daughter. Very unprofessional place of business and I will NEVER stay at another candlewood as long as I live and I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this place. They will steal your money and then kick out out!

Just checked in! Off season so I got in 2 hours early! Desk staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and very nice If it stays like this my review will remain. But after a 6 hour drive we are situated comfy and happy!
