The location of the hotel was great for what I needed. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help out with any request. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A great place to stay. The hotel seems new, has lots of free parking, all the facilities worked, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a free shuttle to the mall of America and the airport. I wish we could have stayed longer.

After a delay caused me to miss my connecting flight the airport booked me a stay at this hotel. I waited over an hour for their shuttle service that never arrived. I ended up having to take a taxi with two other guests. During this time period I called the front desk twice, and the other guests called them three times. The miscommunication was unacceptable. They do not provide room service on Fridays or weekends which was problematic given that this happened on a Friday. There is a restaurant across the street that was open with drink discounts for guests as well as some snacks for sale. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. But given my experience I would not recommend.

This place is always very consistent. I have been here at least five times. The people are very nice, the layout and facilities are fresh. The rooms are perfect for a basic stay. Stayed here for a buddy's wedding and they got a block rate for the wedding guests. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Stayed there for training. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made the month long stay and amazing experience. Target, Walgreens, Cubs, Movie Theatre, and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well.

I really loved staying here! All of the staff was soo kind and willing to help us, Food was excellent and if you are up late they have a pantry. You can get pretty much anything you want from sweets to a microwave meal. Rooms are always clean, really big walk in showers, king size beds, Wi-Fi Couldn't ask for any better place to stay if you have to be away from home. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

Just about to check out. We will be staying here again. Quiet location out of the way of he big city bustle, but with many shops around the area; CVS and Target are very close. The pool and gym are big enough but not tremendous. The staff have all been pleasant and accommodating to requests. Continental breakfast was above average and had a very nice lady serving us, she was chatty and smiley. First time I was charged for a rollaway.

Was there at a craft show and construction was happening so it was pretty loud. Parking was a bit of a mess.

Kim, at the front desk was awesome! She went above and beyond for us. Room was clean, and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Breakfast was good. Definitely will stay again!

Excellent place! Receptionist Kim at the front desk saved us from a horrible experience across the street.

The new renovated rooms are really nice. However, the closet space is small especially when you are staying for a month with another person also. But the new cubbies are nice. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle buses and drivers are awesome. They let you about weather situations and all. I would love to come back. No questions asked.

Very clean hotel, the atmosphere was very relaxing, the rooms were beautiful. The price was reasonable and the staff was always ready with a hello and very good info on what to do in town.

Front staff at check in was amazing while we were dealing with a sick kid. But 24-hour shuttle was suddenly not available when we landed at 10:30 AM even though they knew our arrival time. Said they would send a cab for free and it would be 15 min. I have two young kids and don’t like cabs but just wanted to get home so said okay. Almost and hour later and still no cab. Not efficient and trustworthy shuttle… so if that’s what you’re looking for avoid!

Good location, 11-minute from from the Mall of America. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is on par with other Garden Inns I've stayed at (not huge but perfectly sufficient and all you'll really need). There's not a ton of parking that I could see, so if there are a lot of events/meetings it could be difficult to find parking although we had no problem at all. The fitness room is clean, and the pool area looked nice. The lobby area is welcoming and the staff are quite friendly. When we left the "do not disturb" tag on our door, housekeeping hung a bag with towels and toiletries for us on the door. Perfect! Definitely recommend this place.

We are considering the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding room block. Everything looks nice and they are planning a full remodel again by this time next year. Very accommodating!

Location is great. Easy access to restaurants as well as Target right around the corner. Friendly staff that asked how we enjoyed new things like mobile check-in.

Great staff. And I love how they recently added handicap accessible chair lift to there indoor pool. And now it's ADA complaint. And it's also wheelchair friendy.

Nice hotel stay, lovely decor. Would give 5 stars but the gal I talked to on the phone lied to me telling me I had the last room available as a way of selling me a room. The hotel was half emtpy.

I went there for an Amazon recruitment event. The staff were very helpful in directing me towards the meeting space. The hotel itself I also found clean and pleasant.

They were super nice and accommodating for our wedding guests and us! They provided multiple shuttles to get everyone to and from the event. Our room was great! Very clean. Friendly staff!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well maintained, just as all Hilton Garden Inn rooms I've been in. One thing I especially appreciated during this stay is that even though I had my "Do not disturb" sign on the door, they left me fresh towels outside the room instead of knocking or servicing it.

This hotel has the loudest water pipes that I've ever heard in a hotel! my neighbors took a shower at 4am and I heard the pipes whine like an alarm clock. 30 minutes later another neighbor took a shower and the whining of the pipes was unbearable. Even distant guest rooms pipes can be heard. I won't return.

They had real bacon for breakfast! Staff was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were perfectly clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable.

The Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan was very nice and clean. The staff that was there were very nice and was nice and close to the airport. Room were stunning at well.

Friendly service, clean rooms, Keurig in the rooms, Neutrogena toiletries, plenty of parking, restaurants near by, minutes away from the MN Zoo.

There for a chamber of commerce get together. The staff was great and the ambience was very appealing.

Room was nice and everything functioned. Website lists a full service bar but was very limited and closed at 10pm. For the price I figured breakfast was included but they wanted $11 for it.

The staff is polite, attentive, and accommodating. The facilities are clean and the food is decent. It turns out to be very close to a great Mediterranean restaurant and many other eateries. I will definitely be staying at this location should I have future business in MSP.

Room was nice, the people that helped checked us in were great also. Pool was closed so that was disappointing. The driver that took us to the hotel was really good and pleasant to talk to.

There was a cracker in the heater. Other than that, great visit.

The hotel I originally booked was full so they transferred me to this hotel. Shuttle was right on time picking me up from the airport and very friendly. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped me to pick a restaurant for dinner. The only problem was when I checked out a gentleman put his breakfast on my room but the staff promptly removed the charges. If I am ever in the twin cities again I will definitely book my hotel here.

Great Hotel and Location. This Hilton is new with a very nicely designed lobby. There is a fireplace, free coffee, water and plenty of seating. You can jump on your laptop or just relax and read in this lobby, it's clear that it was designed with that in mind. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable with nice comforters. My wife likes the bathroom products like the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap which are provided by Neutrogena. Standard rooms come with mini refrigerator and microwave and of course a flat screen TV usually 32-46 inch. The pool is very nice not too big and not too small which is perfect for families with small children. They do offer a breakfast buffet, but be ready to pay $10+ per person for it, or purchase a package with the breakfast included. The front desk personnel have always been friendly to us which to my family and I is important. Chelsea and Adrian work the night shift and they are as nice as they come. Happy staying.

I applied for a job here at the Hilton Garden and I feel like once they found out I was African American they decided not to hire me. I didn't see any people of color working here either.

Used the hotel as a park and fly. Was very impressed with the service. The hotel is beautiful, a nice bar within walking distance, very organized and fast shuttle service both to and from the airport. Thumbs up to the Hilton Inn.

I love this hotel and stay here whenever my travels bring me to the Twin Cities. The facility is clean, it has a great workout room, the food is good, and the people are friendly. I wish that every hotel could be this good. In the warmer months, I can walk the neighborhood and feel like I'm at home. There is a movie theater across the street and many places to eat within walking distance. It's a quick drive to both St Paul and Minneapolis and just far enough from the Mall of America where the craziness has subsided. It's quiet to get work done and there's not kids running up and down the hallways. Lastly, during my last stay, I left behind some clothes in a drawer. They were more than happy to make arrangements to mail them to my home. I always look forward to my next stay at HGI in Eagan.

I forgot that I left a pair of boots there I called back and they had thrown away my hundred eighty dollar pair of timberlands they didn't even decide to call me and it was less than two weeks and they held onto them for.

I checked in around midnight and I had asked the woman at the front desk if we could have a later check out time (noon) which she curtly said was acceptable. Around 8 AM house keeping started banging on the door (with the do not disturb sign on) and around 9 the phone started ringing and I had the lovely experience of re-explaining the late checkout time.

Great service and amazing staff! The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant surprise and could not have been any better. Amenities galore. Please accept our special thanks to Kari who took superb care of us three days running, and helped me host my parents and guests for brunch on Sunday.
